Just moved to Ohio from Florida and spoke to Alan Bell. He was very friendly and welcoming. Their shop rate is significantly cheaper than all dealerships, and very competitive for individual shops. Here you get real car enthusiast and professionals with a large skillset and experience base. Look forward to dealing with them in the future

The staff at Warrior is very professional. The shop is well lit and clean. They were able to align my car with a custom suspension. No shop would give me the time of day, but when I spoke to Warrior they said bring it on up we do custom suspensions all the time. They have since done work on my truck. They are true car guys, as they have a race team also. Youll see full on race cars to soccer mom vans in the shop on any given day. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Warrior Racing if you are looking for any Performance related items for your car or truck. These guys rock! Came in on 02/26/2021 looking for a Stainless Steel Screw for a Rim Center Cap that came out of my truck. Staff Member took the one screw I had with me and went to the back to match up a screw. Came back with two of the identical screws I was looking for a said no charge. Just come back when you need something else. IDK promised to get back with me on a quote in jus a couple days...its been 6 days so far and havent heard anything...kinda disappointed I was on vacation this week and rilly wanted this job done at that time....I try to keep the smaller local business with cash flow.....so Im displeased

After Covid I decided to buy local, even though the price was $40 higher. Within a couple weeks of installing new shocks on my truck the rubber boot disintegrated. Their response was they never heard of such a thing. I even sent the pictures showing the problem. So much for buying local. :(

They fixed my problem very quickly. Great service and very friendly. Couldnt recommend more highly.

Shotty work

I contacted Warrior Racing in December 17th. They said they could give me an appointment for Jan. 14th. I explained to them on the phone what i wanted which was to check the car over. I told them that i thought the spark plugs needed changed (90,000 miles), oil changed, and rear diff oil changed. I told them that i thought the water pump was making a noise along with the passenger exhaust manifold, and there was an oil leak on the front of the engine. I dropped my car off on the 13th. I waited for a call with an review of what they found and a quote. I waited till the 18th and still no call. I called them on the 18th at 1pm. I was told the work was done. I asked what work. No one had called and let me know what was found. They told me the cost for the repairs (oil change, spark plugs, rear diff oil). I asked about the oil leak, exhaust, leak and water pump. I was told they couldnt find an exhaust leak and that the oil leak was the timing chain cover. I asked when i could get the timing chain gasket replaced and they said they had an opening in Feb. !!!!!! It feels to me that they have way too much work to do to take care of me. I think Ohio Law requires a quote before any work is started. They lost out on being able to service my car(s) in the future. Getting that quick $5oo now lost them $1,ooo-3,000 in the near future and much more in the long term. They should have called and given me a quote one what they found and how long it would take to do the work. The customer is who keeps you in business. Treat them well and at least follow the law.... I would not recommend them unless you know exactly what you want and get a quote up front before you leave your car with them.

Great customer service. All I needed was a scented car spray so I called the store and the man over the phone told me he had a bottle left, about 5 minutes later, somebody else got the last one so he called me back and updated me. I was very thankful for that customer service over such a small item.

I just had headers put on my mustang here. This is by far the best shop I have ever been to. Very professional and definitely know what they are doing. I would recommend warrior racing to anyone. This shop is very clean and it looks like something out of a movie. Pricing is very far and affordable. Great customer service by Alan and Joel. They where very patient and where able to answer all my questions and I had alot of questions. Very knowledgeable. I would give it more stars if I could. I will be a life time customer, no one else will work on my car.
