Service was quick but food was NOT worth the money. The meat on the BBQ sandwich looked like it had been sitting in the pan for at least 6 hours. It was burnt around the edges and had formed into a patty. A very thin.. unimpressive.. patty of burnt meat.. my mom got the 6 chicken pieces. They were the size of one piece of popcorn.. they were so small. The ranch that was given with the chicken... well they may have well not have given us any. The new lemonade slush that I got tasted like pure syrup. Way too much. Im not one to complain. But this was pretty bad.

Havent been at this location in maybe years? I was near by and wanted ice cream for the family. The inside was closed still after all Ohio orders were lifted. The parking lot was jammed packed and out in the road making a overall safety issue. Get up to the speaker. Place the order and that was fine. Simple 4 ice creams. No problem. Got to the window 8 or so kids running around. Zero manners from the staff of kids. No thank you, youre welcome, no manners at all. Food was ok. Probably wouldnt go back.

Went to get my wife a small blizzard a couple of weeks ago. Made with chocolate ice cream. Opened the blizzard before I left and it was like soup. Gave it back to the employee to be remade, which they did and it came out almost as bad. Had to have it remade again with vanilla. Was told that the chocolate is just soft sometimes. Called and left a message for the owner/manager with details and phone number. Never heard anything back. That’s why I waited a bit before posting.

My husband is an ice cream nuts. He wanted a banana split. They are close to us so easy to get in and out. Wish they relaxed the number of people inside at a time. But their drive thru was very busy. Im sure we will be there quit a few times this summer.

This is, (in my opinion) the areas best Dairy Queen!! My daughter and I drive out of our way, to go to Tipps DQ!!!

I frequent all 3 DQs in the Vandalia, Tipp and Englewood area, depending on the day and where Im at or going. They all have their positives and negatives, but, for whatever reason, the one in Tipp has gone downhill the past few years. That and the fact that it can be nearly impossible to get into the tiny little parking lot if theres a line of 4 or more vehicles can make it a chore to go there. Theyve actually stopped putting ice cream all the way to the outer edge of the cones(?!) The food selection is not much to brag about and if its ever fresh food, consider yourself lucky. Like most food places, they hire mostly high school students...thats all I will say about that, except that there is one girl there with the cutest and unique teeth and smile Ive ever seen who is also very sweet. Unfortunately I cant say that for the rest of their employees....

This DQ is actually a public nuisance. Like 4 parking spaces available and always has a 10 car line out into main street blocking the road. Wish the city would do something about it. Its an every day thing.

Fast service and really good food!

Went to the location and after we ordered realized we forgot our money. We drove up the window and told them, the two women working the window said it was no big deal and they were just going to give them to us. We said that we could run home and get money but they insisted. Very nice of them because I know they didn’t have to do that.

You really shouldnt false advertise, its bad for business. Well go out of our way to go to Vandalia!

Worst place ever, if you dont want to get a brain freeze. 2 sips of my slushie and it hit me. LOL.. GREAT CHERRY FLAVOR. No indoor service yet, so we parked the motorcycle under a tree in the parking lot. Boyfriend had a hot fudge sundae. Must of been good. It didnt last 5 minutes.

Five to six workers inside and you couldn’t even go in to order! Terrible....family with three kids and stroller had to order and walk thru the drive in! No customer service!!!

Food always tasty but the corteousness of the younger staff needs some polish. Can I help you shouldnt be the 1st thing we hear and its not often we hear a thank you. All the kids seem nice and are working hard. A little focus on this from mgt. would make an impact.

The drive through was 4 cars from the window. The time for delivery was swift and friendly. However, when you only order 2 items 1 being chocolate with peanut butter cup blizzard and get vanilla instead it is frustrating. Was too far away by the time of discovery to go back and get it resolved.

This location is almost always busy, but does a great job getting customers through with positive service and good food.

Waited in line for over 10 minutes to order pretzel snacks and a hot dog, only to find out they were not serving food. It was 45 minutes to close. Makes no sense since all that do is nuke them.

This place only serves treats... no burgers and such. Difficult to get out of sometimes, because its on a corner and only open to one street. Parking is a little tight. But, ya know... ice cream. :)

If you ask for pup cups they chage you $1.39 and give you a kid sized ice cream! This is the only dq Ive been to that doesnt do pup cups right- they also gave me vanilla instead of twist for my sundae :(

Best blizzards anywhere. Crazy lines sometimes, but they’re fast.

The service was friendly. It is pretty much fully staffed by teenagers. The only odd thing is that they dont have a full menu. For example, they dont have french fries. Which is strange because they have hot dogs and burgers and other food options. But it was clean and the bathrooms were nice.

Been going here for years, always had consistently good service and food. Although I have never been served a blizzard upside down ha! But thats ok, they always taste great! Would definitely recommend and will be returning!

I love eating there. There is always nice people and even better ice cream. They have an awesome variety of ice cream. They also have really good hot dogs and chili cheese dogs if your not into ice cream. Overall great and extremely recommended

Ice Cream is always good here. They make sure that their dipped cones are covered completely, where other locations just make a quick dip, and the coating is extremely thin. Thank you DQ for doing it right!I only wish the parking lot was a little larger but nothing can be done about that.

This Dairy Queen wasnt very friendly,our chilli dogs was cold the chilli and cheese on top eas cold. I wouldnt reccomend coming here. Ive never been at a Dairy Queen like this before!! I was very disappointed and will never go back to this one again.

Lot is so small you could literally hit a parked car if you arent careful. Drive thru moved quick but they were screwing up all the orders. They tried to charge me $5 for a $2 order.

Was really surprised by how good the food was.

They dont have a lot of hot food, but I have asked for customized ice cream and have never been disappointed.

I placed an order specifically 2 days ahead of time which was required so it could be designed for my mom’s birthday and once my dad brought it home, nothing was on it at all!! Just a plain ice cream cake! What a disappointment!

We were going home from pique and stopped in for a snack. My MOH got a hotdog with with mayonnaise and i got the grilled chicken. Yum!

Came to this Dairy Queen for a quick treat for five people. We were in and out in under a few minutes and all were happy with the portions and quality of the ice cream!

This is the absolute worst Dairy Queen. Clearly the kids that run the place are not trained on customer service. I have never had a good experience here.The employees are rude and disrespectful.

Horrible. The worst dq Ive ever been to. Im alone in my car picking multiple ice creams and they start handing me my ice creams with no lids or in a bag. The girls are rude, they have no personality, makes me wonder who the manager is... because they hire these people who obviously dont understand customer service. Tonight I asked no chocolate chips extra brownie. They gave me no brownies. It wasnt even mixed either. Im disappointed in this location. Please fix your staff. Because I didnt even want to give you guys 1 star.

Waited in line to order dinner only to be told that they stopped serving food 40 minutes before closing... very frustrating.

The cashiers and servers are very quick and accurate with all orders even some more complex ones.

The DQ in Tipp City has gone down in service, ice cream still good, not use to hearing the people wait on us cussing right at the drive-thru window, not at all professional.

From ice cream cones to sundaes, and shakes, flurries, and banana splits and Coney dogs what not to like. Fast friendly service with a smile isnt extra.

They are pretty good. I mean its pretty hard to be bad at making ice cream. I just wish they had more food selection.

We enjoy this DQ for the food. Unfortunately, there is something wrong with their HVAC system. On days when the temperature outside is in the sixties or less, the temperature in the restaurant is much too cold for comfort. We were there this evening, and we walked out before ordering, because it was just too cold to eat there.Update: they have improved their HVAC, and it is not so cold any more.
