I thought I wrecked my motor! I was on a trip when my oil light came on. I drove 600 miles with the light on. By the time I got home the motor was knocking badly.Michael at Chop Machine calmed me down and got my bike in right away. He had my bike for 3 days and called me letting me know what happened with my bike. The cam tensioner came apart blocking my oil pump. He took lots of photos and had everything laid out for me to see. He explained what happened and gave me lots of options to fix it. He had my bike back together and running better than I have ever had it running. They even took the time to tighten up and fix a bunch of small thing making my bike feel tight.I can’t give enough stars to represent how I feel. By far the best bike shop I have ever been to. I will never take my bike anywhere else. Thank you so much for all your hard work and outstanding customer service.

Big shout out to Mike at Chop Machine Cycles. I have watched his business grow through out the years. I recently picked up a bike from Mike and was overwhelmed with an awesome experience. He is truly a craftsman but what continues to help grow his business is how he is dedicated to make every experience and transaction affordable. Mike is not a salesman he is an educator. I have always said if you have to act like a salesman to interest your customers in what they are already coming to you with their needs, you need to get out of business. After 10 years without a Harley I found a 2003 Police Electra Glide that was too good to pass up. For a season I rode the bike mostly as I found it but as parts started to shake loose and warning lights appeared on the dash it became pretty clear that the low mileage was indicative of a cycle that spent a lot of years sitting with little or no maintenance. I contacted Mike at Chop Machine and shortly there after I had the FL at his shop. Mike, Kerry, and I discussed what I wanted done, they strategized my want list with what the bike needed and prioritized the work to get everything accomplished in the shortest and most cost effective way. I road to Chop Machine on a 17 year old bagger with tires that were unsafe, a list of historic codes, gauges that only half worked, and a sputter and stall issue that made me want to ghost ride it off a cliff. Mike and Kerry went through the entire bike and a week later I rode home on a Harley that ran like new. Chop Machine is the answer to the biggest problem of owning a Harley.......the dealership service department. If you’re looking for a shop that is going to listen to what you want, suggest what you need, respect the fact that you work hard for your money, NOT completely f*ck up everything you ask them to do and expect you to thank them for the privilege, Chop Machine is it.
