Good place for what you need in a pinch.

Employees not wearing masks or gloves... Not enforcing social distance of customers and was crowded... Older employee with white and black hair was doing hair of a younger man co worker at the checkout areas... Felt very unsafe with customers and workers making fun of people with masks... Will definitely be reporting this place to ODH as to not complying with COVID rules...

The people are great the store is clean its awesome

I go to family dollar about everyday and love it they have nice staff good prices and it’s very clean one time I didn’t have enough money and they paid for it

Was at the Tipp City location and only needed a couple of things. The employee there wasnt talking very nicely towards the costumer in front of me. I then went to pay and dropped my wallet on the ground. I stood there for a little bit making sure noting fell out. The employee then replied dont worry if anything did fall out ill keep it safe for you, in my wallet! I didnt care for that one bit! I am unsure if I will go back there.

I have never been to this particular family dollar store location since living here for the last ten years. Not missing much. Seemed kind of dirty and staff were smoking at the front entrance of the store. Really classy.

THIS STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY, BUT THE OWNERS NEED TO KNOW THAT THIS STORE IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF SOME UPGRADING!!! THESE EMPLOYEES DO WAY TOO MUCH FOR WHAT THEY GET PAID. THIS STORE IS WAY TOO SMALL, THE CHECK OUT COUNTERS ARE WAY TOO SHORT, AND THERE NEEDS TO BE A SEPARATE STOCK PERSON ON DUTY TO TAKE CARE OF THE TRUCKS AND STOCKING SHELVES!!! IF THESE FEW THINGS WERE CORRECTED, YOU WOULD HAVE THE BEST DOLLAR STORE IN THE STATE, NO JOKE!

Some items had no prices. There is a sale of BOGO half off of clothes but no sign. Happy surprise at the register but would have liked to know when shopping

The most unprofessional staff I have ever seen.Every time I go in there the same worker (short blue hair) is constantly on her phone. Doesnt even greet you, just texts away. Even when I am cashing out shes texting through the transaction. I will definitely be contacting corporate.I have been in there multiple times where another worker isnt even wearing shoes! She walks around in her socks stocking shelves!

Lately this $ store has been running out of carts. Even if not busy an none in parking lot. They use em all for store use. Why!? Any store I know have other carts besides shopping carts to work with.Oh an tonight June 1st at closing time there was a red headed (box colored) gal workin an she was the rudest employee thats ever worked there!

I only go in these stores when I really need something. Overall store has a messy and dirty feel. They need a major overall. Having a dirty desk upfront for employees to do whatever they do up there is not very appealing either! Prices are odd like $1.60 and other odd pricing. Stuff is all mixed up. Put all health and beauty items in one section! Not 3 different areas. Its a ok store. Its all they have in Tipp city. Way way less than over hyped and over priced CVS. Customer service is ok. Its normal for them to be on a phone or way in the back because I guess only one person works at a time? Ive been in a few times and seen some bad customer service. Its hit or miss. Overall store needs a make over!

Just left the store, employee was mopping the floor as you walked in, lights were out in the middle of the store and cashier was on the phone talking to family member while checking out customers.Very unprofessional.
