Last week, I went to a minute clinic in Marysville, who were incredibly kind to me. After I tested negative for COVID they saw me without charge, and wrote a prescription to help.I still wasnt feeling better and needed to be seen, and this location in Tipp City was the only one open. I got there for my 12:20 appointment at 12:00, and there was someone there who had been waiting 45 minutes. I waited until 1:00, mind you I was very sick, and I was finally seen. The NP was HORRIBLY rude. She had made everyone wait for 2 hours while she did a physical (Im a nurse going into medical school, Ive done many physicals, they take 30 minutes maximum), and then told everyone they all had to wait another hour while she took lunch. When I got in the room she asked me why I was there, and I explained. She told me she needed my ID and insurance, I told her I didnt have insurance, and she told me how much it would be. I was genuinely confused and said the last place I went was free. She responded Well you can just go there then. I couldnt go there, they were closed. She then opened her door and told me to either pay out of pocket or leave.Horrible way to behave in front of a patient, horrible way to treat a patient. CVS unfortunately has been a breeding ground of poor customer service lately.
Mike at your Tipp City OH location went above and beyond to help me. He was polite, professional and made sure my issue was corrected. We need more customer service reps. like him.
The clerk wrongfully accused my group of stealing 5 hour energy from the soup isle, we didnt do anything but we even offered to pay for the missing item we didnt take. she was very crabby and rude and we were kicked out without reason. Family dollar is better in every way, shop there, better prices too!
Everyone in the pharmacy is incredibly rude besides like one younger male.
Woman at front desk falsely accused me and my friends of “shoplifting a bottle of 5 hour energy from the soup aisle” because apparently it went missing after we came in weeks ago. she claimed to have security camera footage but kicked us out of the store when we asked to see it. denied us when we told her we didn’t do it and refused to listen at all. don’t recommend unless you’re cool with getting wrongfully accused for absurd claims made on the spot.
Set appointment online for quicker service. Arrived 10 minutes early, say by the door to the exam room. Sounded like they were trying to set up something on their computer. After waiting almost an hour (50 min) they opened the door a patient came out and they quickly shut the door again . Another 5 almost 10 minutes past and the call me in. Said because of my age and symptoms said they couldnt help me. Suggested I go to an Urgent Care. I will never use this location again. Very unprofessional.
I was SHOCKED when I went into this store to price check AZO Maximum Strength and Monistat 7 at my local CVS compared to the Family Dollar right next door. The Monistat 7 was the same product with 7 applicators instead of the 1 reusable one at Family Dollar, but the item was $20 at CVS and $8 at Family Dollar. The AZO is the SAME EXACT ITEM! It was $4 at Family Dollar and $9 at CVS. This same product is also $3.97 at Walmart online and in store. THIS IS PRICE GOUGING AND CAPITALISM AT ITS WORST! This store pretends to be your local pharmacy when you can get things cheaper right next door. Take my advice... shop somewhere else ENTIRELY. Creams and pain pills and the like can be bought at Family Dollar for over HALF THE PRICE not even on a sale. This kind of thing should be illegal and this store (or company if its all CVS) should be ASHAMED! I hope you go out of business and make the parking lot bigger for actual great stores like the Family Dollar and AT&T around it.
I had went to this store to ask for advice on what I should purchase for swollen joints. The manager was very helpful, professional, and informative. I was told to ask the pharmacist for her opinion. I dont know if its with everything going on lately but I wasnt treated well. Three gals in the back each treated me like a fool and even laughed at me as I walked away. I still said thankyou miss. Not knowing what medicine to use is definitely a proclivity of mine but I dont think thats a good reason to act as snobs to a customer. I decided to just get ibuprofen as a fairwell transaction to this store. I will not be returning.
I have held on the phone for more than 10 minutes on numerous occasions. I have been met with exactly 1 nice pharmacy tech in the last year we have come there. If my husbands insurance didnt almost require we go there (CVS Cares prescription deal) I wouldnt go! I am ALWAYS frustrated. Always. Go anywhere but here!
I am Not sure why it takes over 3.5 hrs to fill a prescription. I called Ahead to make sure it was ready-I was Told they were working on it. Show up 30 minutes later -still working on it. Go back 40 min later finally ready.
The store employees are fantastic. They should apply the same customer service training to the pharmacy.
The woman with dark hair and bun was so horrible to me. She is not a woman who supports other women. Extremely rude and should not be working in customer service.
This is a very well run store with the manager or asst manager always there. They ask if you need help, open up a second register if busy, etc. Great store in my neighborhood..
The two pharmacy staff members I encountered today at the pick up window were very rude. I had a good rx card and they weren’t thrilled about it.
Everyone at the pharmacy always seems friendly when I pick up or drop off prescriptions and Ive never really had any problems here. My only issue is that every time I get a new prescription filled they ask if I want to enroll it in auto refill to which I always say no, but low and behold they enroll me every.single.time. anyways. So I constantly get harassed by text messages telling me to either pick up prescription, that Im not ready for, or asking me if I want to re-fill something, that Im not ready for. At this point theyve filled so much stuff Im not ready to use yet I can see how people get hooked on over the counter medication as I now have a surplus.
I waited over an hour and 30 mins in the wait area for the pharmacy clinic. It told me to arrive at 11 since I registered online and I arrived at 10:30 and have only seen 1 person go in. Ridiculous!
They stopped selling cigarettes..prices to high..but sometimes..sometimes hv unique things
I come here alot, the service is usually quick, and the clinic is cheap. The prices are fair for a quick visit.
Staff is always nice there and very helpful
I changed Pharmacys because I moved. The whoever I spoke with on the phone when I called to ask if my prescriptions were done was rude, hateful and disrespectful. I wont be using this pharmacy in the future.
Bad 🤬🤬🤬
