We live around the corner; so I decided to surprise my young son with an ice cream stop. The owner was there and was so kind. She even came out to talk with us at the picnic tables. Needless to say we needed some normal interaction during COVID and Jockos did just that!

Ice cream is pretty good, it was convenient and close.

First time it was cool would visit again

Good ice cream, but a bit pricey.

Stopped by tonight not realizing they were already closed but the workers (and I believe the owner) were very welcoming, sweet and accommodating. I’ve stopped by a handful of time but I’ll definitely be back! Very dog friendly as well 😊

First time I stopped by with my son. First Impression Was Great ! Jenny waited on us. She is very kind. I ordered the turtle sundae..the Ice Cream was good quality. Very smooth and creamy. I will definitely return.

Nice place for an ice cream in the area. This place is good where it counts. Lots of flavors of ice cream, shakes are delicious. The hot pretzels are the best Ive ever had. Friendly owners and the girls that work the counter are always nice. Only marked down a star for a few menu items being a little lacking, but like I say, theyre good where it counts.

Good for families due to generous portions, fair prices, and some nice flavor combos. Personally, I loved this place when it first opened a few years back. Disappointed when I returned. Now theres nothing that makes it stand out. Its ok like many other places. I wonder if they have a new supplier because the ice cream is no longer densely rich and luscious as before. That being said, I just had a cup of peach ice cream that was perfectly lovely. Of course Ill return. Conveniently located within walking distance of the Heatherdowns Library, it would make for a nice outing. It has places to sit and hang out, and some games for the kiddos, but sitting at the corner of 2 busy streets, its sad about how noisy it is. Cash or credit card is accepted, although no AmEx. Generally, they are open between St Pattys Day and the first week of October. With limited hours when the kids are back to school.

I was excited because we live close by. I’m auto immune, & we had our masks on. However, after getting our cones some of the girls working there let sweaty gross dudes that they knew in the employee entrance to come hang out with them. That’s disgusting & a major health code violation. During a pandemic no less. If you have an employee or customer test positive from contamination we will know why.

Shakes were like milk no thickness to it at all will not ever order Shakes again

Website says “Open”, walked with two kids for exercise and to get an ice cream cone. Greeted by sign- “If you can read this sign you’re too close. You should be home. Stay Home”- words pretty close to this. 1. Fix your hours of operation on your website. Save other kids from disappointment. 2. Change your rude sign while you’re at it!

This is a nice family friendly ice cream place, they have a nice outdoor area for the little ones to run around while they wait for their ice cream. Despite what others have said there is no racial bigotry, and the owner (who my uncle went to school with is a very nice woman. nice staff as well.

Good soft ice cream. Prices are reasonable. You can purchase hand dipped as well as soft serve.You can have regular Sundae or deluxe Sundae.If you bring your dog $1. can purchase a small taste 😉😁 of soft serve.If youre hungry they sell hot dogs and chilli dogs, nachos and walking tacos.There are picnic tables to sit at on a warm day 😊. Or just sit in your car to enjoy your treat.

It says that they are open on there website and I had just finished a 9 hour drive looking forward to ice cream and they where closed.

Jenny is one of the hardest working people i know. She always takes time to ask how you are.Her chili dogs are the best around!!So many flavors of ice cream, youre bound to find several favorites.Counter gals are great too.

I have never enjoyed the flavor of their ice cream and also find their prices to be high compared to other local ice cream shops. I decided to give it another try today since it was on my way to my next errand.I stood at the window for more than 5 minutes watching the 2 workers scroll through a laptop less than 10 feet inside. Eventually I decided to knock on the glass. The older woman’s head moved slightly as though she heard me but I can’t be sure.Finally a family with screaming kids walked up and that got their attention. The older woman asked me how she could help me. After I stated my order, she told me I needed to step to the next window so I could be helped there instead. As I’m saying my order again, she rudely asked the family behind me if we were all together.I ordered a medium orange/strawberry freeze that cost more than $4. Took a good 20 minutes before I could start to drink it because it was so thick. Didn’t have much flavor at all.

I completely love this place. They have great chili dogs and walking tacos. The staff is normally quick paced and pleasant. The owner even came into my work before and gave out free coupons. Cant comment on the ice cream, Im lactose intolerant, but everyone else seems to enjoy it

Great treats, menu is a bit difficult to figure out, I would prefer less signage all over the windows. LOVE the Moose Tracks! A junior cone is totally large enough for me.

Incredible icecream, a must do for treats in Toledo. Jenny is phenomenal..I have had our baseball team their twice over the summer and Jenny has made us feel like movie stars. Its a great time and awesome environment!

They have the most amazing fall flavors right now. Had the Pumpkin spice with their salted almonds and caramel it was to die for!

I have only been to jockos once and I absolutely hated it. The ice cream was like the texture of shaving cream and a hint of vanilla in it. Would never recommend. Sorry :/ I was really hoping it would be good :/

The flag is not more important that a HUMANS life. I love supporting small businesses but Im taking this one off of my list.
