Alex was very professional and accommodating. He had a vast knowledge of the Rogue that I bought and able to show me all the features. The buying experience was a little more drawn out than expected, but I think most of that was due to computer issues, not Alex.When it came to financing I was quickly presented with 3.99% interest rate for 72 months and I hadn’t absorbed that information until he left the room. When he returned, I questioned that high interest rate and, miraculously, they were able to lower that to 0.9% for 60 months. I have an excellent credit score and was very irritated that all of the options were not presented to me so I could make an intelligent decision. If I hadn’t really loved the car, I would have walked out of the dealership.

I made an appointment on line for oil change! I got there about the exact time, pulled in and was greeted immediately by Erik. I told him what I needed, and went inside to wait. I was out of there within 30 minutes ! Very clean and comfortable inside where I waited. They did my oil change and also gave me a complimentary multi-point inspection sheet, which showed everything was good, gave me piece of mind!Thank you Erik for taking care of me!

I was 8 hrs from home and hit something that put a hole in my gas tank. No one had the part in stock, yark ordered the tank the same day and had it in 2 days. The service advisor David B kept me informed and made sure the repair got finished so I could come pick the truck up as soon as they finished!

I bought a Nissan Rogue. I’m happy with my vehicle. If you’re interested in buying a car from used lot, please don’t deal with Josh. He’s just to get a sale and lie to you. He promised me couple things done to my car. Didn’t get either one. With that I’m not happy with him.

I had to bring my car in for a recall and an oil change, David was very pleasant and the work was done in a timely manner.

I live in Grand Rapids Michigan and my wife was out of town in Toledo with my daughter on a trip. The transmission on our Pathfinder went out in February of 2021. It took several months, and transmissions, to get it installed without leaking and within a few weeks of getting it back I discovered that their mechanics did not reattach the power steering hose properly which caused it to rub on a pully and leak. After taking it to my local dealer I found out that they left a few other parts off. Yark has not helped me with this and I have even emailed all the way up to the President and CEO and have not received any assistance, just denials that their techs could have done anything wrong.I was just trying to take care of my wife who was out of town and have now wasted so much time trying to get this fixed.

I called about a problem with my vehicle and Dave at the service desk got my vehicle in right away and was wonderful about letting me know what repairs were needed and when the work would be finished.

I purchased a car in January of 2021. Its now almost May, the car that I purchased is completely paid off, and they still have not released the title to me.After months of telling me that they would get around to helping me, they have finally blocked my number and I still have nothing.If you want anything resembling respect, customer service, or a complete transaction for that matter you should go somewhere else.

Just terrible. Purchased 2010 Lexus Es 350. Paid $900 delivery. Drove it next day no air and its 93 degrees. Took to shop 2 days later $2700 evaporator core is broken. Paid 10 grand for this car and cant drive it. Left mess no response. Do not buy from out of state. You are stuck!!!

I made an appointment to have a sensor replaced for a recall I received. I told them that the appointment was for a recall and when I got there after 2hrs of waiting I was told they didnt have the part and I would need to come back at a later date.On top of that the airbag sensor started flashing and even though there is a recall on that part for my year make and model I was told the recall that it didnt apply to my vin#.It takes a 1/2 for me to drive to the dealership and I dont understand why this stuff couldnt have been looked up before I got there and ordered if I had made an appointment.

Everyone that worked there was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt like they did a great job, and checked over my car thoroughly. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because it took a little while to get my oil changed. They said 1 hour and it was about a hour and a half. They were very busy though.

I’ve brought my Nissan to Yark for regular Maintenence since I purchased it in2016. They always do a great job and today was exceptional. Noah kept me informed on the progress and didn’t forget the extra things I asked him to have checked. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time and the waiting area is comfortable and clean.

First it started with nick trippe in parts and he was on the phone with me for at least 30-45 mins until we found the exact part that was needed for my car (and we looked at a few different ones)…then came Dave in service and he originally scheduled me for Friday when I was talking to him on a Tuesday well when the parts came in on Wednesday I called him and he said get the car here now and I might be able to get it done Wednesday or Thursday and guess what I pick the car up at 3 o’clock on Thursday!!!!….A full day ahead of schedule that is what real service is!!!! Going way out of his way to accommodate me knowing that I am missing work every day I cannot drive my car these people are the real deal always and I mean always be grateful and use them!!!!!Great job guys continue on helping people like me!!!

I have been a Nissan owner going on 25 years now. After my experience with Yark it’s safe to say I won’t be getting another Nissan. I went in for service on what should have been a minor fix.. They ended up holding my car for 3 weeks performing unnecessary repairs to jack the price up without notifying me then tried to charge me for it. They rarely answer their phones and it’s nearly impossible to get in contact with their service people. Don’t even get me started on them. The people in the service lane are incredibly rude especially Ian and Noah. When I voiced my concerns about my car they seemed like they didn’t care in the least. Ian even said “shut your mouth and let the professionals take care of it.” Their disregard for their customers is disgusting.

Christopher was very helpful he made sure we were happy with the car before we signed the paperwork. Very happy with Yark Nissan.

Went in for an oil change today and they saw that my engine light was on. They never notified me about this, or looked into it. The team was willing to let me leave with a possible engine issue until I went back in to ask why it was there. Extremely disappointed that I was not made aware of the situation until I went back in and asked.

Called Yark to address a small repair that I needed done and scheduled an appt. for several days later. Upon arrival, I was informed for the first time that there is a substantial fee to visually diagnose the issue and someone should have mentioned that when scheduling. Ultimately they were able to have it inspected by the express service dept. at no charge, and they informed me of the issue and approximate cost, etc. I called a day or two later to set up a service appt. and was told that they didnt record any of the information that was given to me and even with the handwritten information that I had saved, they were unable to identify what they had diagnosed and told me I would have to come in again just to have it re-diagnosed before they could schedule anything. I understand that mistakes happen, not a big deal, but there was no attempt made to make up for the mistake or help reduce the inconvenience in any way.

Noah is very helpful, I always feel taken care of at Yark.

I came in with two sheared wheel studs ( very dangerous ) and I’m 1,600 miles from home ( with my wife and kids ) and YARK had the parts needed and Noah got me right in and I was out the door in a perfectly repaired pathfinder in 1 hr! that’s right, 1 hr!!!
