The sales person was great. I purchased my bed and adjustable bed frame on 9/4/21 it was suppose to be delivered on 9/18/21 but then was delayed due to not being in stock still and was reset for 10/2/21. On that day I was the last delivery. After the delivery people left I was checking bed and remote and found that the wrong base was delivered. I immediately called Kathy the sales person and she got to working on it and called me the next day and told me that the frame would be delivered on 10/7/21. I am very disappointed in the delivery part of my sale. I feel that the amount of time it is taking and had taken is ridiculous. I will not recommend Mattress Firm to anyone due to the delivery issues.

Probably just had the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. John the manager there was BEYOND helpful and really cared to help with my issues regarding sleep. I promise I will only be buying from him and Mattress Firm moving forward.

Had an issue with the mattress set I had purchased John was super friendly and professional and took care of my issue with no hesitation. The best customer service I’ve had in a long time I would recommend the Monroe street store 5-5 times

John was very nice and helpful. We spent more then intended on our Tempur Pedic but since we got on interest free financing then that worked out. Computers got a bit slow for a moment, but it all worked out in the end. We hope that we will like our bed from the Labor Day sale (which is the best time to buy a mattress).

The first time I ever bought a bed and I am glad I did with Mattress Firm. Even during the covid-19 pandemic the online ship to home order process was great. The 0% APR financing option is awesome! I found exactly what I wanted fast and for a better price than what I had expected to pay! They had a great 50% sale plus 25% off promo. I got a Serta perfect sleeper queen pillow top adjustable mattress with frame for $300. If I ever buy another bed it will be from Mattress Firm. Especially with their 120 day exchange or return policy. I feel confident in my purchase. I just placed my order and may update this review in the future.

Went in tonight to buy a matress later in the evening at the Matress Firm at 5290 Monroe St and met the best person Kathy. She was absolutely fantastic, my wife and I went in to look at the Purple Matress and Kathy talked with us through the entire process, let my wife and I go back and forth between models, and try all the adjustable bases. Kathy demonstrated ease of use of the bases, as well as the differences between them, suggested other mattresses that were comparable but in such a low pressure way it was like we had been friends our entire life.
