Awesome shopping place with a lot of premium brands and factory outlets. Since it had a lot of factory outlets there are good discounts round the year. A heaven for shoppers.

I recommend this place! Always great deals and time well spent! My wife loves to come here to shop for every season! Banana republic has good stuff, and a handful of other stores, like Nike, Gap, banana republic and more!

All the usual outlet stores have their presence here. Not too crowded, easy access, good prices. Parking is convenient. Food Court is nothing great. Like many outlet malls, it is not an indoor mall, however, compact layout mitigates the weather.

Seems like the place to be in NJ for the latest deals by the hottest brands. Its also a good and convenient place to charge a car!

The outlet is created in an open area, so Get ready to walk around if you have decided to visit the place, you can search for your shop in the maps to park your vehicle 🚗 near to that. They have Many shops but my first visit didn’t go well as many shops say 80% discount still the prices were high with no stock of the items. Ample parking space and small food court with 4 to 5 restaurants.

Love this place. Great stores and prices. Very clean and great protocols.

A good selection, especially for women’s clothing. Enough for the husband to be happy too. Fair prices at the outlets and everyone blasts their AC. The only qualm I have is the outlets are open till 9pm on a Saturday yet many of the stores within the outlet are closed by 8pm.It is also completely outdoors so if it’s raining like it was when I went, be prepared to get soaking wet.

I realize we are still in a health emergency but people still need a sense of normalacy especially during the holidays. Although the outlets list a closing time of 9 PM some stores close at 7 others 8 and a few at 9. The outlet common area looks like the Grinch was there. There are no holiday decorations except an unlit Christmas tree near the Food Court and some Christmas music playing. If you are looking to get in the holiday spirit while shopping this is not the place to go. Simon Malls seems to say Bah-humbug this year.

Interesting construction and layout make this, what at first glance, look like an indoor mall that had the roof removed partially. The breezeways are excellent against the ferocity of the sun in many parts, and the landscape seems well-manicured and functional. There are ample benches outside stores and the place has a pretty pristine appearance. I would like to have one of these nearer to where I live, but alas, we do not.

Not a lot of good stores remaining at this location. Most of the stores are offering some discounts to offload a lot of the older stock items. You may have to search around for a good deal.

I went out there to visit the true religion store they are no longer there but I did go to lucky brand and Nike store. The Nike store things were kind of picked over and all over the place... the lucky brand store was excellent the sales lady was excellent. I got down there around 2:30 on a Wednesday. She was very helpful.. I also went to MarcJacobs I It seems to have more sales people than customer but I went in the middle of the week the quality of the bag is more of a.. how do I explain? a cow leather. Not impressed. But the sales people was excellent they were very very helpful. I even called back from one of the bags. she offered to text it to me. which she did. excellent customer service. Once they get new products or driffrent designers. I will go back to Marc Jacobs. I also checked out Swarovski crystals.. Same old products nothing new, same prices not a big discount.was not impressed. If I had to pick for the best store out of the ones that I named it would be the lucky brand store... I need to go back there and I will go back.. You other guys need to step your game up.

All premium stores 🏬 at one place and loads of discounts on branded clothes. Place is neat and tidy with eatery’s around to spend the day with your family and friends. Have fun 🤩

Great stores but kind of ridiculous that they dont open until 11am.

Good place to shop, if you can find parking, which is the biggest negative. Signage could be better for getting to the outlets, since can be hard to get to, if you are not familiar with the exact location. Good collection of stores, clean and uniquely provides some protection from the elements.

Needs to open additional bathrooms and add more food trucks for patrons including vegan kosher and halal for those who eat it.

A spectacular outlet with some really nice aesthetics and decor to complement its premium feel. It has everything from Under Armour to Timberland to Polo and even a Tesla Supercharging station. A nice change of pace from some of the more typically outlets you might find around the local area.

Nice outside mall. Good shopping experience on sunny day. Great variety of stores from the GAP, Timberland, Ugg’s, Crocs. Great discounts available. You won’t be disappointed.

It was sobering to see how many stores were closed or closing when I arrived at 7:30PM, though I was able to shop in the two stores that prompted my visit. I was told that the stores are closing early since they do not have enough employees to keep the stores open. If you are planning to visit the Outlets, regardless of the published 9pm closing time, you may want to call the store(s) you plan to visit to find out how late they plan to stay open!

Couldnt wait to try this place. I went with strawberries and Nutella I figured definitely would be delicious I just hoped the crepe was as good as I hoped. They did a great job I enjoyed watching it be made not as much as eating it though

Easy to get to, easy from either exit (like Google maps), great set up. Logical arrangement, food in center. Good variety of food, for kids & adults (like Nathans). For young kids, recommend spring, summer, there is an outdoor play area in center with climbing objects & chairs for adults. Wear sunscreen! Great variety of brand name stores, typically w sales & extra deals (check AAA). We like Columbia & Eddie Bauer, & various shoe stores. Even on snowy day it was worth it, if roads are safe. For seniors, check store map ahead & park near where you want to go, recommend week day, early, not weekend.

Wow!!This mall was Awesome.Every store we went to customer service was great.Me and my husband came here to shop for our son who outgrew everythingWe got so many things for him and he was truly happyI cant wait to go for myself. They just opened a Marc Jacob outletThere are over 100 stores so spend a whole day there shop eat and have fun!!!!

The shopping experience here has really going down the tubes. Some stores still try and get you to wear masks. No thanks Ill go somewhere else or shop online. The tyrannical government is ruining The Human experience

It got some great deals in some of the many outlet stores. And relax under cover on a bench if you need a break. You can shop even if its raining. If you get Hungry, the food court awaits.

