Very pleasant experience from phone call to inquire about shredding..to dropping things off. For 50 lbs it was $5.00 so if you have amounts like that ..bring cash. No need to swipe on credit card. With swipe fees and all, they wouldnt make much. Have some cash handy.

I had to take my Mom over to Lott Industries to have some documents destroyed. The people that worked there were very nice. They were very polite too.

I enjoy my job and the people. They called 2 days after my interview just to tell me I got the job. They dont stand over you,your on your own. It was a gift from God.
