I have a 2009 Ford Escape that needed a windshield replaced.Eddie inspected the vehicle and explained what work would need to be performed.He confirmed he had the proper part and asked if I would like to inspect it before installation.While talking with Eddie I could tell that he is knowledgeable about the repair that would be done. While the vehicle was being repaired, Eddie’s staff noticed that the drainage for the sunroof was restricted by debris and cleaned out drainage ports. The repair was finished with in time that was promised and very professional.Five star job!!

I was not a customer but my 22 year old daughter brought her car in for window repairs. They were able to find a used window and the cost of the repair was nearly half of what another more well known company would have charged. The repairs completed very quickly and charged the amount quoted. I would highly recommend this company.

I called twice during the week to confirm and reschedule the time for my appointment and on the day of the appt they didnt have my window there. I was told their call center puts them in this situation too many times. I drove from Michigan so it was a waste of a trip.

This place is awesome. I got a quote and was able to make an appointment the very next day! Which might I add came in handy because my front windshield was getting worse and worse by the minute. The quote they gave me was very competitive and it only took them 30 minutes to install my windshield. I hope never get into this situation again but if I do I will be sure to give them another call.

The best price in town. When I told the SafeLite guy the Auto Glass quote of $200, he immediately said I cant touch that. And when I got to my appointment with Eddy (same day), I was in and out in less than an hour -- even with him taking the time to take apart my door panel when he noticed it was broken from the inside. Then he quoted me only $75 to order the door part and install! Awesome shop, great customer service.

This place was great! Got my car in the same day and was done by the next morning. The price was $200 cheaper than other quotes that I received and he was true to his word! He went above and beyond to save me money and went out of his way to help me find a used quarter glass piece (new cost $300+!). I would highly recommend this business :)

Highly recommend for all your auto window repairs. He was very accommodating and professional. When I called he was able to get me in the same day. It took less than an hour for them to replace my rear window and they also cleaned out all the broken glass from my truck. I seriously cant say enough good things about this business. They were very friendly and replaced my windshield an hour earlier than the time I was given! Not only was the work great the staff was friendly, but the price of the windshield was $235 cheaper than what Safelite had told me. This place left my pillars and panels not correctly put back. They are full of lies and disrespectful to your car. They rushed the sunroof and didnt do it right. I was told they would redo it I called many times just to get lied to smh. I had to contact my bank to get my money back because of how the conduct business. Say its not true and Ill upload the photos. I could put so much in this review!

Sams Auto Glass is by far the most reasonably priced auto glass repair company in town. I have taken three vehicles to him on different occasions and I waited less than two hours each time. I got in the same day I called. Sam is customer service oriented. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. Excellent experience.

Replaced my ford ranger windshield for $185. Safelite quoted me $380. A few other places were over $500. Due to a bad seal the frame around the window had some rust that would have caused leaking issues down the road. They took a wire wheel to it and repainted it with a primer before installing the windshield at no extra charge. Was told it would take 2 hours initially, but after finding the rust I was told it could take a bit longer. I was in and out in less than that 2 hour timeframe. You can tell the owner cares more about creating a good experience for getting return customers and referrals rather than trying to make the most off everyone. Highly respect the way they do business.

I had a windshield installed, it mysteriously broke a few months later. Turns out it was installed broken and also was put in with double stick tape instead of liquid rubber. Would not recommend them.

We went in to purchase a rear windshield for our vehicle: Sam was fantastic and extremely personable. He explained to us in detail the difficulty of completing the job ourselves, offered us a very reasonable price for completing the job in store (significantly lower than anywhere else in town we had called). This is a great business and very helpful staff. I had a cracked winshield and he quoted me $185 for my car and I was just getting quotes around this time and he said to call back if I find any auto glass store cheaper than him, he would match them. I found someone who would charge $169 and I called Sam back and told him who they were, which according to Sam HAS to be a auto glass shop, and he even went a few bucks lower and put me at $165. I showed up at my appointment time and he checked in with me and got my car done in about 45 minutes and made sure I was all comfy and settled in the lobby as did his staff. All in all, a very caring business.

I needed my back glass replaced right away and I called around for prices because I didnt have that much money because it was a couple of days before my pay day and I called Sams Auto Glass and he told me to come there. I didnt have an appointment, limited money and was also pressed for time. And Sam replaced my windshield in less than a hour and excepted the money I had. His price was already the cheapest and he still worked with me and did a GREAT JOB with replacing my windshield. Ive referred my family, friends and others that need NEW WINDSHIELDS to come here. Because the staff is friendly, he has the cheapest prices and most importantly, his work is EXCELLENT and I also have a LIFETIME WARRENTY for any leaks!! I was incredibly impressed with the service here. Someone had thrown a pumpkin at my windshield and I needed it repaired as soon as possible. They drove out to my apartment while I was at work and had it fixed in a few hours! They even cleaned up all the glass shards from when the windshield broke in the first place, and drove the car over to me at work!They arent kidding with the name either, while it was a little extra to have them come out and repair it where it was, overall it was much cheaper than the other places I checked.

After shopping for the cheapest price to replace the windshield, on my Lexus ( which most always requires more expensive repairs/parts), I ended up at Sams Auto Glass. Eddy (sp ?) set up my appointment for the same day at the shop, was very welcoming, and helpful. He went above and beyond by checking out/finding inexpensive ways to fix my off- track moonroof, an inside passenger side leak, a loose rubber strip from the roof, & my DIY key fob repair. He jumped right online and ordered me a new generic key fob case and when it came in he fixed it up like new. He wouldnt take money for it even after patiently removing the duck tape that was sticking to the old case. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I took my Ford to replace the back glass here and they left a ton of small glasses between the panel in the door, one day after replacing the glass the power liftgate stop working, i took my car to Ford and they found the power liftgate latch full of small glasses, I ended up PAYING $450 for replacing the latch, when i call these guys to complain about the reparation cost they answered as they have no idea in a extremely rude and disrespectful manner. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!

I took my 09 kia rio here to get a passenger side window. First off, they didnt know how to take my door off, instead of looking it up, they used tools to pry my window handle off, leaving scrape marks all over my door. Next, my door will no longer lock on that side, Im sure due to the carelessness of their work. They also told me they would take care of all the glass inside my car. Lies. There was glass on the driver side, in the backseat, and even in my cup holders. All they did was vacuum the passenger side floor mat (which also still had glass under the mat). When I called to complain about all this 10 MINUTES after I picked my car up, they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about. To top it all off, they also tried to hit on me. Will never go back and will never recommend. Horrible, horrible service on my car, and even worse customer service. Wish I could give it negative stars.
