I absolutely LOVE my 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander!! It was all made possible due to the outstanding customer service provided by Kyle De Groff, who went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I got the best deal. He also delivered the vehicle to MY HOUSE since my husband works crazy hours and was unable to go down there to sign papers! Anyone buying a vehicle should definitely see Kyle!

I had to drive an hour to get my hatchback’s airbags replaced because they were recalled. So I was pretty uneasy, but things went very well. After registering my information, they told me it would be 2 hours.. so I proceeded to wait in their customer lounge that had comfortable chairs, a nice tv, a Keurig with dark and medium roast options to choose from, and granola bars. I also noticed a room near by with snack machines. I was well taken care of, and instead of taking 2 hours it only took 1. Very pleasant experience.

As a new car buyer, these people were outstanding to work with. They did everything they could in order to help me get out of my old car into a new car. Sales representative Richard was who I had and he was very understanding and great to have. The Employees here are All Fantastic People to work with! I had an issue with a tire that was resolved immediately without making an appointment. They offered to Shuttle us to another appointment we had across town in Maumee, however they finished before hand, and THEY WASHED OUR CAR inside and out for FREE!! This is the worst place ever to buy a car. Their sales manager thinks he is Mazda CEO being extremely arrogant. When you ask something from the service they ask you to go tell your salesperson to do that as if you are asking something you are not supposed to ask. They dont care if you standing for half hour and never offer you a seat. Their pre owned sale manager walked away from me in the middle of conversation because my offer was not what he liked. I wish I could give a zero rating

We had been looking for a newer vehicle for quite a while. We looked on line and found a nice suburban at Brown Mazda we wanted to look at. When I called I got Josh on the phone and he was so nice and down to earth. When we went for the test drive Josh was great, very friendly. He even text messaged with me on some questions I had on his day off. He made the trade in and buying process so easy. Will Fox was wonderful to work with! Not the typical sales guy at all. Can I use the word honest for a car salesman? I didnt feel like he pushed for the sale at all, he was informative and helpful. Will dont let them change you, stick with your morals and never change, it is refreshing to have a regular guy sell you a car and not be pushy. You are one of a kind and will be valuable to many more customers after me. Will even delivered the car to me 100 miles away. I would strongly recommend working with Will! Alex the salesman was very helpful. I would give him 5 stars. Do not trust the Used car manager Brandon. I had my own financing lined up with a decent rate. He asked if he could take a credit application and try to get a better rate. I explained I did NOT want my credit shotgunned to a bunch of different banks creating an abundance of inquiries. He asked if he could send it to 2 banks and I reluctantly agreed as he promised me that was the limit. Turns out he sent it to 5 banks and was barely able to beat the rate. .05% is not worth the hit to my credit. If I ever return I will never trust them with my credit again. Buyer beware. Take your own financing and youll probably be ok.

I am one of those crazy people that enjoy haggling and buying cars. Not just for myself, but for my friends too. I recently bought a Mazda CX-5 from Gary at Brown Mazda, and Id have to say it was the smoothest of any dealer transactions Ive had. They were very transparent and friendly. I live about an hour away and they even set the car aside with a sign reserving it for me until I could come later in the day. Love the car so far, and when Im done driving the wheels off it Ill likely be back for another!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had an issue getting a car loan. Within minutes of searching car loan 2nd chances and inputting my information; Natalie from Brown Mazda immediately text me, stating they were able to assist me in getting a vehicle. Immediately I went to Brown Mazda, spoke with Natalie briefly who was extremely helpful, then referred me to Chris as she didnt handle car sales. Immediately I told him my situation and he told me his past experience as he could related and said hed be able to help (as I sat in his office crying). He was compassionate about my situation and knew exactly what my needs were as far as a vehicle. He knew I either wanted to be in a van or SUV because of my children and their activities. Not only did he have both on the lot, but with talking to him, he knew Id be better off in the van. He told me to take it for the day, then come back in the evening with my husband. All in all, it took maybe 2 hours to wrap up everything with the van which is certified used and I couldnt be happier. I love the ease of my children getting in an out of my van, the way it drives, and of course the car starter! I would highly recommend Brown Mazda and Chris! He is very well versed in vehicles, very compassionate about your needs, and willing to help in making the transaction smooth and painless! We will be going there for future needs! I did my research online and had pre approval prior to visiting Brown Mazda/Mitsubishi, & knew which vehicle i was interested in, before even entering the lot. Now.. I have to say, it was Thee Best experience at a car dealership i have ever had. Hands down, beats ANY Michigan dealership i have Ever visited. Within pulling in to the business, was greeted in Under a minute, was able to test drive the car in under 20 minutes, and walked out the door in about 2 & 1/2 hours. In defense of the 2 & 1/2 hours, with the help of Nicholas Pizzato, my sales rep, they were able to find me a better interest rate by over 2% better than what i walked in with. Very friendly, courteous staff, excellent financial department, Great salesman, Thank You!!, & better yet- great quality car.

