I purchased a used vehicle here. This was my first big purchase and my experience was horrible. They were quick to tell me about how much money they supposed to have put in the vehicle. There was some issues that I noticed the day I bought the vehicle. Some the repair with no problems and some there refused to repair. They said they put money in it, but they couldnt have done a complete check of the vehicle. It didnt have a fresh oil change. I havent had the vehicle 2 months and the brakes are bad. What should be a happy time enjoying my vehicle is turning out to be a expensive nightmare

Chuck was nothing but courteous, friendly, and helpful right on through the process. We live within an hour drive of 3 Honda Dealerships, so we have a choice on where to purchase and service our cars, we chose Voss Honda in Tipp City. Our son chose to upgrade to a used 2020 Honda Insight Touring Hybrid, and with the knowledge from Derrick Davis, he made the experience so pleasant, that my wife and I returned 5 days later to purchase a new 2021 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. Once again, we chose to work with Derrick Davis, based on our previous experience.Out of the 3 dealers in our area, Voss Honda had the lowest price, made the best offer on our trade-in, and got us the best interest rate available for financing.The honesty level, was by far shown... Voss Honda gave us a Honda Loyalty Discount for having previously owned a Honda. When we questioned the other 2 dealers in our area about this, they stated the discount was included in their lowest price that they had offered. Voss Honda came in under $3,000 cheaper for the new 2021 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid, and $2800 cheaper for the used 2020 Honda Insight Touring Hybrid than the other 2 dealers in our area.Congratulations Voss Honda... you have earned my respect and will be back in the future to do business again!

I stopped by over the weekend to check out their used car lot. I was greeted completely inappropriately by a saleswomen named Amy Kirby. She addressed me completely inappropriately and made an insensitive joke in front of my young child. I am astonished that this organization allows this type of behavior on or off the clock. I do not believe she realized that I knew her name from previous sales. Just wanted the correct people to understand the situation.

I have worked with this establishment on multiple occasions over the past several years and it saddens me to write such a review over the organization. I have bought several cars over the years and after spending the last several days working with Brad (a salesmen at the company). It is clear the organization has lost touch with its customers and its own ethical standards. Never before have I received such inappropriate customer service from Amy Kirby or a breech of contract during the sales process. I would highly recommend not doing business with this establishment. Do not let previous or fake reviews cloud your judgement when determining if you want to visit this establishment. It is abundantly clear recent management and changes to staff has hurt the company substantially. Hopefully voss takes my words into consideration as I am trying to protect other consumers looking for vehicles from this car dealership. I would highly recommend Matt Castruci he was fantastic and will have my business from now on!

Not too happy with my last service on July 10, 2021. I told the technician what I wanted done but he did other stuff without my knowledge resulting in a much higher bill to pay. I will not be coming back for their service. I also tried calling twice, had to leave a message both times for someone to call me and no one did.

I usually don’t review companies but we were disappointed with voss. We originally started with Erik who was really nice but went on vacation and then transferred over to josh who ended up going out of state. We were looking for a Honda Civic sport in at least 3 colors and ready to buy the car that day and said they could potentially trade with another dealership if they found one. 2 weeks later and we never heard from anyone and they just told us tonight that there was one coming to the lot but we had to contact him after not hearing anything for a couple of days. We ended up going to another dealership and they were able to find 4 different civics in the colors we wanted and able to trade with other dealerships. Unfortunately we decided to go with the other dealership.

First time in 17 years I have had to write a complaint about the service dept. I took my 2004 CRV there April 14th and I had an oil leak. I told Jesse and Wade what I had replaced on it due to the oil leak last month. Went to another facility because I was concerned about the leak. They replaced it with a few parts. Felt I needed to go to have Voss check it out. So I told them the parts I had replaced on it and when I picked it up yesterday and brought my car home. They replaced it with the same part that was replaced last month. So $90.00 later I still have the leak. Very disappointed.

The service manager, Brent, places, a high priority on good customer service. He immediately corrected a minor error which resulted from a previous visit. My concern was treated with the greatest urgency. Although the return visit was an inconvenience for me, I was very pleased by the manner in which my complaint was treated at Voss Honda.

Purchased our 2nd car from Voss in the last 10-years. Weve worked with both the Used Car group to get our 2008 Accord back in 2011 and more recently the New Car group to get our 2019 Passport. The experience was better than I couldve imagined. Since this is a no hassle dealership the price you see online is at least the price you can expect to pay at the dealership. This makes it much easier to figure out what youll be paying by doing prior comparisons.Mike Gorman helped us thru the process and was probably the best salesman Ive ever purchased a vehicle from. He was informative and straight forward with all the details about the purchase we were considering. At no point did my wife or I feel pressured which I appreciated very much. His assistance was equivalent to putting all the cards on the table and then letting us make our own decision about whether we liked the vehicle or not. Well definitely be back should we need another Honda or find ourselves in the market for a used car in the future.

