I love this place. No pressure sales. No nonsense service by people that know what they are doing. Bought a chainsaw there with no pressure to upgrade to a higher priced model that I did not need, just the facts that I needed to know. Returned for a new chain after hitting some nails and left with exactly what I needed for 20% LESS than was available online from a big seller. Again, no high pressure sales.

Called to get service on my 17 yr old John Deere riding mower. They called me back to say there was an issue, and it wouldnt start (problem with/ engine). Needless to say I was a little upset as it was running when they picked it up. They continued to do work and 2 hrs later they called me back to say it was now running. They (Tim) was extremely friendly and understanding about my original dismay and sis what he had to do to text to make me happy. I received my mower back and am happy it is running well again. Despite the original issue and being upset, I am happy with the work and staff (Tim).

The folks at Tipp City Koenig went above and beyond when I went to pick up my Gator from having a snow blade installed. I had an issue with the Uhaul trailer I got and they stepped in and fixed the problem and got me on my way in no time at all.They are top notch in the service department! I really appreciate their assistance!

I went to Koenig to shop for a tractor. Though no one was at the door to greet me, I was helped promptly. My salesman was thorough and honest in answering all if my questions. I was even taken into the parts are to see some answers instead if simply having them explained or shown in a brochure. The attention to my needs impressed me greatly. I also appreciated the general conversation the salesman had with me. I would be happy to give this store my business anytime.

Do not use this company.First of all, they did not fix the piece of equipment.That would have been fine on its own, but then they tried to charge us over $50 for parts they added without consent to this still non-operating piece of equipment.The nail in the coffin was when they tried to then collect on a diagnostic fee on top of everything else -- all for equipment thats still dead.Go elsewhere!

I purchased a JD mower last fall, and had a great experience at the Tipp City Koenig. Im not what you would call a mechanic type person, and had lots of questions trying to decide what to purchase. Jason was very patient and explained the differences between mowers, looked up what accessories that were available (mulch kit, snow blade). He was able to show me how things worked like getting the deck and snow blade on and off. I needed some help with the snow blade after it was delivered and their maintenance department has been excellent in taking care of the problem. Thanks to everyone at Tipp Koenig, I cant wait to get mowing this year !!

I needed some replacement parts (belt shields and grass chute) for a 2003 vintage John Deere mower. I worked with Ginger in parts and she was excellent. She worked with me to figure out what part #s I needed (John Deere had made a few substitutions over the years) as well as helping me with the incidentals I would need (fasteners, clips etc). I actually had to call in twice because I realized I was missing more than I first realized. Ginger was patient and extremely helpful throughout. Parts came in withing a few days, and picking them up was a breeze. Koenig Equipment in Tipp City did an excellent job!

For several years I had John Deere tractor serviced at this facility. This summer I requested a technician to come to my home. He arrived at 9:10 am and left at 9:38. He fixed the issue. When I received the bill I was charged for 1 full hour of service and 105.00 for the technician to come to my home. I live 9.4 miles from the tipp service center. I called the service center immediately. I was told Angie handled all billingI was told this by the service manager.She was out that day and instructed to call back on Tuesday which I did. Again, Angie was not due back until Friday. I called for a third time again no Angie. I left her a voicemail about my concerns. Several weeks pasted and I did not purposely follow up due to the three times I had already phoned. No callback from anyone. I then called Angie. She said didnt the service manager phone u back. I said NO. She indicated I was in zone 3 for a home visit. I left it at that . I made a decision not to deal with the service center again. I went in myself and paid the account off. I spoke to the service manager and made it clear to him what my concerns were. I would no longer be using this center to service my tractor. He made many inconsistent statements. Making the situation worse. I left. I called the corporate office and made them aware of my concerns. She said she would call me back once she researched the procedures involved since she was not in the field. One week passed and I received a check for the balance I paid off. She also stayed an error was made on the fee to come to my home. 35.00 was refunded. The other issues would be handled in house that involved training. I thanked her. I was hesitant to review this on Google due to the severity of the many issues involved at this particular service center. I decided it was necessary do so other patrons would have information to make an informed decision on whether to use this center. The corporate office made an attempt to correct the issues which I do appreciate.

Went in on 5-7-20and was very disappointed! Zero customer service,. I will never go into this place again.I avoid this place from poor experiences from many years ago, however I recently found my self in need of a chain saw and they were the only stihl dealer off the top of my head. I went in with one of two models in mind and of course those were the only two models out of stock. I hung around for a bit hoping someone would ask me if I needed help, so I could just order what I wanted, but no one was interested in helping me.This was remarkably aggravating considering there were 4 employees in the room. Two of which were just standing around socializing the whole time I was in there. I didnt get a hello, a goodbye, or even a glance from anyone. I hope they work on commission because anyone paying them hourly to do their jobs is getting screwed. I went up the road to the next closest stihl dealer and spent over 1,000 on the saw, PPE, fuel, oils, etc...

My sales experience was great. The service department has yet to fully meet the expectations of a premium brand like John Deere. I left 2 messages for the service manager and have yet to ever hear from him. While others did finally resolve my issue, I certainly do not feel like a valued customer.

As a former employee of Koenigs I walked in the door with fairly high expectations. And I was far exceeded. I was treated with the same respect as anyone else who walked in the door. Jason was very helpful with combining our knowledge to find the right machine for myself. Josh was very helpful and prompt with financing questions and changes, sevice questions, warranty. You name it they will help you. I will definitely be back in the future for an upgrade!

Highly recommend Koenig. Brought in our blower after it was sitting at the “Other Guys” for over 3 weeks waiting to get fixed and wasn’t even touched. Walked in and everyone was immediately friendly. Tom took care of me and had the problem fixed within an hour! Tom was even able to get it covered under our warranty (that I did not know we had). We will be a returning customer for sure!

I recently purchased a mower from them. The salesmen was very thorough in detailing the mowers and was not pushy. He even talked me down on a couple of overpriced features that he knew I didnt need. I went back to Koenig to pick up oil filter and oil, and the person who helped me gave me the wrong filter and not enough oil. It wasnt a huge deal, but it was troublesome since I gave him the model of the mower and ended up with the wrong part...

Took three times to get my chainsaw running properly . After second time in I found metal debris in clutch housing from previous repair, which according to another Stihl dealer could of caused the damage for the third repair . Showed service manager everything, said he would take care of it. He didnt, they charged me for every repair and I had to call every time to check on saw and it was still not clean from being repaired. Also took five chains I had sharpened there to another dealer to have resharpened .So much for the Stihl Gold MasterWrench level.

Bought a chainsaw there today,,, sorry I forget the Ladys name who helped me,,, but she was awesome !!! Gave me a detailed instructions on using the saw even put fuel in it at started it up for,,, great customer service is not a thing of the past,,, ya just gotta go to the right store thank you