Started car shopping with a few in mind, including the Mazda CX-5, but Im very unfamiliar with the brand and I was definitely not looking forward to the high pressure car sales experience again. But thats not what I got at all. Nick P. was extremely professional, helpful and answered all my questions. Not once did I feel like they were only interested in the sale and they made sure I got exactly what I wanted. They were even patient with our 5 year old who had to shop with us all day - giving her snacks, toys and treating her with respect too! Start to finish, it was a great experience and I would look at Brown again for future car needs.

Bought my RSX Type S from Brown. I came from out of state and Chris was very helpful sending me photos when the car had just gotten in and making sure it got through service in time. He went above and beyond what Ive seen from any other dealership and was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was very nice, no one was pushy, and everything went smooth. The car has been very reliable and Ive very happy with it. My only gripe is they told me they did an alignment, but before I put new tires on I had it checked. It was WAY out. But overall, for a used purchase, I cant complain. 5/5

Let me start off by saying, I went to this dealer ship because I was informed of their great customer service. I, however, did not receive this “great customer service.” Instead, I was treated with complete disrespect, not to my face but definitely behind my back. I dropped off my car to have a remote start put in. I was told this was to take an hour and a half. They quoted me a pretty high price, but I was ok with paying it to keep the warranty on my car. After a few days I had to call and find out the status of my car, which I was informed the part had broke during the install. They immediately told me it “may” have been their fault and they would take care of it. A week later I called again and was told the part was not in yet. Two days after this they finally contacted me to request I drive down and trade my loaner because they want to remove it from the loaner fleet. When I got there I was told to hold on to the car because they got the part in. They told me my car would be done on Monday. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday roll by, no call. So, again I initiated contact, this time kind of upset as to being treated this way. They told me they’re sorry it has taken this long so I request a little compensation. I was offered a free detail after prying for 20 minutes. At this point I called the General Manager and it seemed I was gaining ground. Then the service manager called me and spoon-fed me what sounded like a rehearsed crap-filled speech from an uninformed operator. She informed me she’d talk to parts about the charges. I am still wondering why parts is picking up the slack for services -- BS. Two more days go by and I finally went to pick up my car. After all this they compensated me 10% off for my troubles. I was in and out of the building with absolutely no verbal apology or feeling of comfort. The service team (at least Jon and Sheryl) are crooks. They will wheel and deal you and rob you for all they can. I will never return to this dealership for service again. I really hope you have the ability to go somewhere else.

I only went here to get two recalls done on my Mazda. I called them and got an appointment super quick. I dropped my car off 2 hours early and they had no problem with that. They called me before my scheduled pickup time stating it was ready. They 2 guys I spoke with at pickup and drop off were helpful and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. They even checked my tire pressure and filled up the 1 tire that was low. They might have even topped off my fluids but I dont know. For a free service repair to me, they went above and beyond.

