These guys are only worried about making a sell. Did not receive what I ordered plus when I was told all my cabinets were in stock and I could get them within a week- the guy lied to get me out the door. So instead of waiting 1 week, I had to wait 2 months! Losing money and pushing other contractors back with work.

They were very friendly and accommodating. I had questions on the type of plywood I should use on the bottom of a pop-up camper. They went over the pros and cons of the different types of plywood and suggested AC plywood over even marine grade. they also ripped the sheets for me (for a nominal $1 each) so that I could fit them in the vehicle.

Tim worked with me on a big special order and was great through the whole process. The Toledo Plywood team found the best price directly from the manufacturer and keep me up to date with great communication during production overseas, shipping, and freight delivery from the port in Houston to my door in Missoula, MT.

Remodeling daughters basement in Avon Lake. Big box stores Home Depot, Lowes and Menards did not have the beadboard plywood we needed. Toledo Plywood had half dozen varieties and I found exactly what she wanted. They cut it and help me load it in my car. They have friendly, knowledgeable and courteous salespeople who go out of their way to find you what you want. Nothing like them in Avon Lake Ohio.

Bought 5 sheets maple maple shop grade. Total garbage, micro thin veneer and raises up all over the sheets. Could have bought same from big box store. Maybe I am just used to quality. Wont shop there no more.

Theyre open on Saturdays!! Great service. Went there for a sheet of marine grade plywood (not that pressure treated plywood). Their sign was clearly written and big enough to see it from the road during rush hour. Price on the marine grade plywood was what I expected, because anytime you put the word marine in front of anything, it becomes expensive. I glanced around the show room, and they had more than just plywood there. They had different types of wood flooring, and what looked to be different types of trim. Didnt see in the warehouse, as Im sure they store a lot more there also.

My company tried to double pay an invoice for $97. They new it was a double payment and sent back my check. Honesty a harder thing to find in todays world. God bless you!!

I walk in the door to their desk, and explain my project. They give me a list of options they think are good and a little education. They will bring me into the warehouse if needed to show the options as part if their amazing service. Then I place an order which usually includes some accurate straight cuts to save time. After that the order is brought to my van and loaded with a smile. They run cicles around all lumberyards when it comes to plywood and related material. There is no comparison. Off hand I can tell you they have a quality 2 x 4s and other 2 x stock, laminates, ect ect.I suggest you familiarize yourself with this place. You will be glad you did.