Nice outlets with lots of parking and many stores. We went on a day that rained since we couldn’t go to the beach but due to the uniqueness of how these outlets are designed with some overhead cover, we still got pretty wet but that was our fault for not being prepared with rain gear. Outlet grounds kept very clean.

Easy to get to from NYC by bus via Port Authority and worth the short trek out to some famous brand storesWhat I didn’t know is that clothing and footwear doesn’t attract a sales tax naming those items less expensive!It’s also easy to navigate your way around this complex and small enough to finish quite easily.

I like shopping here but my issue is the parking lot. Employees should have their own lot or a few spots per store. During holidays and the summer its very hard to find parking. Also, I wish they had a better selection in the food court. Other than that, I enjoy coming here.

Went here on thanksgiving eve, well managed parking and good deals-on all the shops. Foodcourt also was opened till late night. Enjoyed the shopping there . Reached there early ; so moderate crowd. Folks who reached later said they had issue with parking.

Fair outlet mall.Open-air mall - no coverage from the elements in between stores. Decent indoor food court. Starbucks is not in the food court; mixed in amongst the stores.

Jersy Shore premium Outlets Mall is a great place for Shopping of Clothing, Shoes, women apparel, bags of name brands.You can find most of the famous brands like Michael Kors, Nautica, Puma,Cole Haan,Lucky Brand,Aeropostale,UGG,U S Polo Assn.etc.There is a good Food Court to eat and drink. There are Rest Rooms for the convenience of customers. You can do smart savings in shopping.

Went on a beautiful day recently, a Sunday I might add. If you happen to have anxiety like I do. Then the outlets are NOT for you on a beautiful sunshiny day on a Sunday in the afternoon. Lmao. It was soooooooooooooo crowded. I went into Nike and literally walked a circle and out the door I went. But whats there not to like about the place. Its local to us. Easy to get to if not. It has some really great stores. Perfect for last minute gift ideas too. Or maybe just a day for yourself. Who doesnt deserve a special little gift every now and then. Its family friendly. Clean. And safe. Its a good atmosphere and it gets you up and moving which is always good tooAnd hey, if you cant make it the whole way around, they have little benches to sit on and everything to take a breakAs well as a little food court for snacks for the kids.Its a nice little time away from home for the day.

Small shopping center, you can shop quickly, the prices of things are good, and the shops are open for business. It cant be compared with Ole in new york. Its just a small one. Many brands dont exist here. For example, Disney Gucci Dior doesnt, and the only Burberry doesnt have a good attitude. When we brought the baby into this store, the baby just said a few words. The clerk inside came over and told me that the baby was noisy. I want to say that its normal for the baby not a doll to talk. It was a good shopping experience, but there was a little incident at the end. I will go back, but I wont go to Burberry to buy their things because their guide doesnt like people making noises in the store.

I made my niece go on this play ride and i spent 50 CENTS I WANT MY MONEY BACK IT NEVER WORKED smh disappointment.

One of the best outlets malls I’ve ever been to. Lots of parking, super clean, friendly merchants, prices aren’t too bad either. There was a sense of security as it’s patrolled by their guys too. I’d love to come back here one day.

Compare to the other outlets in NJ, my wife and I prefer this one better. It features more factory stores we like and the layout of stores are also easier for shoppers visit.

Tons of stores! A decent food court. Asian, Italian, Nathans, cheessteaks, CREPES❤, smoothies, Food truck in the lot with empanadas! I usually go to eat! 😋🍴 And Brick House is at the entrance! 🍔🍻

Pretty good. If youre an AAA card holder they give you additional discounts. Its given in the food court in the information desk.

Great outdoor outlet mall. Has a lot of the popular stores but much less crowded now during corona. The Corning ware/ Pyrex store has many great deals on kitchenware items, and the lady working there was so helpful and nice! Will definitely be returning.

Much better than going to the mall for any clothing needs. Never really super packed unless you go during a major holiday especially Black Friday.

Very pleasant experience...found good deals at Burberry, PacSun, Swarovski, Nike and not too crowded at all. Easy layout and not very draining. Was hoping for more items on discount at American Eagle though. Bathroom and cafe are clean. I will come back.

The best premium outlet in New Jersey

Love shopping here especially around the holidays. Great selections and anchor stores like Nike and Under Armour. They have Kate Spade and Coach as well. Theres also a food court as and a Starbucks in case youre hungry or want to grab a bite.

Shopping place : it is best to find all big brands at one place. Like Swarovski, Coach, Fossils, Columbia, you just name it. I always see a big line outside the coach showroom irrespective of time(lol) . You can get food over there . They have restrooms . It’s is a open space with many showrooms. Most of the time in the year there is sales going on. I always get benefited by going there. They have parking space . Clean place with all signed board to direct you to your place.

Theres some really good stores here with great prices. Theres some stores where the prices are the same as the mall. Eddie Bauer, Columbia, Van Heusen and Nautica are pretty good.

The outlet is an open space area. You can walk in the main corridor of the stores. They have a small food court with multiple outdoor seating. I went to Michael Kors and had trouble knowing the prices of multiple items. Some were missing the price tag or the percentage. So i was left to ask alot for assitance. Didnt like that. When i ask the girls. They gave me one price but were ringing up a whole different price. They mentioned one purse was 100 when it was ringing 89. I mean its good for me either way. Cheaper than i thought but what if i felt 100 was too much?? They would of lost a sale. So idk they need help in this matter. Went to the UGG store, not alot of deals for an outlet UGG store. The girls were not customer service friendly.I dont see myself coming here anytime soon.
