They have almost everything. They no longer have or promote coupons. Furniture is always 30% off. They need electric carts for the disabled. The wheelchair carts only work if its someone behind pushing.

Doesnt matter what holiday...this store is stocked with affordable decorating choices. So much to choose. Love all the craft supplies and home goods.

They must have a stellar hiring process here because everyone is always very kind and helpful. Hobby Lobby has a lot of great stuff. Its more than just a arts and crafts type place. As a guy, I always just assumed this was just a place to get baskets, yarn, colored pencils etc. Haha. Theres so much more from model airplanes, decor for a bar room to action figures. I have legit gone there a couple times just to check stuff out.

I love this store but what I witnessed today was crazy. I can’t believe a manager will disrespect their fellow employee in front of the huge line and make her look bad. My 5 year old daughter even said that lady was rude and felt bad for our cashier. Pam you need to be more nicer to your fellow co workers. If you are the manager your job is to show them and teach them the right way. What you did was wrong. You don’t shake your head and talk to her disrespectful. I was going to say something but I didn’t want to cause a scene. If this is how their employees are getting treated daily then I hope they LEAVE! Sara was great, nice and polite.

Hobby lobby is fun to shop in and have almost everything you need . The thing is though if you buy something that doesnt ring up on sale as the sign states the cashiers would rather tell you anything except Ill have someone check the signage. Other wise great store

I am a model car enthusiast. I found out that Hobby Lobby has such model kits. Lately they are hard to find. I was very, very disappointed to find out that they didnt have an electric shopping cart for me to use to browse the store to look for items. The store is massive and they have pretty much anything you can want as far as hobbies are concerned, which is great. BUT I cant shop there because Im disabled and I cant push a shopping cart through that massive store. I would like to see that they have at least one or two of these electric, Amigo shopping carts available.

This store is clean, friendly people. Not enough customer service reps on the floor to assist you. The ones that were there seem like they didnt want to help. Store also needs more cashiers. After working 10 hours, you dont want to go to a store that only has 2 cashiers! You want to get in and out!

Used to enjoy going there. However, the last visit I made the staff has been rude and indifferent. I had a question and walked around looking for a sales associate. Found one, she continued what she was doing, no eye contact, and pointed in a general direction. Went to that area and couldnt find what I wanted. Went to check out with what I did purchase, the single line went into the glassware. A male manager was pacing in front of the cashier stating he needed help at the front. Really!? He couldnt jump on a register?! 25 minutes later I finally left, without help! Dont worry Michaels was more than helpful, they were awesome!!!! They answered questions i hadnt even thought of!!

The cashier was argumentive and didnt check return policy before telling me I couldnt return my item.

I had a picture that I painted framed. It was great to go in with a raw piece of paper and come out with a matted, framed work of art, all in the same evening! It, to my knowledge, is the only place that will do that! My framer was terrific!

They have some unbelievable discounts going on. 40% off of all Thanksgiving and fall decorations and already 50% off of any Christmas decorations in the entire store. Also you can pull up a discount on your phone for 40% off of any one item and that is good just about anytime. Unbelievably beautiful things.

Cashier was the rudest Ive ever has at Hobby Lobby! Extremely disappointed! When I went to pay using my Samsung pay (which Ive used here many times) the cashier said multiple times Mam, mam we dont take that and actually attempted to block my hand from completing the purchase with my phone. Even after it worked, and the receipt printed, she wouldnt give me my purchase/and or receipt. She even called another cashier over who confirmed if the receipt printed, its fine. She begrudgingly gave me my purchase then. No Im sorry or anything! I will definitely think twice before shopping here again, and if I can get my item somewhere else, I will!
