Awesome visit at Menards. Was there for a wedding!! Yep thats right. Good friends first met at Menards, courted at Menards, then got married there today. Spectacular.

I have to say this trip to Menards was probably one of the best trips Ive had there as far as service goes. The folks back in the area of drywall were a big help to me and finding things that I needed to do this project. Before going in there I was treated very unprofessionally buy some of their associates this time I felt more respected and treated professionally and positively. I dont know the associates names that helped me and if I did I would surely mention them in this review and thank them for the help that they gave me.

Menards is always a great shopping experience. Staff is friendly and helpful and the prices cant be beat!

I can spend an afternoon and a fortune in this store. In general, the best prices around with 11% rebate. I will be back.

I would like to say that Colin at the flooring/tile department is just a very professional salesperson. He is very helpful, every time we go there he helps us with everything we need even answers all our questions. His super nice and knowledgeable I would recommend him to anyone that needs help with their flooring. Colin definitely can be a great manager I hope he gets the top position. I never seen someone care about his work and customers that much, excellent service thank you so much Colin.

Sometimes they are the only store around that carries items I need, so I am forced to shop there. However, as I fill out the 11% cash rebate form, like I have so many times previously and never actually received a rebate, it reminds me again that this store embraces deception. There is no reason, other than they intend to not pay rebates to the greatest extent possible, that these could not be instant rebates or at least filed online. But instead of doing this in a way that would be the least expensive administratively for them, they pick a way that has to cost them much more to process.I generally prefer to deal with businesses that are straight forward and honest. I dont have that impression with this company and if I didnt need some of the products they offer, I wouldnt shop there. Id have a totally different perspective they didnt pretend to offer an 11% rebate on everything and just stopped advertising it.

Love going to Menards. Store is always clean and well stocked. After gathering hardware items, always go food section to do some grocery shopping. This time I was at the store in Troy.

Yesterday I went to Mernards to price some yard items. I received the best customer service by Matt. He answered all my questions and provided great suggestions for my outdoor project. I didnt feel rushed by him or asking stupid questions. After him helping me, I reported his exceptional customer service skills to a manager. Thank you, Matt for being a postive and kind individual. This what Matt helped me with. Whew!

Just there to pick up lights and pool noodles, plus shop for a new kitchen sink. EXCELLENT customer service from a gentleman named Denaris. He took the time to discuss sink options, non-stock item ordering online, and offered to call a manager to discuss display item pricing if I wanted that. Thanks!

We had a wonderful experience Saturday with your employee Alexs. My husband had a special order item to get an estimate on. Alex was very helpful and answer all my husbands questions. Ive enjoyed shopping at this store for a a few years and the prices are always the best I can find for the things we need such as bulk paper towels, toilet paper and even nice outdoor furniture. They staff has always been helpful with things such as figuring out what the exact part I need is for small jobs I need to do. Thank you for your helpful and kind efforts.

Horrible customer service from the lady with long gray hair in the rental department (could not see her nametag) the other people were more than polite but you could tell she did not want to help us. Acted like we were a nuisance from the second she started helping us.

Definitely dont buy cabinets there. I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The quality is terrible, inconsistent finish, scratches, poor build quality(out of square) . And i spent almost 8k just on kitchen cabs. Its a decent place to get raw lumber and household items but I wouldnt make any major purchases there anymore.

Shopping for yard decorations and some flowers this visit. Great variety of both available. Better selection than, in our opinion, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. Only mild frustration is the lack of pricing info in the garden center. Additional price labels would be helpful for shoppers. Too many sections lacked pricing info.

Spent 400.00 on gardening in the store just to have a cart boy tell a cop to check us out because we were taking too long loading. Way to treat your customers! Thinking Ill go to home depot or lowes for the next remodeling project where they appreciate customers and maybe even HELP a customer thats taking too long to load.

Ran in to grab some supplies and Kathy walked me to the area I needed. She gave some advice on what she recommended based on previous customers experiences. Job well done. Great prices.

Larger store means larger selection. Decent furniture some by Ashley and Lane. Now with 15% off anything you can put in the bag.

Store has just about anything youd ever need for home repairs, etc! Helpful staff and good prices...and lots of items on discount. Highly recommend.

We purchased breakable items, well the younger female cashier just placed our items on the conveyor belt and it toppled over and chipped! Then we purchased a bright white cloth shower curtain and we had to stop her from putting it on the dirty conveyor belt again, where all kinds of dirt and other chemicals were obviously on the belt! She had no care or concern for our products! I asked her if she had something that we could wrap around the glass thing and to no surprise, she said no, very rudely! So I took it upon myself to wrap it with 5 plastic bags! They need to train them better in quite a few things! Customer service skills, and packaging skills! Over all this visit was a definite one star!

