Bought a new bowl. I chose poorly and it broke quickly. Not really the stores fault. I mean I know what I like and shouldve let the person behind the counter show me more of them. Its actually excellent customer service to approach a customer as quickly as you can and seeing as I went at an extremely slow time of day I had more help than I really needed. I shouldve just looked until I found one like the one I wanted to replace.

Love going here checking out the pipes bought myself a Grava pink one. Only problem is the insents are so strong very hard for me to breath in the store had to keep going outside because of coughing so bad

A great place for hippie merch and extracurricular tools and items for those who dont always live within the status quo or enjoy things that most others have yet to understand very informal and polite staff always willing and eager to help get you where you want to be.

I had called prior to going to see if they had a particular incense. ( for a house cleansing). The staff was very helpful on the phone. When I arrived they went out of the way to personally help me and show me the variety of brands and selections as well as describing the differences between each one. As a non smoker of any variety I dont frequent an establishment of this variety often. But they made my experience absolutely fantastic. Id refer people to them without hesitation and great enthusiasm.

Staff is very knowledgeable of their products. Ive never been inside one of their locations before and had lots of questions regarding their glass pipes. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly without any confusion or attempts to persuade me into any expensive merchandise. If I wanted to look at anything beneath the glass counters, they gladly showed them to me without hesitation and told me everything I needed to know about the product I was purchasing.I left as a happy customer.

I shop The Shed because they have the best selection in town and Im an impulse buyer. The locations, atmosphere & the employees make the buying experience a lot simpler. They have what Im looking for when I stop in or call. The Head Sheds only knock against them is their over inflated prices. I would recommend this place to others on payday.

This place is an oasis on the Toledo landscape! I cant remember how long they have been in business but I know Ive been shopping there since 1979! Its changed locations but they still have one of the best supplied headshop Ive gone to.. And yeah you can probably find similar items online.. But for some items its best to see it and touch it before buying it.. Especially glass made items.. They have everything at there!

Yes I went there. I heard they had a Batman sticker for my grand Sons. Helmet for his baseball helmet. Couldnt find it anywhere else. Is extremely happy.

I love the atmosphere in the store and the employees are always really helpful and nice. Although, the past several times I have made a purchase, I was unpleased with the product. I bought a concentrate pen recently and was really happy with it until it broke two weeks after purchasing. Thankfully the brand I bought offers a 60 day warranty. To be fair, this wasnt the stores fault. However, the next time I went in, it was to purchase a butane torch. The employee told me she would grab one from the back, but instead, picked the tester off the shelf. I should have spoke up, but I didnt and now, two days after spending $50 on a new torch, I already had to purchase more butane. Normally I have good luck here when Im just making small purchases.
