Small market store that has a good selection. Only a few checkout lanes but still shorter than the big box stores. Fresh produce and friendly staff.

This is a grocery store. Unlike Kroger where you have to walk miles through outdoor furniture, books and toys to get to food. Foodtown is old fashioned. Nothing fancy or updated here. Just walk in and get groceries. I love it.

They have the most friendly and helpful people who work there. The deli is amazing. The have delicious premade sandwiches, side dishes, great Subs, appetizers and dips. Employees were very rude neither the cashier nor bagger said hello or even bye for that matter. Plus the pricing is ridiculously high. The only time I ever come here is when I have to if Im in the area and pressed for time.

Store clean employees helpful. Good wine assortment. Bakery has a nice assortment. At register assortment of cookies from bakery. They have items hard to find in most stores.

Doesnt have a good system set up for refunding fees after overcharging on item advertised at a lower price. I was told to come back in 30 minutes, until after the person with authority to do so, finished her lunch break. I wont shop there again.Did not want to give any star, but google eouldnt allow it to be posted without doing so.

Went in a half hour before close for a pack of cookies. Was turned away by the cashier in the lane who was busy talking to the bag man and then a moment later by whoever works the service counter. No other customers were in sight. Both were busy chatting to others/coworkers and both were disinterested allowing me to pay for my item and leaving. Not professional. I work a service job that keeps me on my feet until past midnight.

I love Foodtown. Better than Kroger. If in doubt Foodtown will always have what your looking for. No outta stock with them! Cashiers an employees are always helpful.

Staff very helpful, plenty of selections of a variety of products and some products are only carried by Foodtown. I like the friendly atmosphere and the size of the store. I can go in, get my products and quickly check out as well as those times I like taking my time.

Went to buy Valentines day candy and I was told a bag of Dove chocolates was regular price nine dollars on sale for $4.99, Meijer regular price $4.79. Disappointed the sales clerk couldnt take the time to find out for sure!

Rude staff and wont follow CDC guidelines. Dont say to wear a mask because of the CDC when its no longer necessary per the CDC, and dont treat customers badly who do follow guidelines.

Nice local grocery store. Decent choices. However there is foul smell coming from the deli area- like maybe they have some plumbing issues. Also a little pricey.

Its been a minute but Foodtown is back on my list..Wed.is senior discount. Tues. is military..vets.pro medica.u.t. discount day..and the employees are helpful.prices are good. And they still double some coupons..I will be back..

This is our family store. Nothing in the world like Food Town. Ron, Irene, Danielle, Tony, etc. are so nice/helpful/polite. Very well kept/clean/asthetically beautiful (beautiful colors for each department). We order from China Express, each week we go there. Yes, there are always LOTS of deals throughout the store. Take the time to read the flyer each week. Thank you for everything youve done for us.

Prices are a bit higher than other competition. The staff is sweet and of a wiser age if you catch my drift. Great dive inside for a quick bite called China express. Its not where Id buy bulk, but its nice for something quick while mid cooking as its close to my home.

I recently used the Grocery Heroes shopping experience. I ordered my food online and picked up at the store. I was so pleased with the service. Adam called me right away to let me know the order was received and to clarify a purchase. I ordered fruits and vegetables and everything was perfect. I love that there were sales, clearly marked that could be ordered and found a few things discounted more than I would have paid otherwise. Thank you. I will use this service again.

I havent seen a food town since i was a kid....Over 20 years ago.... When i passed by i had to go in. Brought back so many memories and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The cashier Linda was so nice and welcoming!! ill definitely be back!!!!

Update: Tried to give this store another chance, but never again not only is the customer service still terrible but some of the cashier display racist behavior and management refuses to do anything about it.The customer service here is just horrible, some of the women are very rude and snippy. I used to love going here but after scolded like a child because someone did not work to do there job made me realize I can take my money elsewhere.

Produce was not fresh, and their point of sale system screwed up and they couldnt fix it, so I walked out. I was hoping to grab some healthy snacks including fruit and nuts, but most of the fruit was old and mushy. I will say that many people were in line for the Chinese food inside of the store so Im guessing that must be good. The store itself though, left me 100% totally unimpressed.

As a regular shopper at this location i am always pleased at the way the employees are quick to help answer the occasional questions I might have looking for a specific product. Im not a big fan of shopping BUT its always a pleasure to shop at MY Foodtown and I plan on continuing.