I have been extremely pleased with my experience here. I purchased a 2019 Honda fit last fall and returned when it was totaled in an accident. COVID makes everything slower. They tried their best to help me get into a new vehicle while waiting on insurance. While I do not quite have my new Fit yet, Erik and their financial team have done everything they can to make the process as quickly and painlessly as possible. Hopefully I wont have to make another purchase for a long time yet but when I do I will be back.

Look, I love Honda. But now after 2 bad experiences with Voss, I wont do business with them again. Bought a lease turn-in 2016 accord for one of my salesmen. They presented as a perfect specimen. Carstar in Tipp told me prior owner had it in for collision repair. Kind of a big discrepancy. 2nd experience was this spring when I went to purchase a brand new accord for my mother and found that their online pricing was significantly lower than their phone pricing that 2 different sales people quoted me - learned that after my online price request was blown off for a few days so I called. Thats awkward, I thought they were famous for no haggle - but wouldnt the price always be the price in that case?

Our family has bought Hondas for years from this dealer. A couple years ago we stopped having service down when it came to light that unnecessary repairs were being performed and OEM parts were being marked up by 2-3 times. I encourage everyone and I mean everyone to have their worked checked by an independent party intermittently. If you are going to use them then please do yourself a favor and buy your parts before taking the car in for service. Oh and never let them do your wiper blades. They last a couple months, fall apart, and are ridiculously overpriced. All the good services guys left a few years back for Toyota.....any guesses why?Nice trick on having the dealer communication preferences web page down all the time. I have been trying for months to unsubscribe from their spam and simply cant. Wake up folks you are throwing good money after bad. The sales folks are great but steer clear of the service. Take it somewhere else.

I have been doing business here for over 17 years. This is the best car dealer I have dealt with. Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable. I have bought two cars here, one new and one used. I bought an Accord new here 17 years ago and a CR-V used here over 4 years ago and still have both. Both times my salesman was Wally. Wally still remembers my name and talks to me when I see him. When I bought my Accord here, Voss was $1000 cheaper and told me about special financing American Honda Finance had that another Honda dealer did not mention. I use Voss Honda’s service department for preventive maintenance and repairs. I have never had to return to have the same problem fixed a second time. The few times I needed a loaner car I was provided one the same day. Voss service department does not tell me something is wrong with my car when it is not broken just to get me to pay for something that is not broke. I have had a local to me repair shop do this in the past. Voss service department also has not damaged any of my cars like a different Honda dealer has. Voss service department is one of only a few places that I even trust to touch my cars. I live over an hour away and use this Honda dealer over one that is closer for these reasons. It is definitely worth the trip to Tipp.

This is the worst customer service ever, was approved to buy a car on Tuesday was told to come in Wednesday at 1:45pm to sign the paperwork, after providing everything they had ask for, when I arrived they said it was going to take a little longer waiting on the bank at 4:30p told by used car salesmen Brad there was no problem to go ahead and take the car home and he would call be by 10am on Thursday at 4:30pm on Thursday I called him because he had not called me and at this time he tells me that he needs 1500.00 down to make the deal, I was informed at that time we could make the deal with a good co-signer, Friday morning called with a co signed and called and waited 1/2 the day with no response so I called talk to the used car sales manager and he said he was aware of the situation but he would need 2200.00 down with the co signer and when I questioned why he ask what time can he expect to see me with his car! He wasn’t interested in doing business with me, this is a week of my life wasted on a worthless business that didn’t want my business or money ! Do not waste your time go to someone else !

What a great experience! We needed to get a car for my mother after her old one died, and decided to window shop all of the major manufacturers to see what she liked the best.Anthony Catalano helped us at Voss and couldnt have been more helpful, friendly, courteous and patient! My experience today was outstanding! I blew a tire. AAA came and put my spare on. I called Wade at the service department and he told me exactly what to do and not to drive with the spare on the highway. Once I got to Voss, Wade explained everything to me. I purchased a tire warranty when I purchased my Civic so he explained that process. I was in and out in about an hour. The warranty covered everything. The warranty is definitely worth buying when you purchase a vehicle at Voss. Wade and Caleb took great care if me and my Civic! They made this so easy, having the flat was lousy but the service was a piece if cake.

