I called Julie in November to have a can delivered to our home as we were getting ready to start renovation. She had the can at the house the next day. When we needed it longer than we had originally thought and I was stressed about getting everything done, she just said to keep it until we were done. I called today to have it removed as we are finally done and it was gone within an hour. They were reasonably priced, and such a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.

The 2 girls that work here refused to accept our drop off because the PA plate said “truck” on it and despite clearing up that it was not a commercial vehicle, still refused to let us drop off. What a joke and a waste of time after telling us TWICE over the phone that it was no issue at all. Bad service through and through. AVOID!!!

Onw of their drivers truck 5 is a very nasty person who was sitting in the middle of the road for over 20 minutes making my kid late for school and he called me a racial slur where if I called him what he called me I would be charged with a hate cri maybe drug test or find drivers who know custom iier service skills and maybe some ethicstraining

Mazza was very easy to work with and also very friendly and accommodating when i need to extend the rental a couple of times!

We needed a dumpster ASAP and Mazzas did not disappoint. We called to request a 15 yard, but, at first, they didnt think they had one available so we settled for the 10yd. Within 10 minutes after booking, I received a call back that they were able to locate a 15 yd and it will be delivered in the morning. Their price was reasonable and they put down wood planking so the dumpster wouldnt damage our driveway. We highly recommend Mazzas and will definitely use them again, in the future.

Easiest way to get rid of debris... Never a hassle.

Brought a small amount of wood from remodeling kitchen. The other dump down the road off shafto is quick, as clean as can be for a dump, and friendly. Mazzas? Overpriced and uncoordinated. Waiting on line for 15 minutes to go in and as soon as it is my turn to weigh in, they turn the lane off. I had to turn around and wait in line again. After I finish dumping once I finally get in... $160 dollars just for a few cabinets.

I went to mazza recycling today to drop of a diswasher from my home, I told the woman at the entry scale I only had a dishwasher that weighed 50 lbs max..she did not tell me there w as s a minmium charge of 56.00 per one half ton.I proceeded to dump off area,no one there to inspect my load, so I went back to scale,was informed that i needed an inspection for from person at drop point,had to go back and hunt down this lame employee and get form and return to scale where I eas told $56.00 was due for dump fee of 1000lbs. By this this time I had enough and went to office to pay fee. It would have been nice if the female scale attendant had told me . In my opinion mazza recycling appears to just be bottom feeders,dont go there unlesd you want to getFFFFFF ED

I’ve been forced to go to mazza since Covid started and the Monmouth reclamation center closed. I cannot say enough negative comments about this place - they’re SLOW, they’re charging a 1000lb minimum at $56 (which is ridiculous), they don’t let you dump if your truck has a license number and they’re rude. Can you give 0 stars?

What an amazing experience! Our kindergarten class was studying recycling and we were looking to visit a recycling center. Chris Bergacs was a pleasure to deal with throughout. He was quick to respond, patient, and gave me all the time I needed. There was a lot of back and forth with busing and technicalities and Chris was helpful with everything. Our trip was unbelievable! He coordinated the safety and did everything to make it as educational and exciting for the children. For days afterwards the children spoke about their experience and enjoyed the bag of souvenirs they received.

I rented a 20 yard container and it couldnt of gone smoother. I ordered this on the internet. It arrived on time, removed when requested and the price was better than other companies in the area. I would use them again when needed.

Came to mazza and wasn’t sure what to do. Went over the scale and got lost. A black truck pulled up and asked me if I needed help. He let me follow him. He even had some guys help me unload my garbage. Good place.

A quick rundown from years of experience going to and working for Mazza. If you’re a hauler the process is really efficient and at times unbelievably fast getting in and out. The hauler downside is the senior Weightmaster is a joke and a bully to any haulers unsure of the procedures. The guys in the transfer station, and the union rep are good guys and work hard. The container division doesn’t have enough help and it reflects poorly on how good the dispatcher/customer service really are. There should be atleast 3-4 people on the phones for container division and there’s just one. The real problem with how Mazza is running now is the fact that they have too many Indians trying to play chief. The cousins made a bad move hiring an airhead to manage their safety and logistics. Everything is a joke to him and for a person in such an important position he shouldn’t be learning as he goes and handing out homemade liquor to the yard workers. They hired a bunch of logistics managers to basically hold the candles for the dispatchers. They cut overtime to hire people to watch other people. They bought brand new vehicles for “managers” to drive around the yard and kick up dust. A vehicle intended to mock a police car and a man behind the wheel to do nothing but sit in his vehicle and figure out ways to harass people breaking the same rules he does daily. People in positions hiring family members/friends and favoring them over workers who were there prior. Good place to recycle but recently became a bad place to work.

Terrible service. We have been told the dumpster would be here around 10 am. We had our contractor waiting for it. We had to call three times and every time we were told that the truck is on its way. Oh man. For next 4 hrs and 20 minutes! We then had to pay extra help to clean the yard after the demolition.Customer service was rude when asked for solution. She lied constantly:- I am the only one in customer service and I did not promise anything. Oh really? The day before we spoke with a man!- We scheduled early time delivery for you, No you did not. I specifically asked the driver about it.In the end she shouted at me and hung up on me. I wish I saw other customer reviews before. I would recommend to STAY AWAY.

Constantly disregards the noise ordinance law in West Long Branch. Contacted numerous times that they cant pick up recycling before 7:00 a.m. in the town. They arrive at all hours of the morning prior to 7:00 a.m. They tell you it wont happen again and of course it always does. Who runs this outfit? Going to file a complaint with the town and take them to municipal court.

Dont bring your scrap metal here. After I brought approximately 500lbs of #2 Copper in I called other local scrap yards to check prices. Mazza prices were $1.00 less per pound. Expensive lesson learned and Ill never go back to them again.

STAY AWAY !! Ordered two 30 yard containers upon pick up driver hits neighbors fence office manager asked me to get estimate 3 weeks later still no response ! I called office and asked what was going on and they offered my $250.00 for a $910.00 repairSTAY AWAY I should have read their reviews before I spent $1,200.00 with them
