This shop was FAR FAR better than the sketchy, ran down, and just down right scary shops around Toledo. The other shop I went inside of around the area had no music, the worker didnt say a peep, the environment was super super awkward! Anywho, this place is legit. The store is clean, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they greet you when you walk in, will help you find items, and even put on gloves and check your items upon checkout to make sure they are functional, batteries work, and its exactly what you want before you purchase. Very positive experience!

Very easy to talk to and they were very knowledgeable on the products they sell. Gave me great options for items that would help in my specific needs and wants. Would recommend this place to any one especially those new to the scene and needing a little help in finding products that target needs. I definitely will be returning in the future. This was an amazing place. The lady that helped me and my wife was Awesome and extremely helpful. This is not your typical dark and awkward place. Its well lit, and very nicely laid out. I dont think youll ever need to look to any other place. Also, the prices are very reasonable for once.

Most places similar to this do not let you touch toys that are not out for testing, most places only carry smaller sizes for lingerie, most places do not allow you to try that lingerie on and have a no return policy. Room 801 is not most places! Sizes up to 4x, fitting rooms, so many toys, friendly staff willing to assist and show you the toys, AND they will reprint your receipt at any time if you need it for a warranty for an item. I am very please and will likely be returning!

I love this place! They have so many products in such a wide range. There are alot of choices for lingerie too, which I was very scared of. I have a larger chest and its hard to find things that fit but I didnt have a problem AT ALL!!!! The staff was great too! The guy who helped me, Jordan, was very personable and helped immensely. He knew so much about the products!

I am gonna give this store 3 stars, I would give it 5 but its kinda weird how the store clerk follows you around the store like your gonna steal something. When im looking at personal items i kind of like to do it by myself. (My own preference) aside from them following you around the store. They have awesome products and a wide variety of options to choose from. The store clerk lindsey i think? i was real nice and knowledgeable. She showed me a couple wands and the purple one was FLEEK SPOT ON !!!!!! As i was checking out i always use a debit card and she wanted to see my debit card and my id and it was kind of skeptical. Ive never been asked by anyone to see my card and id. But whatever lol.

I absolutley love coming into this location! Its my favorite adult store. They have a super friendly staff there. One of the team members was awesome. I believe her name was Kayla. She helped with any questions I had and even taught me a couple new things. She went through and helped me pick my new favorite toy 😉 also the little sex classes they have are fun, the girls who talk through it are a blast and the games are fun. I just hope next time I can win some prizes.
