They had my boat for 7+ weeks, never received a update phone call or anything. I went in there 1 time a week and they did not have any info for me, finally one day I went in there they told me it was a pump and they were trying to get it, i asked the woman at the desk to give me a call if they could get the pump or not she said no problem I will call you tomarrow. (could have gotten a pump for them) that was on a tues, and guess what no call and its the monday next. So I went picked up my boat and left. Almost 2month wasted. I understand boat places are busy and parts are delayed but keeping your customers informed is important also. They mite do great work but communication sucks.

I gave this place a shot due to all the good reviews and being the closest Marine Service near my home. I dropped off my 76 Johnson 9.9 for diagnostics and maintenance in May 2020. I was told two weeks and should be ready in time for my fishing trips. Seven weeks later, my motor was still sitting there on the floor untouched without a time frame on when someone would look at it. To me, this is highly unacceptable, and they wont be getting any of my future business. So, I picked up my motor and took it to Genes Marine up at Indian Lake. Genes had my motor running in less than 1 week when I was quoted two weeks. Thats what I call amazing service.

I will return and send people Eds way... He let me know up front he was 2-3 weeks out from getting to my boat. Fair prices, very thorough in explaining what he did, also did couple other things he noticed. Thank you!!!

I have owned this boat since 1979 Ed has done better work than any other person in 40 years.Many places have worked on it and cost me thousand of dollars and didnt fix the problem all most of them did was guess work that I paid for. About 20 years of problems and quite a few break downs on the lake my wife got to the point of wanting me to sell it was afraid to take it out.My biggest regret was not knowing about Ed place took it to him about 2 years ago he found lots of poor work took care of it and replaced quite a few things now 2 years with no problem and the boat is running great. If I would have know about him sooner I would have had a lot more fun and saved a lot of money.Very smart and cares about his work no one better.

Was super easy dropped the boat off let them know what I needed and Ed took care of the rest! Ill be taking my boat back there for sure!!!

Just got my boat back, it was in not to good of shape when I dropped it off, Ed fixed everything that needed fixing and then some, he went above and beyond the call of duty, I couldnt be happier, I will never go anywhere else as long as he is in business. My was water logged - completely submerged under water - Miami Valley Marine Repair not only fixed my motor, but was also able to get the motor back to me within a few days. Great, quick & effective service. Great guys and my motor runs great!!!!

Needed a starter for my 470 mercrusier online they priced for $210-$300. Ed was able to find a brand new one in shop and charged me $130.00. very good price. Will do business again soon. Gembal bearing went out Im having him replace it for me. Hes booked up right now but worth the wait.
