Wade came out less than 24 hours after I called for a service call. My alignment on my garage door had been off for quite some time, and my garage door was uneven and loud during operation. Not only did they get to me quickly, Wade was kind to me and my dog who I had with me. He fixed the problem fast and was personable. I had the Springs replaced on the door. They installed new Springs and readjusted the whole track system. Also adjusted the belt drive. Now everything works perfectly. The installer was very knowledgeable.

Recently had some screen doors added to my garage. Before talking to Quality Overhead, a different company told me that the set up could not be done the way I wanted. When I asked Quality Overhead, they did exactly what I requested and the quality of work was very professional. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them.

I ordered a garage door opener through Home Depot and they contracted Quality Overhead Door to complete the installation. There initially was a communication issue as to when the door opener would be installed. Once I brought the issue to Quality Overhead Doors attention, they contacted me to rectify the issue. After our discussion they were able to quickly and efficiently install the door opener. I appreciate them taking time to talk to/explain to me what the issue was. The install went great and the door is working as intended. I would have given them 5 stars had it not been for the original miscommunication. Overall, I would recommend them to others and would contact them again if I needed their services in the future.

Wade was great. He fixed the initial issue with our door and even fixed the seal of our garage door. Snow and rain were coming in between the door and wood edge. We had another company look at the seal issue WEEKS prior and they never called back after they stopped by (lacking material to fix it, hmm). Can’t say enough good things about this group! My fiancé and I knew we could install the garage door opener ourselves. But we were busy with other DIY things and their prices were very good. Plus the door track had been slightly knocked out of adjustment previously when the manual lock was set and the automatic opener was activated ... and the whole contraption pulled against itself. Talked to Lisa after their service shop was closed on Sat. I needed a torson spring badly and there was someone still there willing to make me one! It was a real blessing and didnt have to wait until Monday and have my garage door out of commission 2 more days! One of the guys got me a new spring and mounted it on a new cone and my existing adjust. cone in only 20 mins. They charged me their minimum charge and no extra. I got my garage door springs back together and operational within a couple hours on Sunday. I really appreciated Lisa and her team to help a guy out. Thank you so much Overhead Door! We initially called on Tuesday February 16th. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and very professional. She took the time to explain to me exactly what was going to happen and the means of communication that would take place. It only took 2 days for the repairman to come out, and the only reason they couldnt get anybody to our house the very next day was because of Level 3 weather. The repairman was very professional and did a good job in little time. We almost only gave you 4 stars instead of 5, because we find it very annoying that you do a 2% mark-up for using credit which almost nobody does, but he mentioned it beforehand and overall, everything went well. We would definitely do business with you again.

I had a competitor door company initially that had the garage door install order pushed to 8-12 weeks @ significantly higher cost. Compared to Quality Overhead Door they paled! Quality Overhead Door prices were fair and the service was exceptional, ie, timing. They had the garage door installed within a week! Hello, a few months ago I decided that I want new garage doors for my home. So I knew it would be fairly expensive so I worked some extra hours at work and saved some addition money. I then googled local garage door companies near me and a local garage door company up (not quality overhead door) and I called them first. That company (which I will remain nameless) came out measured, gave me a quote and told me the doors had to be ordered. They also required a deposit and gave me an estimate install date. Just prior to that date I paid the entire balance except $200. When the install week came I called to inquire when they would be out because no one had called, I was told it would be another 4-6 weeks before they would receive the doors due Covid-19. This is where the nightmare began .. I said oh no thats not acceptable with me.. I would like my money back.. and of course the salesman began stuttering and saying he needed to talk to the owner. So I waited until the next day 10am I still heard nothing. So I called the owner myself and after two heated discussions he decided to return my money after saying no other company will be able to do it either. Well I then called Quality Overhead Door .. a very nice salesman named Ryan Maag answered the phone. I told him what I was looking for and he said yes I believe we can help you. I asked him if could come out that day and measure he said yes Ill fit you in hows around 3pm sound.. I said great! Ryan showed up on time, measure, went over what type of doors they had to offer and pricing. Ryan was quick efficient and wasted no time. We then scheduled a follow-up appointment to write everything up on the day they were having a sale (to save me more money). Ryan came back out for our second visit gave me a better price than the first company and a install date. Install date arrived and around 8:15am no one was at my house so of course I got worried (thinking not this again) I called Ryan to verify that they were still coming to install and Ryan said yes sir the guys should be pulling up in 5 minutes I said ok thank you and boom there they were in the driveway! The two young men sent to my home were the two nicest young men Ive met in a long time. Very respectful, diligent and hardworking! They worked the entire time. When they finished they explained all the operations of the doors and cleaned up behind themselves. I must say it was a pleasant experience with Quality Overhead Doors and I will never buy garage doors from anyone else! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I had Quality Overhead Door replace two garage door openers including new wall buttons, keypads, remotes and had the optional in-car activators programmed. Our installer Josh called ahead with a precise ETA, stayed on task, was very professional and he left the work area clean when he left. I have been a customer since about 1997 and Quality Overhead Door has always been running on all cylinders in my book.

Called them to come out and fix my pellet stove during the winter when we lost heat. Today they called to set up a appointment to service the stove! It’s august, almost 7 mos later, too late. I had someone else fix it.

Great service. The tech went straight to the garage and before I could even make it in there to tell him the problem he had the door fixed. After he inspected and lubed all the parts up fixed the major issue that was broke, showed me the part he replaced and was on his way. Very polite, gave a courtesy call when they were on the way and came within a day of me reporting the issue.

My wife and I had a cable break on our 30+ year old garage door with the car inside two days before we were to leave on vacation. We called Quality Overhead Door on the recommendation of my in-laws and eventually were linked to a sales representative for a new door (we were planning on replacing eventually anyways, but the break moved our timetable forward). This sales representative (Robert) came out and helped me get the car out of the garage that day and got us set up towards a new garage door system so it hopefully wont happen to us again. I am not yet done working with the company but have been very satisfied with the service I have received so far and Im expecting nothing less moving forward.