They typically have everything you need at a pretty good price but most of product location is ridiculous and hard to find to keep you in the store longer

Joy is the best cashier in the world. I have been wanting to write a review for 9 or 10 months now, probably - I wasnt feeling well, back pain, and Joy volunteered to bag ALL of my purchases. I havent been to Menards since the mandatory Mask Rule but I still love the Tipp city store. I am from the Dayton area and its worth the drive. Thanks Joy, for being so awesome. - I wont forget it.

The garden center outside entrance was closed and it was not even 8 p.m. I had to enter thru the main store doors on the inside. A sign should have been on the door to say OPEN please enter thru the store. I purchased annuals . The prices were not well marked. The plant selection was disappointing.

90% of the time the people there are perfect willing to help on a whim. Love going here an most of the te the prices are superb. menards can over price or price gouge on somethings but mostly best prices of a lot. I do recommend then over other places

Good selection and great sale prices with a very helpful staff makes this Menards one if my go to places when I need anything from appliances to lumber. They would get 5 stars if their delivery prices were more in line with Home Depot. Home Depot has the lowest delivery charges in this area as things stand now..

All employees were wonderful !!! Paint depart. Awesome service ...but blind deparrment employee very ride thowing our blinds around kicking boxes and broke little nubs on blinds and told us we could fix them !!!! He was horrible customer service

Went in there to get galvanized sheet metal went to the location that the app told me to go to purchase it it was not there went to a help desk was taken to the exact same location was then told to go to another side of the store and ask another employee could not find such an employee went back to the desk found another employee who took me back to the same location I was looking for the galvanized steel in the ventilation and area then was told to go over to plumbing and ask another employee for help he then took me back to the air conditioning area we looked again then we went back to the terminal in plumbing after Ive been passed off the five different employees to help find this turns out its a new items supposedly that they have no clue where it should be in the store even though the website and their computer say they have four my suggestion if youre buying anything that you would think was normal but is actually specialized order it for pickup make them spend the hour or two looking for it that way youre not playing back and forth walking through a store to find out they have no clue where it is

Menard is a wonderful place; However, late as usual, these people, and I use the word loosely, have come up with the concept, however inappropriate as it is, of the shoppers wearing a mask. Regardless of the fact that our countries Surgeon General, wrote a wonderful story that wearing a mask may be more harmful, then not wearing one. Menard has many items that such companies as Loews, and Home Depot may not carry. I suppose they have the right to ask shoppers to wear them. But I for one, am enough of a fat old Rebel to not like it at all. And until these People, come to their senses, if they have any left, I will send my rule follower friends to purchase any thing I may need from that establishment.

Placed order online and called into the store and was told my order would be ready within the hour. Was out and stopped to check on order and was told at that time it would not be ready till tomorrow. Could not walk in without buying a mask from them. Went to Lowes on way home walked right in no problem and the total was less than it was going to be at Menards

Order 2 garage doors online, process went as expected. Email instructions call when you are in parking lot, called got directions, drove my truck and trailer through the guard shack to a gigantic covered warehouse. Guy showed up in fork lift, set down a skid of garage doors . He helped me sidt through the damaged boxes to find 2 perfect ones, helped me load them on the trailer. Excellent service, smooth process. Thanks Menards

Did not like it when it opened, but since then they appear to have become more organized and more proficient at keeping the place neat and orderly. Most trips I can usually find most of the things I am looking for. The distance between the in and the out is a bit of a nuisance when deciding where to park. As with all such stores, if you need help, good luck finding any.

They wont let you in currently without a mask which is frustrating. If I needed something inside I would have been extremely upset since I drove 40 minutes to get there. Fortunately what I needed was outside. There was no warning about requiring patrons to wear a mask or any offers to supply me with one. The forklift driver was very helpful so thats why I gave 4 stars.

They do not sell zero turn lawn mower but they have an enormous amount of stock in the store

I placed a lumber order on May 13, 2020 for delivery. All the items were listed in stock on the website. After several calls to the store I finally have a delivery date of June 6. I have not been impressed and will find somewhere else to get the materials for my home renovations.Update - June 6, 2020It’s finally delivery day; and I get half my lumber. I had to call and was told they didn’t have the full order. They sent the delivery knowing it didn’t have everything and didn’t call me ahead of time to let me know. I already took vacation days from work and now I can’t get my project done.I have no idea how this place is still in business
