Antoinette was the most helpful and patient young lady Ive encountered while buying anything . I was undecided in what to get and needed more information to decide. She was able to answer all of my annoying questions without making me feel like I was bothering her. SHES THE BEST!
So after taking my daughter bowling I decided to go buy a new iPhone. Cheyenne was absolutely amazing! She was patient, never pressured me and was a pleasure to talk with while she transferred all my stuff from my old phone. Karen was also just as amazing and hilarious. Both allowed my 6 year old daughter to watch YouTube on the display phone to keep her occupied. My best experience at Metro in Titusville by far.
Victoria was so much help yesterday she went out of her way to fix my plan that fits me better and she went to a whole other store to get the phone I needed. She made me feel so welcome and comfortable thank you so much and I will visiting this store more often to see her!!

This review is all about Kalena. She is amazing I left one on the Hopkins store when she was there and its this stores turn......she makes every visit pleasant and wherever she goes as long as shes in the metro family my family and I will follow. We already drive from Merritt island just to deal with here now. She has patience of an angel and she makes sure she goes out of her way to do anything and everything she can to help you. She explains everything so you fully understand whatever your there for and doing before you walk out of the store or even when hanging up the phone if your calling in. Everyone who is in customer service or a manager of some sort should take a chapter from her book cause then they will be extremely successful!!!!!!

Kalena was dealing with an elderly person. Hos patience was worn.. Her patience was OUTSTANDING. He left able to work his new phone. And he kinda smiled on his way out.Timothy was helping me and hes always amazing. He fixed EVERY issue i had and his attitude is contagious! Id prefer to drive to this store every time than to ever deal with on the phone customer service.

Went to this store to get help with leaving current phone company. The employee working (Taylor) was extremely helpful and patient. She walked us through everything we needed to do to get our phones switched over to metro and explained the phone bill in detail. She was able to answer every question we asked and was very knowledgeable with the phones, systems, and contracts. Today I had a very pleasurable experience at metro by T-Mobile on Cheney highway. I went in to pay my bill and was very upest I had a cracked screen but MR. Tim told me he could help me out and I left with a brand new phone and all my data switced over. Very reasonable priced and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location.

The store couldnt unlock my Dads flip phone and customer service played me for a fool. Three call/chats: first they said it was already unlocked (it wasnt), then they said theyd unlock it in 72 hrs (they didnt) and finally I was told to hang on just a sec during a chat and it would be immediately unlocked (15 minutes later I was waiting and couldnt get a response even though the session was still open). Their refusal to unlock cost my Dad $95 for a new phone and hes on a fixed income. We wouldnt have switched but we could no longer receive calls because all calls immediately went to voicemail. My neighbors recommended Mint Mobile and now for half the price I get twice the data. And we actually get our incoming calls!Well be so lucky when T-Mobile monopolizes the cell phone towers... theyll be the Spectrum of cell service! And we all know how cheap and customer friendly monopolies are.

