My wife brought me here as it was one of her places when she was a child. I cant believe the quantity of ice cream you can get for sooo cheap. And it was really good too! I love the hand drawn pictures for all the menu items, and the types of sundaes brings me back to my childhood too.Just remember to bring cash! Its a little convenient, but totally worth it and they do have an ATM. It would be be cool if they could take cards and just charge an additional fee for it.Totally worth stopping in!

I asked for non dairy vanilla with crunch coat. The first time she messed up she gave me regular sprinkles, so then she corrected it and gave me the right toppings wrong ice cream which is dairy I realized after about 20 licks it did not taste like almond milk . So now I suffering because I am lactose and I asked for non dairy she didn’t think I would know the difference but little does she know I am currently dealing with the BGs, gas and everything else That comes with being lactose I trusted this place I love coming here on top of that the lines were EMPTY so she was in a rush for no apparent reason and now my body has to suffer for someone not paying attention to their customers. I asked for a refund and left

Great ice cream. Good stuff and lots of diy flavors and toppings. Plenty to choose from. Prices are definitely worth it. It could be busy at times, but its well worth the wait. Defy would recommend anyone to go and try. The have ice cream for anyone, even the dog.

Meals are good, service is pretty good, depending on how busy they are. I miss the old Arbys when their beef sandwiches were pure beef without any fillers.

Super friendly staff, they also have the old traditional banana split holders instead of layering it all in a cup,however the strawberry sauce isnt good at all taste generic, would of rather had real strawberries like the strawberry short cake ice cream treat has!!!!

Mr. Freeze ought to be a National Treasure or at the very least a Midwest treasure. If youre in Ohio, youve got to come to Mr. Freeze and heres why...Yes, its soft serve, cheap as ice cream can get but they handle theirs particularly well - its creamy, smooth, and cold but never icy.Their mix-ins are top notch - fruit is fresh and cold not sour or icy, shortcake is fluffy and soft not stale, Oreos are crunchy, syrup is cold, fudge is hot, etc.Variety. Thats all I need to say but Ill elaborate anyway. This little ice cream shop has something for everyone. If you like it simple or complex or somewhere in between, there is something on their menu of more than 100 items for you!Lastly, the least important (to me) but still distinct positive of Mr. Freeze is its value. For example, a quart of soft serve with strawberries, syrup, shortcake and whipped cream is only about $5. I would be happy to pay more for these treats, but am very glad I dont have to!If you read all that, great, if not the summary is that Mr. Freeze is a must-see because of its top quality soft serve and mix-ins, its extensive variety of menu options, and its crazy good value! On top of that, of course, this little ice cream shop has all the foundation for a good business - a good location, reasonable hours, polite and efficient workers, etc. Please give them a try, then reply to me and tell me what you thought!

Came for the non-dairy option: pretty good! Would get even more toppings next time.. Cash only: sort of inconvenient, theres fee free methods of accepting credit/debit. In my opinion, cash is just gross and nearly obsolete

I love Mr Freeze and Mr Gs. Iv noticed that Mr.Gs has stole the show! They deserve it because there great! Mr Freeze is just as good. The lines are shorter and I need short lines! Cute little shop. If you go in the evening and hot day, expect a wait because of the people in line. It is very cheap and delicious. I however wish instead of the freewriting menu, there should be a standard and more organized and NEAT menu. I had to basically read to whole thing to figure out what I wanted. Overall; its a cute little ice cream place.

The most awesome treats around - begging for them to open one in my hometown but they just wont do it... love the salted pecans in the Turtle and there is this one w/ peanut butter sauce, fudge, and marshmallow that is awesome, too. The staff is always super duper deliciously nice, too!Be sure to tip well because they treat us so well! The money goes to a great cause, too... helping your server while they are away at college in off season!TY for the reply MR. Buyer Beware... The Kids working here make a lot of mistakes... and youre on the hook for it. We ordered a sundae, and all we got was a cup of vanilla ice cream with some graham crackers in it... When we asked where everything else was, they said they were out of the toppings (which is weird). at this point they had already taken our money and claimed that they couldnt exchange it for anything else and wed have to pay for something different. Then tried to tell us that they swear they put the other stuff in it... which clearly wasnt in there and they just got done saying they were out of. Really not worth it IMO.

Im in the Toledo area a handful of times a year. I always make sure one of those visits coincides with the business hours that Mr. Freeze is open. Ive looked all over my neck of the woods in NE Ohio and cant find anyone comparable.Ive also learned to have a bottle of water on hand. You think an ice cream headache is bad? Thats nothing compared to a throat freeze.

They have 4 Vegan Dope Whip type flavors Cherry-Black Raspberry-Orange-Lime. They also have a vanilla almond milk Vegan ice cream. You can swirl only the cherry and vanilla together. Its cash only but they have a ATM.Normal hours they close at 9-9:30 depending on the line. But when it gets real hot out they close at 10pm

When I want soft serve ice cream, this is my place! The fruit whip twisted with vanilla is a must especially on those hot summer days. Theres even something for the doggo in your life. My pup loves Mr. Freeze just as much as I do! The servings are always generous and the service is great. Just remember that they only accept cash to keep prices down.

I enjoyed my ice cream choice today. I tried the butter pecan sundae. I asked the young lady at the counter she said it was a big seller. Lyndsay was the person that waited on us. She was a big help with assisting me in the flavors and sizes. She was quite pleasant. I was happy to give her a tip. Great Job Mr. Freeze.

HORRIBLE!!!!i went to get icecream and after waiting 45 mins i was told ius couldn’t be served because i wasn’t wearing a mask, i said i cant where one because of my health issues... but was told to please leave. But there was no issue severing the young boys in front of me. RIDICULOUS.
