ABSOLUTELY THE BEST USED CAR DEALERSHIP IN DAYTON!!!! I got my very first car from here (2007 Hyundai Accent) it lasted me 2 years and is still running great for its current owner! Never had any issues with the car AT ALL! I went back last year to get a car from them and they were very honest about what vehicles they had available and what issues some of those cars had (they are used cars so not all of them are going to be in perfect condition obviously) but most of them are pretty darn close and all are in good condition just some of them have normal wear and tear. Which they are amazing at addressing that with you and will help in every way possible to assist you with resolving any issues you might have with the vehicle. Unfortunately I didn’t end up buying a car that day with them only because they didn’t have what I was looking for. I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK NEXT TIME IM SEARCHING FOR A VEHICLE.

Got a really good deal on a vw jetta. It lasted all of 6 months before needing severe work done to it. The mechanics thought it would be an awesome idea to splice a wire that goes from the alternator to the battery. Melted the fuse box.. and the vw dealership said im lucky it didnt catch on fire or surge any other components... go to a real car lot. With real mechanics. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Unless you have several thousands of dollars to work on the car after their hill jack engineering fails

Do not buy a car from here!! Four months after purchase, we have $3,000 worth of repairs to make. Completely unethical and had no problem letting us buy and drive off with a car that was unsafe. It is one thing to try to make a buck but entirely another to know that you could potentially harm people by letting them buy something that you know is unsafe. Shameful.

Bought two cars from these guys, great prices, got a little more than I paid for. What else can you ask for from a used car dealer?

Looked at a Town & Country van which we wanted to purchase. We agreed to come back and buy the vehicle the next day because the bank have closed on us early. When we came back the next day they had sold the vehicle to another couple. They then directed us toward another Town & Country van which we purchased. From the get-go there was a wheel bearing assembly that needed replaced which he had told us about and told us he would fix it for $60 we bought the part and received a bill for $180 which we disputed with a negative result. After that it needed a front end alignment due to the wheel bearing assembly being replaced by them they wanted an additional $60 for the wheel alignment. The owner told us not to worry about it just to pick it up from Grismer so we did. Mind you they had our vehicle for 3 weeks to fix it we drove a total of 1 day. After we got it back we drove it 3 miles and it died and it was smoking. The owner says all it was is the thermostat and needed a radiator flush and it would be no charge. We then receive the voicemail days later that are vehicle had a locked up air conditioning pulley and and alternator was bad. Without her consent they went forward with repairing the vehicle and telling us it would cost $700. I personally came up here to discuss the situation and no one knew nothing about anyting and they basically did not want to work with us at all with the price. In my opinion run run run from this place or you will get got hope you have some money in the bank

Awesome place to do business! Bought my car off of them and had other services done throughout the last couple years. Always professional and always feel important to them. Never felt like just another customer. Will continue to do business with them because I know Im gonna get a great job done with the highest professionalism there is to offer. Very pleased with the vehicle I purchased from them recently. One of the owners (Jeriah) was super friendly and totally transparent with the vehicle that I was interested in. He took the time to show me the full car fax report in great detail and also showed me the repairs that were made by his dealership prior to putting the car on the lot. Great car, great communication, great experience. Will definitely consider them again when in need of a vehicle in the future.

OH MY! What a spectacular job! Our truck was the product of farm life, rodeos, and hundreds of miles driving. There were stains from coffee & pop, horse grooming products that spilled, mud, dog hair....We told the guys to do the best you can not expecting some of the stains to be removed. When we picked up the truck we were blown away! It looks amazing! I wish I had taken before pics because unless you saw the before you can’t fully get what a fantastic job the guys did. Thank you so much to the guys at Ride N Shine! Plus they are super nice people and have great customer service!

I bought a car from them in January of 2020. Within the first 3 months i had to put $800 into repiars. I have had it 8 months now and i have officially put more money into repairs than i paid for the car. I bought it in winter so i couldnt check out the undercarriage and itnis rusted all over the place. It took me 3 different reminders to finally get the title. when i finally went to go get the title there was a lady in the office that had bought a car from them and she had only been anle to drive it for approximately 2 months out of 6 that she owned it. They were doing the repairs but i do not know if they were covered under a warranty or if they were making her pay for them. the only reson i am posting this now is because i just had to get another $850 in repairs done. 4th time in the shop in 8 months.The car was very clean and detailed almost perfectly. Even the mechanic i took it to less than a minth later said it was clean. Do not be fooled by the look of the cars.IF YOU BUY A CAR FROM THEM GET IT CHECKED OUT THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU PAY THEM!!!!

