Z-One Auto is a family owned business who treats the customer right. They did a phenomenal job on the window visors for my SUV. The only regrets I have is that I didnt have them do my window tinting. The other popular business I went to had to redo the tint on my windows three times before they got it right. Though the manager of this business was kind the employees simply didnt take pride in what they were doing.If you want it done right the first time definitely choose Z-One Auto. I highly recommend them for any type of added accessories to your ride. 👍👍

They tinted my f150 lightning today and this is the 5th car they have done for me and my family, always very friendly, fast, good prices and they treat your car very well. Never had any issues from z-one, wish I could say the same about some of the other companies in the area.

I am a returning customer, who has given this shop multiple referrals and have use this shop on multiple occasions. My wife has been using this shop since she was a teenager and had tinted windows added to her car. 3 years ago I took my wifes truck to have stripes added. It was one hour of service and my wife and I were very happy with it. Today I had an appointment for the same service to be done on her new truck. Even though I had an appointment I was told that the guy was taking his lunch at my appointment time and Id have to wait 45 minutes for him to get started. (Fine) then after waiting for almost two hours I was told that my service was going to be double my original quoted price. After asking to speak to the owner, for clarification and to figure out why this service has doubled, he told me that he did not want my business because his guys had an 8 hour job that they were doing and he didnt need mine. I told him that I still wanted the service, just wasnt happy with the increased cost or the wait since my appointment was at noon. He then went on to tell me that they dont make appointments and that I could pick the truck up at 5:30 or 6! I said 5:30 or 6! That is why I made an appointment. He then went on to tell me that I can take my business somewhere else. He clearly was just trying to get ride of me and even went in the back to avoid men when I came to get the vehicle. So much for me trying to give my money to a locally owned and operated business.

Quick n done right

Took my SUV in for an undercoating.... The guy that did it sprayed the undercoating all over EVERYTHING...brake rotors, exhaust, shocks, engine, transmission. My vehicle has stank horribly now for 3 full weeks! I have to hold my breath to go into the garage! He also put it on so thick in one coat that there are horrible drip/runs in the undercoating all over. NOT a professional job!

Took my truck in to get undercoated and rust proofed. They did not tell me they wont remove the plastic guards under the wheel wells which is a problem area for rust. I called after I noticed there was missing undercoating and they said I could remove the guards or they could do it and charge me for it. So basically their undercoating/rust proofing peoduct is a poor attempt at protecting your vehicle from rust and did not have the courtesy to tell me of the potential issue when I spent good money for this service. They did respray the area after I removed the guards myself and brought the vehicle back in. When I came back for the service the owner did not apologize or try to remedy the issue.

I had a little issue with a visor piece they installed... took it back in and NO problems getting it taken care of! Very friendly!

This place is a scam! Same job at Uhaul for $218 they charged $438. They are just another auto place that you cant trust. DO NOT get ripped off. I made the mistake of not checking other places until I was stuck paying since they already installed my hitch. The owner started off by telling me that it took an extra hour of labor for $69.95 an hour to drill out 4 nuts, less than 15 minutes of work. Never called us to let us know. I work in an industry that I know what is right and what is wrong with this kind of work. Trust me, he thought he could take advantage of us because he thought that we did not know how things work. DO NOT TRUST this place!

Took in Camaro for window tint. Picked it up and the paint was chipped on the door edge. Showed owner, he said it was not from them. No way to prove it was. Very dissapointed. Ive been there 4 times in the past for bedliners and tint. This is first issue, but I will never return. Always take a few pictures when you leave a nice car at a service.

I liked that they got the job done quick, the staff are helpful some of the mercindice was faulty and stopped working within days. I liked their service until I dealt with the owner, he was completely unprofessional and had a very disturbing attitude. I would definitely look into finding a better shop for business.

I took my new Taurus SHO there just recently to have the windows tinted and I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality work they performed. Not only was the tint job flawless but my car came back cleaner than when I brought it in. I will continue to bring these guys work in the future.

Purchased window tinting 10 months ago, the receipt says lifetime warranty, tinting has flaws in it, they claim it is not covered under warranty and have offered to replace it if I pay. What does lifetime warranty mean?I would recommend doing research and going elsewhere.

Z one installed led cab lights on my new truck. 1 of them only works when dry outside. Talked to them before Christmas 2016 and now its 2/17 and still not resolved. Ive called several times and went into store to only get the run around. Owner Al Bishop never called or attempted to call me. Very disappointed in their service.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR DETAILED HERE. THEY DO NOT HAVE DETAILERS, THEY HAVE MECHANICS THAT TRY TO DETAIL YOUR CAR IN BETWEEN WORKING ON OTHER VEHICLES. I HAD TO CLEAN HALF THE INTERIOR MYSELF IN THERE SHOP. THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO DETAIL A CAR. THE ONLY POSITIVE WAS I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE.

I went to Z-1 Auto to have tint put on my car and never thought I would have this much of a hassle. First off, they mis-scheduled me. Next, when I finally got my tint completed, there were MANY (10+) bubbles in the tint. I talked to the manager to have it re-done and after an arguement, he reluctantly re-did it. When I got it back for the SECOND time, there were still bubbles under the tint AND to top it al off, part of my leather interor was RIPPED. I was furious. This time Id had enough and demanded a refund. I received the run-around for about a week before I threatened to contact the BBB which is when I finally received my refund. Customer service; rude and poor. And as far as service goes, poor as well. I DO NOT SUGGEST Z-1 AUTO!!!
