I went in thinking I was going to get denied for plan, but guess nope I was approved. My agent and the manger Demetrius were great, both helped me figure out which plan was best for me, since I am a PureRomance consultant they suggested the business plan (which is tax deductible). Again thank you guys.

We have been long time customers of sprint and have always have a good relationship with the staff at this store. They always had amazing customer service. But today we went to shop for new phones, we waited outside for them to open. When they opened we went in and waited 15 minutes for a sales associate to come help us. There were 3 workers just standing at the desk. No one came to help us so we left.

Gary, the sales Tech who waited on us was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Signed up for a plan that was less expensive and included more perks than my Verizon plan. Various models of the free phones offered were somewhat depleted which is requiring my wife and I to backorder the phone we wanted. All in all a fairly pleasant experience.

Tony was very helpful in helping us change from Verizon to T-Mobile would recommend him to anyone who wants to change companiesI just wish our phones would change over quicker as missed some important calls

I have been a long time subscriber to T-Mobiles cell phone service. Today I had to visit my local T-Mobile store here in Sylvania Ohio (store# 8109 on Monroe Street) for a problem with my New Samsung S20 phone.The service I received from the Manager, Melinda and the Sales Representative Jordon, far exceeded what anyone would consider normal service and they should be commended.In this day and age, exceptional service seems to have gone the way of the Dinosaur but not in this case.Most are primarily interested in the Selling of products and not the Service.Kudos to these fine people AND Professionals.

After a terrible experience at a different TMobile store, I went to this store. Their customer service was amazing. I went twice and they had 2 different teams. Both were very very polite, respectful and experienced (especially in talking to customers). They helped me and did not give me the least bit of difficulty. I highly recommend this store. I will never step in the other one again.

Ive never left here unsatisfied with the service that they can offer in the store. They are always able to help with whatever they can. Some things are out of their control though and you have to call T-Mobile to fix it.

Agent at this location outright lied to me about having to charge some jump fee..Was just going in there to check into purchasing a new phone to replace a BYOD phone on my account.. he told me that the Jump fee was automatically added and could not be removed or waived and that it was applied in all cases even if I purchased the phone online.. checking the T-Mobile website proved this to be a lie, calling 611(T-Mobile customer service) the agent informed me that Jump was insurance and completely optional...so the store agent outright lied.

Its always a cool trip to this location!

I have never complain or give a negative feed back to Any services or any Stores in my life. But this one is really make me mad! Becareful with your money here!!! Last x-mast, Tmobile had promotion with trade in iphone to get the 7th one I came in and talked to sale rep if im qualified for that promotion, HE SAID YES.I Trust him and Trade in two of my fone was complete working good! I called them after 2 months,they told me just wait until the third bills, it was might kick in! Keep waiting until the 4th bills, it keeps charging me more ! Finally, after 7 times call back and forth,they found out the sale prep was wrong with my plan!! It was totally not my fault cuz i did ask! So, after couples times talking with the manager Sonya (im not sure i write her name right or not) she promised she gonna gives me credit back every months according to the plan... yes, she Did But i have to Call them EVERY SINGLES MONTHS TO REMIND. I felt bad when i have to call somebody to give you back ....especially is money. I feel like i owe them money actually when i have to Call every months when the bill dues, in fact, they Did it Wrong! In this situation, wheni trade in my fone and somehow with their business is win-win so dont take advantages of customerss money! Im not really good at Complaint cuz i never want to do it! Im doing services so i know how it is! BUT, if you did it wrong, its your responsibility! Like This month, i have to call and remind you again, i call but you guys dont pick up my fone, but then I call with a different number, somebody pick up the fone right away! So, what is the purpose of this business? Im not stupid to trade in my fone ( with good condition) to buy full price ones! Beware with this stores. I dont mean to say that all of them are not good, but if the sale rep do wrong, the manager have to do something right!! I was got sick of calling them every month SINCE April to remind about my bills!