Terrible, scammy experience. I was looking for a specific make and model of a vehicle, and found one online at Brown Mazda. It was at a good price, and after checking out others at other dealerships, I decided this one was the best choice. I called ahead and they said I could check out the vehicle but it would not be ready until the next day because it still needed an inspection. I went and drove it, checked it over, and was told while I was there that they had listed it in an online auction and it had met a reserve above their list price. I didnt negotiate bc I was paying cash, and put down a deposit to hold it pending inspection. Later that night the salesman called and said that based on the inspection, the breaks needed to be replaced and I would have to pay that out of pocket, which was an extra $600, which I reluctantly agreed to. I went to pick up the car the next day, was told verbally it passed all other inspections, and there was an inspection sticker on the window of the vehicle, with a check mark next to each section of the vehicle. Paid, left in vehicle, and drove home. Next morning the engine light is on, which I immediately informed the salesman of. I went and got it checked and the engine was misfiring, costing me an additional $700. When I asked about the inspection, the salesman said it was a basic inspection (NOT what he had said previously). When I asked Abt the inspection sticker, he said IT WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE PUT ON MY VEHICLE. This, in my opinion, is fraud, and I intend to pursue this in small claims court. They said they would do nothing to accommodate me or right the situation. All the stereotypes Abt car dealerships are 100% accurate at Brown Mazda, and Yark (who just purchased Brown) needs to really evaluate the people working at the previous Brown location.

I went to Brown Mazda after trying unsuccessfully with other dealers in the area to get financed. As someone who had little in the way of credit, other dealers werent willing to finance me without putting a lot of money down. Todd Gordon, a very knowledgeable and straight-shooting finance/sales agent, helped me with getting financed and into a vehicle that was within my payment range and something I wanted to drive. Took about two days to close a deal. Had a tough time trading in a vehicle and that extended the process significantly. They wanted me to go to price pro to get the car valued instead of doing it themselves. Then they forgot to pay off the loan balance on my trade in and didnt do the paperwork properly which is now causing me even more of a headache to try and do more of their job for them... I like Josh over there and thought he did a great job though.

First off the salesmen to get is Richard, I cant fairly judge the others salesmen. But at other dealerships Ive been to, Ive had pushy, unresponsive and darn right mean salesmen.Richard however was like buying a car from your Dad, no worries, no challenges, just calm easy talk. Now Ill also say even the gentleman who helps in financing was still just as helpful as he was informative. I was nearly in shock and grinning ear to ear FINALLY car buying without teeth pulling. If you want a good deal and no hassle I truly mean you have to go here, find Richard and drive out in a good mood with a great car.

(4-13-17)Apparently making an appointment online is worthless. They dont look at anything that you put in the information box, dont call with any questions and I have wasted my time with a recall at this location.Edit (4-26-17) it has been almost 2 weeks since the above issue occurred and I have NOT been notified about my airbag recall, which if not fixed can literally kill me. I have also not been contacted by management like they said a week ago in the comment response. Terrible communication problems and no sign of trying to resolve this issue.Edit 2 (4-26-17) the part did come in, I just had not been contacted about itEdit 3 (5-3) I went in for my recall notice and everything went smoothly. It took about an hour and I had no issues. Someone even came in the waiting area to make sure we didnt need anything. There were free snacks and coffee/ water for everyone. It was enough to add a star for.I was never contacted like the management said I would be though about 2 weeks ago..

The waiting area is clean and tidy, with bottled water, coffee, and light snacks complementary. When we were shopping for cars, we stopped in here. It kind of seemed like the guys working here could have had a little bit more to do other than standing around and kind of hanging out, rather than working. When we went, their heat was not working and we were a bit cold sitting there and didnt really want to be there as we couldnt get comfortable. None of these items were the reason we did not go with Mazda for our car but were just items that I thought could have been handled differently.

Came to Mazda very skeptical of the brand and sales persons while searching for a new car to purchase; but after getting a call from Walter Williams in response to my internet search, then meeting him at the dealership that all faded away within minutes. He was very easy going, knowledgeable, suggestive but not pushy, confident in the brand, explained the warranties I did not see online, and completely changed my mind about the quality and stature of the Mazda and Mitsubishi brands in my mind. I am now a proud owner of a Mitsubishi and feel very good about it! Thanks Walt! Ill be referring my friends and family to you now! He gave a very detailed explanation of all the options the vehicle has to make sure we would take advantage of all it offers. They put the zoom-zoom back in my MazdaLast week my water pump went out on my Mazda6; being unfamiliar with pulling the drive pulley off the camshaft to do it myself, I started calling around for quotes - Brown (I actually purchased my car from them [used] last February) was one of those calls. I chose them based on their experience with Mazdas and the fair price. I spoke with John on the phone who was very professional and let me know what to expect.I got my car back yesterday and it runs like a top again.