Today (7/1/20) I responded to an add for a vehicle and the owner of the business contacted me and we set up a meet SAME DAY. He was reasonable and professional and friendly the entire tim . He treated me as hed known me for years and it didnt feel like a sales pitch. I 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest appraisal and a dedicated owner and the staff (nicole) was amazingly helpful. I accidentally left my folder in their office and I drove back. She noticed and brought it out to me without me having to call. 10/10

I have had two vehicles that I right here to have complete car stereos done. The price is amazing worth my drive. The crew are amazing and treat me like family. Found our 2011 HHR today. Very friendly staff. Very decent prices. What I found the best is that they offer a warranty on their vehicles for 3 months. Only bad thing is that its hard to find or else I would have gave then 5 stars.

Bad place to buy car, the owner dont want to communicate, very hard to call him since he wont answer the call. He promise me that he will set up the cars keys, fix the horn, but he dont do anything for almost 1 month, I really need the car, and I call him ask for if the car is done, he said he will call back in 15 min, which he never call back. I have to come to this place today and call police to solve this. He give me 2 remote keys but one is broken, and tell me to get the car home and do it myself, I dont agree because that not what he promise me before. Also becareful if you buy car from this dealer, they use some kind of oil to make the car look new, but the inside is pretty bad, the car he sold me have one tire look like brand new, but when I remove it, the inside is all rusted, cant hold air and I have to replace it. In conclusion, very bad communicate, customer service, rude, no resposibility, will sell $4400 today but tomorrow is $5000. I dont recommend buying car this place, but if you still want to buy from this place, check the inside of the car before you buy, you may have to pay alot to fix it after driving for sometime.

Recently I have been traveling the United States and I would have to say in 25 years this place would be a top 3 in all time best. If ever interviewed with a question of one of my best customer experience interactions, Im going to use this story as my example.My car was thrashed and I mean it was bad. I inquired about an interior detailing and not even 12 hours later I was hit with a response and an amazing deal. But I needed the car done ASAP and he was booked until next week. After hearing my situation the Owner offered to stay late on a Friday to get MY car finished. He was efficient and the quality of work was outstanding. The owner really puts his customers first before himself, and that is extremely refreshing to have in a state where its mainly take it or leave it. He was patient with me and had my back. He did not shy away from the challenge and he got it done. In football we would say hes a Man that Does his JOB. He looks like he enjoys putting a smile on his customers faces and he wont make you feel embarrassed or ashamed. For anyone like me who has a pretty beat up car. This owner will make you feel important and secure. No need to be embarrassed or ashamed hes going to have your back. I highly recommend Ride and Shine as your Number 1 detailer in all of Ohio. They did an awesome job on my Honda Accord and even got a blemish out of the hood of my vehicle thats been there two years. As far as the interior got a stain off the leather that Ive made previous attempts to remove without success.

I bought a 2005 Mercedes E55 AMG. The Craigslist ad stated the vehicle has a Eurocharge 650 horsepower stage 3 package. I verified through Eurocharge that the vehicle is only a Stage 2. The horsepower difference is nearly 50 horsepower less as well as a $4K cheaper package than advertised. The difference in the two packages is an upgraded throttle body and 550cc fuel injectors; neither you can tell are not on the car unless engine parts are removed. Its verified both those items are stock parts and not on the car. Also, the ad stated a second set of wheels are included with the purchase. The asking price of the car was $14,800; we agreed on $14,000. NOTHING was mentioned the wheels are not included. I prior asked if the vehicle had GPS, he stated yes it does. After verifying, the vehicle is not equipped. I paid cash for the car. After all paperwork completed and I had the keys about to leave the property, I asked where the wheels/tires are. He stated since the price was lowered he was not including the set with the sale. I was not happy and just left. He fastly walked away. After a few days Ive inquired and told him I was unhappy. He text that he would include them. My title arrived and he wont answer my texts/calls. BEWARE: they place ads on Craigslist making you believe you are buying a vehicle through a private owner. When you arrive you find its a dealer; this is defined as curbstoning.
