I took my gaming PC here about a year or two ago, and the dude legitimately said to my face that MSI Afterburner is causing a resolution issue I was having because he claims the program caps your computer when that is just untrue. I paid him 100$ to basically just say that, and give me my PC back lmfao. I know this is sort of random and it was a bit ago, but I think about this regularly for some reason. It just made zero sense. I made a comment when it happened, and I deleted it, but I noticed that this business has 4.1 stars and I dont think they have earned that from what Ive seen. The guy was also just plain rude, which I would have taken with a grain of salt, if he was more competent, but he was not.

Great service, great price & very quick turn around time. My fiancé dropped my laptop off I had locked myself out & computer was running very slow. I was nervous because I needed my computer for school & the gentlemen at this place had my laptop repaired & updated within a day. Thank you so much 😊

I took my desk top computer in to Novatech for an internet connectivity issue. They did a quick diagnostic check and discovered a bad NIC card. Bob had it replaced in less than ten minutes. The NIC card was $21, service $20, out the door for $43.67 including tax. The whole experience was very efficient and painless. I was so impressed, I also got a quote for a new custom built computer and their prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this business.

Called to ask if they repaired PS4s and when an employee answered with their company greeting I asked hey sir how are you doing today and the response with serious attitude like I was bothering him was to repeat their company greeting. Well This company lost any future business from me or my family. All over poor attitude and not talking to a customer like a decent human being

Tried calling to ask simple information about what products they carry or what they can order was greeted with nothing but attitude and felt like all they wanted was to just get off the phone obviously this company does not want to make money it’s sad when you can’t support local businesses.Don’t worry I won’t come in or spend any money here.

I traveled from Orlando to this location when my desktop had problems. face to face customer service is light and funny. price for what was needed for my desktop was, to me, was fair. I will definitely travel the hour for my computer needs.

Went ahead and took the liberty of choosing to go forward with repairing and charging an item I brought in though I dropped it off explaining what was wrong and asking to find out what the issue was. Didnt get a call to confirm to go ahead with the repair what so ever. For a 300$ plus repair might I add

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff -- Id highly recommend it as a first stop for any computer needs. Not the most extensive selection (unless there is a packed back room I didnt see), so if you are looking for a very specific part they may not have it in stock, but they wont have an issue finding it for you, or providing a good alternative from the stock they have.And prices were great -- got a video card to upgrade my old system for about what Id expect to pay through somewhere like Chegg.

I thought I had a dead Ethernet port based on the Spectrum tech who came check my internet speed. It turns out the port was fine but some settings were changed that limited the download speed. Fixed on the spot and they also highly recommended a better anti-virus.I highly recommend this place for your computer needs.

Ok dont really know how to put it besides the truth as crazy as it is....due to legalities of the situation I am extremely limited in what I can say... anyways I had a video that shows my innocence and my wife being inexperienced in tech the professionals that make up Novatech made a house call to personally get the harddrive and make the necessary thumbdrives to get to the proper people.....so I cannot thank you enough for if it was not for you Bob my freedom would no doubt be in jeopardy ....so please community support a company that supports truth and justice....support Novatech....thank you for your time......

I telephoned Novatech concerning my computer problem and was immediately impressed with their knowledge, concern, and customer service skills. I took my computer in later that day and had the pleasure of speaking with the owners who were staffing the service counter when I visited. They were extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They recommended a solution to my problem (hard drive recovery from a lightening struck computer) that was very practical (even I could understand it), inexpensive, and effective. I will visit them for all my computer issues and plan to buy a PC from them in the immediate future! I very highly recommend this outstanding business for your computer and computer support needs!

They dont even deserve the 1 star. I took them a laptop with a bad touch screen, I had already removed broken touch screen and bought new one just couldnt get a plug to hook up, they said first said $150 to install since i already had it apart. Next thing I know they call and say they have to take my whole computer apart so its going to cost $300 So I said what ever do it. It was a computer for my nephew for Christmas so I wanted it done. I finally go to pick up my computer and they tell me the led screen went out in the process of them replacing the touch screen but its not theyre fault??? Not to mention they still charged me $150 and when I got it back the touch was still not on it!!!! Do not use these people they are a joke.

I have used Novatech for complete from the ground up computer builds, repairs, removal of the awful Windows 8 on a new machine and replacement with Windows 7 Pro, and every time, without fail, they have come in on time and at or under budget.I am speaking with them now about yet another build (a platform to optimize Photoshop performance), and I have no doubt they will deliver the goods.Their staff knows what they are doing, and the owners (Fran and Dean) are ethical business people.I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Brought my computer in once and they said they fixed it. They did not. Brought it in again, said they know what is wrong with it... They did not. Then I gave them another chance, and still they couldnt fix my computer but yet still charged me for the service of doing absolutely nothing but install unwanted and unused software. Not to mention theyre rude customer service. But after all of this I complained to them and then they said they will not charge me to bring it in one more time (Which was very nice) but then they said it was getting the BSOD because overheating. So WITHOUT permission they decided to install 2 huge fans and move another one of mine and also move my DVD drive, then charged me for the 2 fans that they replaced without my permission! Overall they use this business for people who dont know anything about computers and just have a software that is needed to be deleted but cant do it for whatever reason so they bring it in. That is what this company is designed to do. The employees are inexperienced fools who have no clue what they are doing with my computer. If you want someone to handle your pricey computer that you worked hard to pay for, this is NOT the place to go. Oh how I wish there was less than one star...

They like to lie about your computers status... They told me my computer was fried when all it needed was a BIOS update.

Took a WINDOWS 98se LAPTOP in for service, only to have a male customer rep (lol) say it will never work. I was immediately disowned when I said Windows 10 sucks!!There must be a way of making a WINDOWS 98Se computer work, when it already has a WINDOWS 98se HARD DRIVE installed.Stop with the MICROSOFT B.S.

Horrible customer service .. Walked in and he quoted me a price on a keyboard and mouse .. $25 Bucks I showed him Walmart has them for 14.99 He said he and I quote i dont have Walmart quality products i use logitech I pulled up the product Walmart was offering.. guess what it was ...Logitech ! Then he goes to tell me that his logitech and Walmart logitech are different! So we still wanted to purchase a VGA able from him he wouldent break 100 dollar bill even tried to buy more product.. then started talking to me like I didnt know buisness or computers.. lol funny thing is it was for a client .. I use a mac pro rig myself ..long story short they were VERY rude .. and unprofessional ! I took ALL my business to the Walmart ! I reccomend everyone else the same !
