I have worked with several contractors in different states, and Humphreys is by far the best one! Truly excellent customer service from Dan Caron (the sales rep) and expert window installations by Alex and Ed. Humphreys sells high quality products and stands by them. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Humpheys when i worked there as a driver was one the best driving jobs i had in my 32 years as a cdl DRIVER. The owner mr. Scott Humphrey was thee best boss most understanding gentleman out there and i dont know if scott in receiving still works there hands down BEST foreman EVER .so you will never ever EVER get a bad complaint from me so MR. Yesterday I went to Humphreys looking for wood for my deck. There’s so much I didn’t know and one employee named Rich helped me out. He went above and beyond what most would do making sure the wood was securely placed in my car. He even put a little red flag in the piece extending beyond the trunk. I am very impressed with his helpfulness.

My neighbor told me about Humphreys great prices, he said lower than Lowe’s and Home Depot. I went in and bought 8 (2x4)’s and they charged $5.55 per 8’. My neighbor said they only charged him $3.55. Very disappointed.

Dont bother going there for simple household hardware like curtain rods. They are too stuck up to carry anything like that. The guy I asked for help first sent me to the wrong aisle, then another guy saidWe dont carry anything like that. Too bad, lost a customer who needs alot of building supplies. My house needs a complete rebuild.

Great place, always helpful and always have everything Ive needed. Better than the big box stores and pricing is about the same. If they dont have it theyll get it quick.

A miscommunication between my nice general contractor and me led to a big, expensive problem involving the wrong style of interior doors purchased through Humphreys Building Supply in Tiverton RI. Owner Scott Humphrey said hed do his very best to help me in this situation but in a very considerate manner braced me for bad news: the door manufacturer almost never took back their doors, even unopened, still-in-original packaging, mint condition doors.Scott was supportive, thoughtful, and positive, getting right into solving the problem - the best customer service ever. It turns out that it was also very effective customer service as, with Scotts intervention, the manufacturer will accept their doors back.Thank you, Scott!!!

Customer service was ok. My window arrived at the store damaged. I guess that can happen.
