There extremely knowledgeable in there field and can set you up from beginner to pro on two or four wheels or even snow

We called just to see if they could work on our ATV. The guy on the phone was rude, and then said he didn’t even want to mess with that. What kind of customer service is that? We are taking our business and money elsewhere! *edited to add, we have now taken our 2 Atvs and dirt bike to another shop that was happy to accept our business! What kind of business turns away people like that.

I called looking for a part that Polaris seemed to discontinue. I gave the guy the part number and he told me it was $175. He then wanted my credit card before he even knew if he could get one. While he is checking, he is talking to other workers. I dont mind but he just left me on the line and totally disconnected with me while i am listening/waiting on the phone. I asked him to make sure he could get what I was looking for. After a couple of minutes he said he couldnt get it! The next statement was... Have you looked at EBay. I said yes since this was the 5th dealership that I had called. THEN he started cussing and saying that the dealer is the last place people go, which wasnt true! I called the dealers first and only looked online when another dealer said to call around to other dealers to see if they may have one in stock. I couldnt believe what was happening... I do not write reviews but felt that others need to know about this place. I wouldnt spend a dime here!

Called to check pricing on some parts for my 2021 XP1000. I was told that I should not buy parts for my machine but I should just buy a whole different machine over about $300 worth of parts! I will never do business with this dealership.

Drove up from Cincinnati and they were closed.. 1245pm on a Saturday, their website clearly says they should have been open.

Tried to go there during advertised open hours (1400 on Saturday) and it was closed. Quite a bit of a drive. Guess I won’t buy a RZR XP 1000 from them.

Went there to buy a new turbo rzr. After 20 minutes of standing around, a guy walks by and said what do you need, in a voice that sounded like he was aggravated that we were there. Additional talk seemed to confirm that he was aggravated. We left, and did business with the old competition accessories. We will never go back to pro Polaris.

Took a cylinder in off a quad that was running to have bored .40 over. Got it back and no compresion. Turns out it was bored into and egg shape. (off center). Guy tells me i must have brought it in that way and my old piston and rings caused it. LMAO!!!

Called today to make $25,000 purchase over the phone. Whoever answered your phones today 6-6-20 around 2:00 pm was rude rude rude! Should be on unemployment line! I’m sure another Polaris Dealer will take my $25,000!
