Been with the company off and on since I was a teen. Loved working there every minute. Worked at the best in North Toledo. Now I think I like this location is great! I can always find what Im looking for and the store stays clean. The layout is easy to find items as well.

Never did like the prices at Toys R Us, but definitely a childhood memory that will never just go away like the store that did go away on Alexis. This is why I am giving this place a five because of the store on Alexis. I wish they had taken the one on Monroe Street down but they kept this one and took the other one, I do understand why but just wish it was the other way around. Same as Hills and Kmart and Sterlings, but the memories can never go away. Thanks for being a memory Toys R Us!! God Bless!!

I will sincerely miss this store. I have fond memories as a child, and now that Im 28 years old, I have more great memories of going here. I understand why they had to close. So I just want to say thank you Toys R Us.

Love the selection and convenience of having all these toys under one roof. However, you will notice toys r us is always more expensive. But if you know you want something they will always price match. Just be prepared to show the competitors price and you can still have the premium shopping experience without the premium price. Also - they now carry a small selection of America Girl Doll!!!

One-Stop shopping store for children of all ages. Well maintained. Im grateful to store is still open as there are not very many toy stores around.

If you want excellent customer service, Toys R Us is the place to go! The employees go above and beyond to find what I was looking for! They even called their other local store to hold a product for me. Bright, clean, well organized, and competitive pricing are key reasons I WILL BE BACK!!!

Great store for toy shopping. Love the workshops held occasionally. Prices are a little high. And it would be make it easier if the parking lot was accessable from the mall parking lot. It is too difficult leaving the mall just to fight traffic to enter Toy R Us lot

Have not been here in a long time. Was surprised how much has changed. Not a Happy person working this day. Selections were not as abundant on certain items that use to be available. Prices had increased. Walked out empty handed. Why? Dont know. Just wasnt there to buy anything I guess. Thank You.

Good selection of toys with good prices. Place feels kinda dated. Staff usually pretty friendly. We have a newborn and usually prefer to go here instead of Babies R Us if possible. Babies R Us is awful in every way! Do not do their financing!!! They overcharged us A LOT money and refuse to make it right. VERY shady people!!!

Had to go ask for help three times. Noone every came to the back where we were waiting .How ever we did find what we were looking for. So that was good, but... you need more workers.

Heres something that youre not going to believe. When we walked into the store we found one of their employees. I asked him where I could find a toy box, he said whats that? I said you know, one of those boxes that you store toys in. Oh, that! Ill have to call someone to help you find one. True story. Well we got what we came for and a good laugh.

Im going to miss toys r us. My kids absolutely lived going here. I understand that the prices are a bit higher then going to Wal-Mart or ordering offline but nothing beats the experience for them. Its sad to watch it go out of business.

Been here several times. Went in for an Xbox game this trip, they have a nice selection of video games. Staff was very friendly this trip. Read my older posts for further details.

Love it that they honor the lowest price you found elsewhere! I was buying some Legos for grandkids... Somewhere cheaper here some elsewhere. I was able to get them all at Toys R Us and they gave them to me at the lowest prices. It saved me from going to three separate stores! THATS A WIN!

With the right creative talented management team. They could prosper. I understand why, they are going out of business. No passion.

Love the events that they host (Lego and hatchimal events). They were lots of fun for the kids and they got the take a little gift home.

My very first job after graduating high school in 2014 and have stuck with it to its very last days.Toys R Us was never a perfect company, but there is no perfect company out there and thats just fine. I loved my time here and did what I could to make every customer feel cared about.Hearing all of the negative views and nasty comments hurts me especially when it considers the Monroe store in Toledo. That place has been my home and family for 4 years. Any mad person I encounter I do whatever I could to make them somewhat more comfortable if it was in my power.Toys R Us, youve given me the hope and experience I need to become a better person, and have opened my eyes to see the world in a different perspective. Youll always be a part of my heart. Ill remember and miss every last employee Ive worked with.

You have kind staff and rude staff here. But they have alot of things here and I enjoy going to this one because I do most my daughters shopping here. Im sad because I am a credit card user and enjoyed the extra discounts.

Customer service is extremely terrible. They destroy products you buy. They are not accepting no receipt returns, yet still have to destroy the product. The lady that answers the phone has no manners and think she is better then the world. THANK GOD SHE WONT HAVE A JOB SOON! Hopefully she will not ever have a job in customer service.

Wonder why theyre going out of business? Even though they are closing they still try and nickel and dime the customer for every penny they can. Buy a bicycle for my daughter that is already assembled and yes the very last 24 inch girls bike that is there and they still have the audacity to charge me a 10 dollar assembly fee and blame it on the liquidators. Wow glad that I dont have to deal with this type of stuff much longer. Target Walmart Meijer none of them charge and oh talk about rude the worker was like hey dont buy it then good thing to say in front of a child that is waiting for her bike.

This toys r us is pretty big and filled to the brim with toys. Pretty cool place to take your kids. If I were to make one complaint, they dont offer that many different types of stuffed animals.

They had great sales.save lots of money this year for Xmas coming here.

Plenty of options for both gender of any age and the store is well-kept, bright and you usually can find stuff you see online, at the store.

Always a great place to get the childrens party toys and novelties. Always a great selection and affordable.

Its a good store for kids toys

They are obviously going out of business and supposedly liquidating the stores, but the discounts are so minimal, their prices are still as much, if not more, than their competitors regular prices! I have never seen a store that has been liquidating and is slated to close relatively soon have so much stock on the shelves. Sadly, I think this is an indicator of why they are shutting down.

Sorry they are closing but not surprised my husband and I talked about it while we were here that we thought it would only be a matter of time then a week or so later it was announced.

Prices here are considerably higher than other area big box stores which is probably why they have so much on the shelves.

Despite its proximity to Franklin Park, this location rarely has what were looking for. Toys R Us is already overpriced but its the experience that a child has going to a toy store that is supposed to make up that difference.