I only ever had experience with the service department. They have always been so pleasant and thorough with our 4 year old used Honda. And for the price they charge for a synthetic oil change with a coupon, I cant justify doing it myself for maybe 4$ cheaper. Plus they go over the whole car and give you a detailed report of the condition of everything. They even wash it for free if youre ok with that. If not you can opt out of that. Did I mention they are all really nice to talk to and relate to? We just had tires put on and an alignment. Had a coupon for the alignment from the website. Gave me 20$ off. And the entire bill was about 40$ cheaper than I anticipated. Always happy about that.

I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation this morning. Wade and Jeremy took great care of me and my Civic. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Voss had sent me a coupon and there were no hidden charges. Everything went very smoothly and Wade took the time to answer some questions I had. I am completely satisfied with my experience. DO NOT lease a car through Honda financial during this unprecedented time. They will not extend my lease on my Honda Civic even though I can not afford a new car due to COVID-19 taking what I had in my savings account because I was laid off for 7 weeks. They are taking my car away and my son and I will be left without transportation and I will lose my job and my income. Honda does not care about there customers. It’s evident they are not concerned with helping their customers at all.

The maintenance shop manager was extremely rude. He wanted to argue about everything. I took my car in for a paint job after Honda announced the paint recall for Civics. I was told I would get a rental car. After I got there they did not have any cars available. I rescheduled, and 2 weeks later was told to pick up my car. I didnt have to look very hard before noticing the paint runs on my car. I told the manager and he continued to argue with me that they had not painted that area of my car. I asked him to call the shop after I finally got tired of arguing with him. The paint shop confirmed that they had painted that area. I told the manger that he should probably not argue with the customer, and he replied that he does it all the time because customers dont know what they are talking about. I was blown away. They kept my car for another week or so. When I picked it up I noticed a fingerprint on the bumper. They called the paint shop owner again and he proceeded to tell me that they had not done that. I told them I am very detail oriented and I know that finger print was not there when I dropped the car off. I ended up taking my car with me. I filed a report with Honda manufacturing. They off course could not do anything because the dealerships are privately owned.I would not take my vehicle to this location for any repairs.

My experience with Voss service department was atrocious. Made an appointment to get tires installed on my Lexus and it took two days and then eventually sending it to a Goodyear shop close by to finish it.Service manager, Jesse, was amazing but obviously the management doesnt care enough to have working equipment for them to use.I feel bad for the service manager and technicians that work there.Voss management is at fault here.Two of my daughters and my sister all have Hondas bought at Voss. Theyve all had issues with proper service there due to broken equipment.Hats off to Jesse who was excellent.UPDATE: Found out today that three of the tires that Dales Goodyear mounted on my car for Voss were not balanced correctly. Car was vibrating and stopped to have oil changed and asked them to check the balance on the new tires.Cost me $30 to fix this issue. Voss AND Dales Goodyear dropped the ball.Thank you to Mussers in Tipp for fixing this for me. Jeremy and the staff there were amazing .

This dealership is very on top of things. My only drawback is that I wish they were not so rigid with regard to negotiations. They think theyre Carmax. That said, my wife and I bought our CR-V from Voss used car lot and our salesman, Nick, served us very well throughout the process. We had wanted to lease a 2020 Honda Civic from Voss Honda because my family has had good experiences with them in the past. However, the customer service was unacceptable this time. To protect others and in accordance with Governor DeWine’s recommendation, I wore a mask into to the building and immediately got negative looks upon entry. Neither the sales consultants or managers had masks on which goes against current state policy. With this being the case we still looked at cars and found the Civic we wanted. As we started the paper work to lease the car, I could tell the sales consultant was uncomfortable and kept going back to his managers office. After the second time going to speak with his manager, he says that the car can’t be sold to us at this time and he will call us back with the price on Monday (which never happened). Once we were asked to leave, we went directly to White Allen Honda. They treated us with nothing but respect, we received no dirty looks for the masks and they were also following state guidelines and all workers were wearing masks. The same day we walked away with the car we wanted and had exceptional service. So long story short, if you need a Honda in Dayton, White Allen is the place to go. My family and I will never go to Voss Honda again.UPDATE TO VOSSS RESPONSE: I never received any calls from their sales consultant as they state in the message below and no one had masks on. For the sake of my time, I am going to leave it at that. They clearly are trying to cover their tracks.Professional tip to Voss: I suggest you take a social media management 101 class. The first rule you will learn is to not post Business Confidential Information (BCI) on social media. SMH

I know I won’t be back! I took my Honda in for the airbag recall, and was told that they could not give me a loaner car because it would be out past dark. I find this very hard to believe because the letter that Honda sent me said that they had to provide me a loaner car at no cost to me. I ended up having to take a day off of work using PTO for them to go and get my car fixed. After they took my car in to get it fixed I went into the waiting room only to find that there were no seats so I had to sit on the floor while I wait for them. On top of that after I got the car back from finally being fixed the airbag light was on, seriously? Never again will I buy another Honda nor will I do business with any Voss dealerships!

