Bad customer service! Better store options abound! Shopped at Bulk Beverage a few times & was satisfied, but after my most recent experience, I wont be going back. Went in with the intent to buy a 4-pack of Q Sparkling Grapefruit (a non-alcoholic mixer), but they were out of stock. So, I bought another brand (Fever Tree) instead as a substitute. When I got home, my wife said she had previously tried the Fever Tree version, and didnt like it. So, the very next day, I went back to Bulk Beverage and attempted to return the (unopened, still-sealed in package) Fever Tree (or exchange it for Q, if they had it in stock, which they didnt.) Unfortunately, the manger on site said they wouldnt take it back. Further she added, We cant take back any food or beverage items, even though their receipt states, No returns on ALCOHOLIC beverages. When I asked if I could exchange it for the product I actually wanted (Q Grapefruit), once it eventually comes in, she still said no. (Clearly, common sense doesnt always prevail.) So, unfortunately for them, their decision not to take back (or exchange) a $6 item, will result in the loss of hundreds of dollars in potential future sales from this customer. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. There are plenty of willing retailers in the area: Josephs, Marino, Kroger, etc.

They get a really nice selection of both allocated and non-allocated bourbon. I’ve always been treated good in the store and the staff always seems knowledgeable when I have questions. They have some common items other local stores don’t carry. However, they release multiple bourbons on Saturday morning and don’t limit the allocated items to one per person. So what happens is the first 20-30 people (depending on what came in) buy one of each item and the rest of the people who have waited in line don’t end up getting any of the allocated items. The last time I went there people were walking out with 4 or 5 allocated items and the rest of the line left with common shelf items.I get it, it’s first come first serve. And the bourbon community should take care of each other and just buy one item. But I wish the staff would limit one allocated item per person, or at least make it so you have to get back in line so everyone can walk out with these special bourbons. I don’t think it’s an unreasonable request considering almost every other store in the area does this. Not everyone can get there at midnight and camp out all night so they can take all the nice bourbons.Again, I have no issue with the staff or the selection. I just wish they would make some minor changes to make it a better overall experience.

Its a new State liquor store. Its big clean and full of all kinds of liquor, beers, wines, mixers, it basically has everything. A small tasting bar. It need electric carts for disabled shoppers. No wheelchair carts most people cant push themselves.

This place really has their act together. Its spacious. Lots of selections. Prices are decent. And even when they are full of customers, youll still need in and out. I love it!!

First time here very extensive selection of canned ciders beer huge liquor selection everything you need to make cocktails was definitely Blown Away with the selection of everything they had highly recommend coming here for your alcohol needs.

Does not update inventory on Ohio Liquor app! Items stay available for weeks after they are (supposedly) gone...Even though inventory updates every 15 min while I was in the store

Such an amazing store! Amazing employees, mind blowing amount of variety and super clean! Think of an alchohol, they have it here! Prices range as they do any where else. They have cute and funny drink accessories, tasty and interesting candy/food/snacks, and (objectively the coolest thing) a free bottle chiller in store. Cannot reccomend enough! 😊

Family restaurant, as well as sport bar, the waitress was really helpful and patience since our young kid was going around the table while making the order. She wait the order and then clarify all and if we need anything else.

Great selection. Below average pricing... dont get singles. The only take certain ids and poor customer service. I always walk away with the drink I want but always saying Im never going there again .

This is a gem. Larger than I wouldve thought inside, a selection of wines, cheeses, snacks, gifts, and of course domestic and craft beer. I dinged one star because they didnt have what I was looking for, or any obvious public restrooms, but I will definitely visit again if in town.

I love the Bulk Beverage Co. They always have even more than they want or need.They always greet me with warmth and kindness when I come in. And they always make sure that I got everything I needed.This reminds me of those kind of large wine and liquor stores down around the Atlanta suburbs. Ive got probably everything and more than you would ever need. And you have a great variety of those little Airline / shot size liquor bottles, for some variety. I love you guys and bulk Beverage Company. ✌😷

This place has pretty much everything alcohol wise. Wish they had a more varied soda section.

Be careful about buying a lot from these guys they charge a 1.5% convenience fee for all credit card purchases. When I questioned it the clerk told me that all State Liquor agencies are required to charge this. I immediately knew this was a lie passed down from management to feed customers who question it. I looked it up and it is indeed false. They do not have to charge this they are just trying to offset their Credit Card company charges. Many other stores do not charge this, if you go somewhere else you automatically save 1.5 %, doesnt sound like much until you make a large purchase. I was more upset that I was lied to.

Tricia fired me by having her assistant manager give me my 1st day of work payment in cash in a envelope...because i had ankle monitor on for my driver license...i feel like as a GM you should ask about criminal background at the interview. So to me she judged me without getting to know me. And then her assistant manager said they never did background checks. But only on me the only Black person there with an ankle monitor. If i didnt have a ankle monitor on i would still have my job. Tricia is judgemental. Ill never shop Bulk Beverage

Nice store, clean, well organized, huge selection, wide isles, wide variety of beer, wine & spirits, accessories. They have a clearance wall with a lot of great bargains, they may not have your particular choice of beverage but they have every type of beverage ie; Bourbon, Gin, Moonshine, Scotch, Tequila and Whiskey. Nice location, a definite must see, best liquor store Ive ever visited, I was impressed

Very helpful and friendly staff! Beautiful set up inside. Aisles are spaced wide to accommodate many customers being able to browse at their leisure. And with the expansive selection you will want to browse! No matter your taste, they have a variety. Even spotted an 80 year aged port! All mixology supplies you would ever need. Including the fresh fruit for garnish!

Wasnt expecting the staff to be as knowledgeable and helpful as they were. Had a short and sweet conversation with they man who helped us find the obscure beer we were looking for, he knew it by name and right where it was, and gave us great tips to help our shopping and drinking experience.

The selection of non-alcoholic beers more than exceeded my expectations (there was probably over two dozen choices, singles and 6-packs) and all of the staff I interacted with were really helpful and friendly.

If you are looking for the ordinary or the extraordinary this is the place to find it. Alcoholic and nonalcoholic and the snacks to go with it, you can find it all. Pretty cool place.

This is absolutely a one stop shop for all your adult beverages. Also a great selection of cheese, snacks, and cocktail garnishes. Try it once - you will go back! And the staff are great.

The customer service was excellent. I was looking for a good bourbon for my husband and I was helped by knowledgeable employees and received quite the bourbon lesson during my visit. I left with two great choices.

This store is brand new, humongous and extremely nice! The people are super helpful and kind. They pretty much have everything in there and if they dont they will get it. I was looking for some Apple 👑 and googled the closest store near me. This one popped up and it said it was within 1 mile...I had no idea that they were even behind Chic-fil-A! My husband and I went in and just so happens that it was a soft opening that evening. I was able to meet the owners and get a feel for the place. I am not a huge drinker by any means yet when my husband and I want something we will go to Bulk from now on.

Pretty good beer selection, but pricy. I was looking for a case of cold Yuengling in bottles and they only had warm. I went to Kroger around the block and found it cheaper.
