Once again, John and crew came through. This time was a power steering fluid leak from the rack and pinion assembly. After watching the oil spots grow on my driveway all summer, I finally took my 2001 Pontiac grand am gt to my go to repair facility. John got the repairs accomplished on time, and at the agreed upon cost. Once again my old car drives as new, plus no runs, no drips, no errors. I went into a ditch few weeks back and called these guys. They were there in less than an hour. The driver was very helpful. Got my truck out and my tire was off the rim. Drove it a few hundred feet to get it into a parking lot. I didnt have a four way so he took the time to get my tire off for me which he didnt have to. Tried to tip him $20 and he wouldnt take it. Ill definitely call these guys back again if i ever need to

My sons pickup needed towing from Dundee, MI to near Perrysburg, OH. At night - in the rain. We tried another towing service and they we not helpful, nor courteous. My wife called me with J&Js number, I called and got the absolute BEST help and service - and the cost was certainly reasonable as well. They had a driver & truck to us in less than an hour!! I wish I could remember the name of the driver, but he was the BEST! Friendly, helpful and very professional. I had a nice chat with him as I rode along to our destination. This is the company you NEED TO CALL - A+++.

Brought my car in for brakes / rotor replacement, malfunctioning door locks and a problem with my rear passenger wheel on a 12 year old car.Didnt diagnose any of what I asked them to, but found other, more expensive problems that werent really true according to the next places that I brought my car to. They charge you $100 per issue for diagnosis for what ever they find, even if its not what you asked for. A lot didnt sound right so I paid the ransome and went elsewhere.I took my car to two other mechanics and half the things they found and charged me for diagnosing werent really broken and didnt need to be fixed.They seem to just want $1500 from you for walking in the door and they will find a way to make that happen.I later recieved a letter from John Wyszczelski, the owner, to call for feedback. When I called to say my piece he was very rude and barely let me say anything. He constantly interrupted me and went on a rant about how annoying customers are. How does someone own a business and have zero customer service skills?Anyways, long story short, I will never go back, and I warn that this is an expensive and dishonest shop, even though they try very hard to seem upstanding.You have been warned.

We were in an emergency situation and had two other tow companies back out on us. I needed a fifth wheel 33 foot rv moved out of an impossible location. At first they didnt think they would be able to. I was persistent and they did manage to get it done. I am so thankful that they followed through and did an amazing job!! Used JJs tonight for locked keys in my car. The woman who took my call was very friendly and helpful. They were out to me extremely quickly and had me back in my car within minutes. The driver sent was polite and knew what he was doing. Would not hesitate to use again. Great business!

Absolutely terrible... WAY, WAY, WAY overcharges. Cutchers automotive on Woodville road did what j&j quoted me 1400$ to do for 500$ even. Not only that, also replaced a bad instrument cluster at no cost. Wouldnt expect free work, but a very fair price for quality work. J&J may do good work, but at the cost of golden parts. Avoid at ALL COSTS.

I am highly thankful for J&J Towing for coming to my rescue (and also the hospital I work for). I was stranded and after calling 6 places that turned us down, we were discouraged. However, I called J&J Towing at 3:38pm and Paul of their company arrived at 3:55pm to tow our vehicle. Paul was very professional and joyful! I enjoyed talking to him once we reached the destination. Although they werent very prompt due to the fact that was a weekend once the technician got there he was very knowledgeable and quick ly diagnosed the problem and he gave me and my sister-in-law a short ride home

I was stranded with a dead battery about 3 miles from their shop. When I called to request road service, Jamie, who was very helpful, said they were a little backed up and theyd be about an hour. She called back a few minutes later to say theyd be there in about 10 minutes. Josh, one of their road techs, soon pulled up with a service truck and equipment that was modern and efficient. He was courteous and professional and soon had me on the road. I recommend them highly. Thank you Josh and Jamie.

This is the second time Ive used J&Js towing service because they will tow anywhere within 10 miles for only $65! Both times theyve had a vehicle ready and available for me within 30 minutes. Someone always answers the phone and they are very thorough and professional. I can honestly say I highly recommend them at this point.

Our motor home broke down on SB US 23 Thursday. After State Farm arranged towing with J&J Towing, they came out, towed it to their shop. Friday the found it had a broken water hose, got it fixed, and we were on our way back home. They were very careful with our rig, and did a great job. !

