Str8 trash stayed on hold on the phone for over 10 minutes still no answer. Came in for baby meds they said it would be another 10 to 15 minutes and I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes still nothing this place must be understaffed.. Just Goto Walgreens right down the street.

Set up a COVID test for my son . They called me and I explained that I had taken him to a different location and if I could change the test to me . He had been sick at school so now he needed a negative result and I also now needed one . The person who had called me from cvs assured me it would not be a problem. Then 5 minutes later she called me back and had more questions about my date of birth and insurance questions, which I answered. Then I go for the scheduled time pull up to drive thu and was told I couldn’t just switch out like that . The test was scheduled for an 11 year old boy . I then tried to explain which anyone could tell fell on deaf ears . She was pretty rude but I had my son in the car and chose to drive away . Never again will I or my family deal with that place and I will be sure I inform everyone about what happened.

The store, itself, looks nice enough, but there are issues that make this my last choice for a pharmacy. As pictured, the bathroom is unusable. Ive heard this from others, so I know it wasnt just this one day. Most pharmacies dont have bathrooms, and I would count this as one of them. Also, there always seem to be long lines to check out at the pharmacy despite plenty of staff. The people are nice, but after seeing this bathroom and waiting forever to check out its not quite enough to be nice.

This place is horrible. I tolerate it because its the only CVS near me but theyre service is abysmal. First, the pharmacy stops stocking medication necessary for some of my family members to stay alive, but dont give us notice, then, something as simple as printing photos cant be done. The store gives you a pick up time but they wont call you to tell you theres a problem, then they sit on their hands and dont do anything to fix it when you got to pick your stuff up, but theyll spam call you to make sure you pick up that prescription you never ordered or try to push you into a 3 month auto re-supply you dont need. This place needs to get their act together.

They treat you like family

Terrible pharmacy, should not send prescriptions here. They lie to you and say theyre getting youre prescription soon but youll have to wait weeks before you see it.
