One of the best in the city. Ive actually had employees call me just to let me know of new releases in by my favorite artists. Everyone is awesome here. The owner definitely cares about the shop, and they definitely know their stuff. Can help you find ANYTHING, even drive belts and other parts and accessories.

Any good record store takes good local music, good local bars, and patience. Culture clash has everything that it takes. Excited to see more of the local scene filter in and the real gold to show up in a milk crate or something.

Wonderfully air conditioned on a 93° day. The place is so clean and well organized and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you want vinyl records with a huge variety to choose from, this is definitely the place to go. Its the way record stores should be.

I hate to say this because this is the coolest record shop in town. Record store day was a total failure, they’re completely unorganized and moving everything along so slowly. They have 1 small table set up outside and say they require masks with a 6 person capacity but the employees aren’t following any of these self placed guidelines. The line is moving beyond slow and the limited capacity would be easily fixed by having a few more tables outside. Please do better next time.

My finance and I came here during our recent trip to visit with family in Michigan, and when I say this store is absolutely outstanding, I mean it. Not only is it clean, well maintained, and in stock... but the customer service was second to non. We found 4 incredibly rare records (limited pressing), those being ones we have searched for 3 years to find. I am so happy we came here. We will be back again soon when we visit again

This is the place to go for records, hi-fi gear, and more. I love this store because I can feel the love and hard work that have went into maintaining a legacy and growing a new one. As much as I loved the old record roof location, theyve done a phenomenal job in making a new home in downtown Toledo. Theyre also very reasonable with trade-ins. Im looking forward to seeing them grow and thrive and will help any way I can. Thank you Tim and everyone else there!

I had the pleasure of visiting Culture Clash Records for the first time two weeks ago, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed. Their selection of both used and new vinyl is quite good, and their prices are the best I have encountered. The store is well-organized and clean, and I appreciated the precautions they take to stop the spread of Covid-19. I spoke to owner Tim, and I was impressed with his product knowledge, honesty, and passion for music and his store. I have been to several records stores all over the Midwest, and Culture Clash is definitely in the top tier.. Unfortunately, I live several hours away; otherwise, I would surely be a regular. I will definitely be back, though. If you find yourself in the Toledo area, you simply must drop in a check out this gem of a record store!

Needs new management and a new owner. Horribly rude manager. Store clerk demanded that I use hand sanitizer as soon as I walked in the door. Was a huge supporter of the original store. Sadden to see how poor the customer service has gotten. 1. Ask customers politely if they would mind wearing gloves when browsing the records. Do not shout at customers to put on sanitizer as soon as they enter. The worst experience Ive had at a record store. Happily took gloves but didnt see the need as many of the records were terribly overpriced. Did not refuse sanitation table. Had on mask covering nose. Owner Response is telling diverting blame and not take accountability for rude service. Do Better. Judging by the number of other complaints on the poor customer service, maybe try to have a welcoming atmosphere and take criticism to heart rather than blaming customers that give honest feedback.I do not see this store lasting long under current regime . Shame. No Noise Records far better record store. Peace and Love.

My friend made appointment, went in store, empty lot, no one waiting,kinda crabby lady behind the counter scolded me about not using hand sanitizer, and lifting my mask to allow me to speak across the room. No sweat, hands scrubbed, mask still firmly in place We looked around,I inquired about RSD merch, received short why are you bothering me again answer, then after 15 minutes, was informed I (we) had to leave. No one outside, no cars in lot.. I came downtown to support the store, but doubt that I will return... we both made small purchases. Bad vibe all around........too bad. Saturday 4/17/21 noon

I really enjoy going to culture clash records in toledo I have been going to this store for my vinyl records for a few years now they have a great collection of vinyl records here everytime I go here i always find a vinyl record to buy and i like the new building they are in now

Well it is a store and they do sell records but not many used or hidden gems. Mostly new and reissues. The only used treasures they have are on the wall. Just does not feel like a record store. None of those cool vibes that a record store can have. Feels all hipster-y.

Went looking for 45’s for my jukebox. Found a pretty good selection. Would have purchased more but had to move so a band could set up.Shop was clean. Staff was friendly. Prices seemed fair, but I didn’t shop around. I found Tip Toe Thru the Tulips by Tiny Tim. Awesome.Worth the hour drive. I’ll be back sometime!

They have an awesome 1$ section. Almost all pre spun or open records are sold under market value! They have a pretty big selection of new records. not as much of older records but still a good amount.

Today was my second visit to the store. I would have to say as much as it took me to go back from the first time, I should have listened to my instinct. I love the local, timeless vibe that this place gives! However, the staff is so unfriendly to my sister and I every time we visit! The last time we visited it was a random day and there werent many people on staff so I figured that Id let the lack of customer service slide that one time. Today we went in during a very busy time and my sister and I walked in behind a couple who was greeted and we were constantly looked at by a staff who made us feel like we didnt belong in the store. I was really excited to shop here for my first record, but I regret to say Ill never visit again.

Culture Clash has a great selection, knowledgeable staff, & everyone is chill. This is the type of place you could spend hours looking. But, you might as well ask for a suggestion from the staff to save some time.

Great local record shop! New, used, sexy vinyl for your ears! Also some choice stereo components to pick up. My experience has been that the staff there actually listens to music, and works there because they like music. Too many record shops have dingbats working there that dont know the difference between this that or the other thing when it comes to music. Very piss poor customer service. Went in yesterday because I want to get back into vinyl again. Walked in and no one talked to me and one guy actually overlooked me with not even an acknowledgement. The other two were burried into their PCs not noticing nothing talking to each other.