I had a very bad experience at another local Honda dealer before coming to Voss, so they were definitely a breathe of fresh air. You can look at other Honda dealers but you wont find a better deal or dealership experience than you will find at Voss!

Just left Voss Auto with my husband, he needed a new key for his car. The employees there were great, super nice and helpful, great customer service! Weve had issues with other Honda dealerships in the past, and it was refreshing to go to one where they arent trying to charge you an arm and a leg to open up your hood! Great job, we were in and out quick!

We have purchased three cars from Voss Honda, always a pleasure. They are very accommodating and work hard to find what one needs or wants.The service department is excellent, I dont feel I have ever been taken advantage of, they are helpful even when one calls with a question. Its always a good experience.I cant imagine purchasing a car any place else.

We recently visited Voss Honda to look at a Honda Odyssey. We ended up driving one off the lot. They did not pressure us. They listened to our needs. They treated us with respect. We test drove a new and a used van, and they let us choose what was best for us, not them. I would recommend Voss Honda to anyone.

First off; Thank You God and Thank You Jesus!!! I had my Silver 2005 Honda Pilot serviced there and I must say, that is the best service I have received from anyone, EVER!!! Mr. Randy is the one who helped me with my service and he was very professional and courteous. Mr. Service manager you should give that man a raise. I mean it!! We came yesterday and on the new side looked around for a good 10 mins before any the sales reps acknowledged us. Use and maybe 1 other family was in there. Then when we did the sales guys seemed confused when we told him what we where looking for. But the used side the guys were way better, only thing is they supposedly wont move on price.

After finding my used 06 Odyssey Touring online, I didnt hesitate to drive 2 hours to come see it. I was immediately impressed with the care the van had been in since it was traded. Even more so, however, was the correspondence that took place between the salesman that sold it to me and myself - he was able to answer every question - including letting us come after 5 pm on a Saturday to purchase it. I was also VERY impressed and pleased that Voss was able to take a personal check for the purchase including a bit of cash we had to use as a possible down payment if we needed financing, which we didnt! We were able to drive it as long as we needed. The van was detailed very well and included a new water pump and engine belts which was a great decision-maker for me. Great, relaxing environment and quick to answer questions!

Had a great experience at Voss, our salesperson Chuck was professional & very courteous! We knew what we wanted & he had the car ready when we arrived & he didnt try to push us into something else. We already had our financing taken care of & he didnt try to push us into financing wwith them like the prior dealership. Less than 30 minutes & we were out the door keys in hand!

I have purchased in my lifetime 7 Hondas. I have purchased one from Voss in 2008 without any issues. Thus making me want to purchase another from them last July. I purchased a 2018 Honda Accord touring turbo. I have never had so many issues with a car in my life. These are safety issues. I almost got into 4 accidents with the collision control being engaged when it shouldn’t. I nearly got rear ended. I have had it back to the shop 3 times. This even happen to the field manager when he was driving it from Honda. I have called Honda to report this issue. I have contacted the regional manager at Voss. The regional manager just told me basically it is not his fault. Honda said there is nothing they could do. I am turning to a attorney or possible turn to 2 for help. My car is in the shop now it has been in there for about 2 weeks. Something is wrong with this dealership. I paid a lot for this car and all I want is a good reliable car. It is not only this issue but my auto brights have never worked right. The auto windshield wipers go on sometimes when it is sun shining. I am so disappointed in their non so caring attitude. I told them there is something wrong with this car and they need to take it back and give me another car. But I am getting no where. Now I have to result to keep bringing it in contacting a attorney and turn to 2 news so they will understand that I am no just going away. I work very hard for my money and I deserve to get what I paid for. Just for you info Voss I am turning many many customers away from you. I have many patients I share my story with and there has been at least 8 that are going to another Honda dealership. I am not going to stop until I see justice is done. Honda always says safety first. Well prove it Voss something is wrong with this car. I am picking it up tomorrow only to drive it with caution and not for pleasure because I do not feel safe in it. And never will.
