Probably the cleanest and most well kept AutoZone Ive ever seen. The staff is friendly and hospitable, very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to the responsibilities and duties of the store. It is just as it should be. I was pleased and was quick to feel at ease once I saw how clean and organized the store was. I quickly found all the items I needed without any help. My only concern is the entrance and exit of the store which is to no fault of the Autozone franchise as the entrance (main road) is shared with a now abandoned Walgreens. It made finding the entrance a bit challenging and therefore a bit of a deterrence.

Went to buy a new car battery to replace my dying one. The service was fast and excellent. They took care of taking out the bad one and installing the new one.

Very upset. This is my “Go To” store for parts & accessories but they’ve failed me. I’ve been driving around with my service light on for the past 3 week. The Governor finally lifted curfew on auto parts this week so as soon as I got out of work I ran to the store. When I arrived it was 4:30 pm there were around 6 cars in line for service. I was turned away because “not enough employees had showed up to work and was told to come earlier tomorrow (I counted 4 employees in uniform). Well today I dashed to the store and got there at a quarter after 4. Again I was told they didn’t have enough staff and was turned away. Now I have to wait a week to buy an oil change. You would think that under the circumstances ( they work only 2 days a week now) they’ed try to service as many clients as possible

They are great at customer service. They even help you with small tweaks on your car right there in the parking lot. I always find what I need and compared to other auto parts, they have great prices. I always go there.

This shop is awesome. Ive had nothing but good interactions with them. Customer service is pretty good even to this English speaker. I recommend them if youre in Dorado.

I went to this store looking for a piece for my sons bus and I got it at a good price and with an excellent guarantee. The employee was very friendly and the process was very fast. I recommend that you stop by this store first if you need a piece before obstructing going to another.
