Took these guys 4 weeks to complete work totalling an estimated 10-12 hours of labor. Then installed my new battery/switch on the total opposite locations from what was agreed upon.Then installed the switch itself incorrectly. While it does work as installed, they totally ignored the proper ways to install the switch and thereby Im missing out on several features and other safety benefits.Poor communication at keeping me up to date with the timeline of work(because they were taking so long). Claimed to have installed new fuel filter. They didnt. Though they did come and make it right.Would not recommend

They have VERY poor time management. They do not stick to time frames and they dont care about their customers. Wish I could give them negative stars.

Took my four wheeler the beginning of September received a phone call in November after being very patient with them saying that my four wheeler was done. I paid for it over the phone which totaled $818.00 and told them I would pick it up first thing in the morning. When I went to pick up my four wheeler I was told that it wasn’t working now but they had road it the day before and it was fine. Then I was told that due to this happening they would work with me on the price when I returned to get it . Here it is December FOUR!!! months later and I’m being told that my total for the new work is $990.00 which is $270.00 in parts and the rest is labor and taxes. When asked about them working with me the owner (Matt) told me the best he could do was taking off 2 hours of labor which would make my bill still $750.00. After trying to work with the owner (Matt) I was told that he doesn’t have to work with me with anything and that in fact he’ll put what he took off back on. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY WORK FOR ANYTHING HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will be contacting an attorney.

Avoid this place dropped off carburetor for them to rebuild he told me overnight they had it a week calls me up and tells me it’s me another week or so because it’s so dirty I’ll go there to pick up the carburetor carburetor is in 1 million pieces it looks like nothing was even done to it try to support small businesses but it’s like they dropped the ball

Found bell housing for my 98 Rinker had a crack in it. Stopped in to talk to Matt to see if it could be repaired no luck on repairing, new was $600+ Matt did some checking around and found me a used one for $250. This was a great help to keep my repair cost down. A great local business to deal with.

Overall very satisfied. Just one slight very minor issue is that when I went to pick it up after they called and said my four wheeler was done noticed that it was spraying oil. Turns out it was missing head bolts. Again not a big deal just wish I had gotten it that day. Now I have to wait longer.

Pathetic service!!!!Kept putting me off for 3 weeks because they couldnt get my engine started...Lied to me all the time about calling me tomorrow...never answer their phone...always out getting something... claim to be certified mechanics... I took my product from them and got it started in 10 minutes...they never thought of checking the selonoid until I told them too and said it was good... they never touched it...they also never put the battery back in properly....I would advise you to stay away from this place and go up into MI or over to Port Clinton.... Laziest work group I have ever seen.

This place is family owned and you sure can tell. Customer satisfaction is number one. I ordered a four wheeler for my son and didnt get a chance to get it on Saturday. I was able to get in touch with one of the owners and he met me at his store on Christmas eve a day they were closed. Thank you matt!!

Well they seem like ok guys but I brought my boat here and they decided after a week of having my boat the were no longer doing outboard motors. Seems like people are scared to work on them anymore. I brought it home and even though I hate working on motors of any kind I can but I would rather pay someone else for time saving while off. It was Cranking amps on my battery were low and needed charged and it started. I just need to find whats draining it or install a shut off switch. So sad. They could have got paid just to charge and install a switch.

I had matt and tim at point place powersports in Toledo ohio recently do marine service my boat which needed the outdrive welded, new propeller and the mercruiser engine oil changed. Then also had them service my atv and snowmobiles which habe been sitting a few years. Carbs cleaned, new batteries, gas tanks cleaned, fuel lines. Great job to PPP for the great service offered.

Took my boat to Matt to have the engine changed. He had a used engine that I purchased and then paid him to also change out the engine. He told me two to three weeks. He had my boat for almost 3 months. Everytime i called or e mailed I got a different completion date. Then he would not return my calls. Completely runied the boating season last year. Got the boat back and just put it in storage for the winter.Fast forward to this spring. I went to install the out drive found the engine was never lined up, rear engine mounts were never installed, and the front mounts were never changed over. $2000.00 for what. I now have it at a second shop and another $1000.00.I have called and.left massages with no response.Every shop I talk to about the boat said this place is a joke.......

Excellent customer service. Matt emailed us back at 11 at night. Now thats customer service. We made the trip yesterday from MI down here. Well worth the trip down. Matt took care of us. We bought 3 ATVs. Cant wait to see the kids faces at Christmas time. Definitely will come back when the kids out grow these. Thanks alot guys!!!
