The pickup truck we rented was not available because it was not returned on time, but Heather went out of her way to make sure we had a truck. She was professional, friendly and customer oriented. She tried to help when we had problems with the Alexis road location. We were never going to use U-Haul again after our experience with Tim (general manager) and Alex (asst. manager) at the Alexis location, but Heathers kindness, understanding and personable customer service convinced us to give U-Haul another try. We will never under any circumstances go to the Alexis road location again, but we will definitely go to the Monroe location again because of Heather.

My experience with the uhaul place on monroe& detroit (back in the cuts) was coo ; I forget the gentlemen name but he looked out for me by helping me decide what storage units would best fit my belongings. I did have a problem towards the end but we got it situated..(I rented a uhaul to remove my belongings before that month was up so I wouldnt get hit with the next month fee and and the gentlemen remembered me and said dont worry about the letter we sent u! 💪👍great cx service on that note

My apartment does not have adequate storage. So, I rent a storage unit for my Chtistmas and soapmaking supplies.

Was nice place but didnt have pull. Behind trailer like i was to be picking up. Main people sent me to wrong place.

Went to new location to get a trailer hitch for my suv. Two ladies at counter never acknowledged us and the store was empty. We looked around a minute and finally approached the counter. Got a dry can I help you without looking up. Then nothing, she started talking to other lady behind counter. My husband and I just walked out to go somewhere else.

The staff and the manager Tracy were very nice and offered us free blankets to cover our things, even extended our drop off time to the next morning because it had been raining off and on all day. I had an overall great experience!