Absolutely would not recommend this company for towing services! Called to arrange our vehicle to be towed from a local dealership to our residence which is approximately a 20 minute drive...they quoted us $80 and were instructed to unload vehicle on far side of the driveway so it wouldn’t block the main garage door or driveway. When we got home the vehicle was dumped sideways in our driveway blocking part of our main parking area and garage...then instead of $80 for the service we were charged $117...when we called to inquire about the unsatisfactory job and being charged almost 1.5 times as much as we were originally quoted the woman on the phone was very nice but stated they stand behind their people and would not do anything to try and resolve the situation at all. I told her I was not a satisfied customer and if this was a normal product I would return it. Even after that statement they wouldn’t do anything to make the job satisfactory...

Not impressed with inability to communicate affordable prices or parts. Will never use again, couldnt even find an affordable battery or discuss options with me.

I needed a vehicle towed from monroe Michigan to Bay city Michigan and they showed up at my door within a half hour of me calling them and they were $300 cheaper then any of my local tow companies and a hell of a lot friendlier. I called this tow company to set up a tow. The lady on the phone said “it will be an hour before a truck is back to be dispatched”. I explained to her I was coming from BG Ohio, and wanted to make sure I had enough time to get to the location. The tow came while I was on the way, and I left immediately after talking to the lady. I got to the location 25 minutes after I hung up the phone. The guys were sitting in the truck, I told them they could hook up if they wanted. Was going to be 5-10 minutes until the other party would be arriving (I was selling a vehicle). The tow truck guys said they dispatched them to another call because they had been waiting an hour. Which they hadn’t. So I call and get another lady, and she said the girl I talkedUnprofessional to was on lunch and would not have given me a time frame. She told me they would come back and tow vehicle, but they had to go on another call. Which everyone was here/ready and they could have hooked up at that point. The truck left. I called about a half hour laster and the lady said I said I was going to call someone else. The lady was rude and unprofessional. I will tell everyone I know to never use this business.

First time customer and I was very pleased. They got me in without an appointment and had us back on the road in a few hours. They repaired a leaking tire sensor that the dealer was unable to find on 2 previous trips & took care of some maintenance items for me. They gave me solid advice on future repairs and needed maintenance. No gimmicks or fast talk here. Thanks!!

I had a tow on 03/03/2020 from Secor and Monroe Street to this shop. The following day they called and let me know what was wrong with my vehicle, and I was going to have them fix the problem (fuel pump) 2005 Chevy Equinox until they had the most unprofessional attitudes. I ended up calling them back and letting them know I no longer needed the services and if they could tow it less than a mile away, now mind you, I paid the $75 to get it towed there and on top of that they charged me another $75 plus the $100 diagnostic fee (which was fine) BUT seriously ANOTHER $75 for less then a 24 hour turn around and they had horrible attitudes and most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. I will never use these services again and I hope that you train your employees in the future to have better customer service and prices.

They looked it over and found that the A/C system had some other issues totally different from what the previous shop had diagnosed... All and all I have to commend the Honesty I received here at J & J! I took my gto back to the shop after it broke down again I even drove up there to talk to the mechanic personally I told him people online were saying a wire behind the glove box might be shorting out he said he would check it nope my buddy found it after 2 mins of looking and then he noticed all the grounds to the battery that were a no no that the shop completely overlooked then I broke down again and was told 1400 for a water pump these guys don’t know anything don’t waste your money go somewhere else

No stars. Very horrible inexperienced team that act like they know how to work on diesel trucks. They charged us over $3500 cash on a couple occasions for a oil leak and installing two batteries. The charges were not authorized and we did not tell them to do the work. With that said the oil leak was not fixed. Do not trust them. I recommend using a backyard mechanic rather than using them. We have a dealership with over 150 vehicles and we know when people know what there doing, first bad experience we have with a mechanic shop.

I brought my car in because it would randomly stall. They determined it was because of the low oil limit in my engine (I didn’t know that was a thing to shut off the electrical so I was looking at the battery and alternator). Charged me 377$ for an oil change basically and said nothing else was wrong. 2 months later same issue. So I basically wasted 377$ because they overcharged me for an oil change and never fixed or looked into the root cause.

Car broke down around the corner from auto service shop and I was informed towing fee was going to be charged to me even if they were selected to do repair on my vehicle . Needless to say those words made my mind up that they need to improve on communication skills towards any current or future customers ....

J&j towing dropped my 89 Audi 200 t in a two foot deep hole on the side of my driveway then it took them three days to come back and put it on the driveway when I looked under the car my oil pan and subframe were severely crushed theyre expensive services just to pay for their Shiney new wreckers not for quality of work three weeks later they still refuse to call me back hire a crack head with a rusty wrecker before calling these guys

My car was stalled on flooding street. and JJ recommend some body shop i dont even know. i said ok. and then find out they dont even fix flooding cars. and thanks JJ for wasting my time and money.
