This company is very professional and very fast! I called this morning with a problem regarding my garage door key pad. They were at my house within 2 hours. Replacement my key pad, made sure everything still worked. Then out my door in less than a half an hour. John, the service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Garage door spring broke. Called on a Monday morning 9ish arrived noonish. John gave me options of replacing the spring, clamping it or as I asked estimate for new door an opener(needed both for awhile). John had the door clamped an operating shortly after arriving. I called them that morning and it was fixed by that afternoon. They were friendly and accommodating. I had them replace the springs on my garage door and they took care of that but also fixed the chain that had been shaking and lubricated the chains. Highly recommend!

Very satisfied with initial phone call to installation. Was told from another company that springs were bad. After 10 min checking the springs and making some adjustments. I have called 4 times for a service request that I started in November. Each time they say they will be out in a few weeks it is currently March and Im still waiting. I have had another company service my commercial Overhead Doors however they never showed up 5 months later.If you want the work done anytime soon I would strongly encourage looking at another company.

Unbelievable service! I left a message with RSD of Dayton at 10:40AM to request service on a door they had installed many years earlier. They returned the call at 11:10AM, and said they would be at my home within 30 minutes. Austin was at my door by 11:25AM, quickly diagnosed the problem and it was fixed by 11:40AM. All within an hour of my phone call. Well done RSD of Dayton!

Great experience! Called them late in the afternoon when my garage doors spring broke. They came early the next morning and fixed/replaced the springs. My garage door was working again before my morning coffee was cooled down! The two service pros were courteous and thorough - checked all the parts, not just the repairs - and aswered all my questions. I highly recommend RSD!

This was at the Walmart in Amelia. The gentleman was very polite and patient. He listened to my complaining, about work not him, with humor and was very nice. He started work promptly and found the issue with our dock with ease. I regretfully forgot his name. He did startle me when he got there as I didnt notice him but heard knocking. 😀

Overpriced for the work they do. The Technician they sent was not well trained. He was constantly belly aching about every little thing and had to call his boss constantly for help. They both kept whining at every small thing in order to justify their inflated price. I could not believe it. Completely unjustified and unreasonable.I DO NOT recommend them at all. Much better alternatives further south.

DRS Doors has been an outstanding find for our home. Everything was done with courtesy and professionalism. I actually had a door damaged from a storm, and then brought them back to replace the other door. Quality of doors is outstanding and the installer would be welcome at my home any time...seriously an amazing job! They were even willing to help find a dealer in another area for a family member in IN! Great products and work topped by even better people. Id give them 6 stars if possible, you will be bigly happy!
