Owner flip flops his wording. He told me I would be exempt when the next lot rent would go up. called him on it when he rose my higher and he denied it and raised my lot more than the rest of people. going up to 240 next month when everyone elses will be 230 a month. Tell me thats fair. He acts like communist.