I dont even want to give them any stars but since I have to give them a star in order to give them a review on here they dont even deserve a one-star.the store should be ashamed of themselves just because Im giving you one star doesnt mean you earned that one star in my definition and my husbands eyes you dont even deserve any stars you lie to people you steal their money and overcharge them and refused to give them documentation of the receipt and not a option to talk to a supervisor in store or on phone.I recently went to this location for a new cellphone. I tried to split the cost of my total bill on two cards with my bank card,my husbands,I gave them my card they charged my card $150 then once my husband tried to put his card through they said that the transaction was denied because you cannot split thecthe of the phone on two different credit cards, so then they had to speak to their manager whoever this invisible person is they said that they would void the transaction and in the next couple of days my card would get refunded after that they charged my card $295.19 they refused to give me the first receipt of the $150 transaction that was processed on my credit card they kept it for themselves,they gave me the receipt to the $295. When Tuesday came around I had no refund on my card I had called the store greeted with disrespectful young immature combative unprofessionalism from Taylor basically telling me that it was already voided and that basically I can go f*** myself and that she does not have to show me proof saying that it was voided and refunded back to my card. Called corporate office filled a complaint with them, they filed a complaint with that store. Now a full-on investigation is going on.They charged my credit card $447 for a $200 phone and now my$150 is just floating around in someones hand and not been refunded. I had asked this immature young girl whos the cashier Taylor to let me speak to her supervisor or the person in charge,she had told me that they never come into the store and that if theres an issue with any customer that they are the only ones to speak to that owner of that store, the cashiers and that they will contact the owner of the store. The fact that this girl was disrespectful immature combative to a woman of my age considering they took $150 of my money and did not refund me for it then denied me my receipts for the first transaction refuse to let me speak to her supervisor. It is now gone to the point where it is being investigated through the corporate distribution and if I do not get my money by Friday I will be calling the local news and I will be hiring a lawyer for a $150 fee that should have been refunded back to my card which is absolutely atrocious considering I will have to pay more money for a lawyer and more time than what I am trying to get refunded.I am absolutely appalled at this location on their level of unprofessionalism the fact that they are stole money from me told me that it was refunded when it never was you charged me almost $500 for a $200 phone refuse to give me my documentation and basically tell me to go f myself and that I cannot or anyone else talk to the person in charge who is a higher rank and position than a cashier only they can talk to them..Just to let yall know the new Samsung Galaxy A21 is only $200 I bought the phone a phone case for $32 in a goof proof protector case for my phone which was $17 which came to a $295 charge out of a $500 charge on my card.I hope you guys are satisfied with yourselves from stealing from people who you charged an extra purchase that was unnecessary and did not refund and it was funny about it is that even the lady at the corporate distribution center in Orlando said that if it comes down to it you guys will be shut down for stealing my money you guys really f***** up all you had to do was give me my receipt for $150 for the first charge that you guys charged me for on my credit card but you didnt do that you took my receipt kept my money and denied a supervisor to me.
I have been to MANY metro stores in my 10 years of service. However, I have now had 3 bad experiences in this store with ever changing staff. I drove to ORLANDO yesterday to buy 2 new phones after leaving this stoor since the options of stores open on Sunday is limited and I refused to buy from them. I hope they can eventually learn customer service and to not be condescending to customers.
I went in recently trying to get out of my Att plan because it was getting to be way too expensive. Trenton helped me and my family get on the best plan for us in the most least expensive way. I definitely wouldn’t be saving as much as I am now if it wasn’t for Trenton helping me out. Thanks again!

They were very detailed with our purchase, we are saving a ton every year on our bill by switching to MetroPCS, and the staff was the best we could have asked for. This is by far the best MetroPCS store Ive ever gone to, and Ive been to MANY. Ive been to several in Jacksonville, FL as well as Massachusetts and Maine and this one store blows them all away. I was actually dissatisfied and very unhappy with some that Ive been in, so bad I had to file a complaint on one. My phone finally completely gave up on me after several months of dealing with problems with it and I happened to be in Titusville when it happened. This was the closest store to me and I was super happy with the awesome customer service as well as the very friendly and helpful staff. The lady that helped me that afternoon gave me the phone I wanted, got me on a good payment plan, hooked me up with accessories and helped me out with my account, better than any other store. She didnt add charges and extras on like some other stores have. Im sure Ive done business in at least 10 other MetroPCS stores, probably more over all the years and this one stood out to be outstanding

Store is good, although seems I often feel with either a new employee or one from another store. Love the service, but seriously disappointed they do not give deals to current customers. All deals on phones are geared specifically to new customers only. The upgrade for current customers is not much of a deal at all. Unless you want to make payments on phone you actually wind up downgrading to get a new phone. Makes me unhappy that I find myself buying my phone pre owned if I want to get a step up from my current phone. Im not the kind of person interested in making payments, especially since I have 4 lines.

Be careful when applying for the Zibby lease plan. The associate Trent assisted me and had me purchasing things I didnt know I was purchasing. He told me that a pop socket grip was free and it turned out to be $15. He also told me that a case was free and it turned out to be $30. All I wanted was a $119 ZTE phone and headset which would have been $250 out the door but it turned out to be $400. I could have just paid for the phone out of pocket and didnt need a lease. Im highly upset. This is poor customer service and a scam he played on me. I will be returning merchandise back to the store...

Went in to get 4 phones because of the deal on metropcs, free iphone se, was told that rhe phones where kinda free i had to purchase their 60 accessories bundle to get the free phones. I asked if that was metro pcs policy or store policy and was told it was a corprate policy. Needless to say i left and immediately called metro and was told that it was absolutely a store policy so i drove to the corparate strore in Melbourne and wouldnt you know I got 4 free phones without buying anything.... Sorry you missed a sale because you where to greedy.
