After going to the Verizon store in South Windsor, CT and getting terrible service after waiting 2 hours and $$ later I left very disappointed with Verizon and was going to leave Verizon all together. I called 611-long story short they detected me to the Verizon store in Tolland. I must say Sarah was top notch and I wouldn’t go any where else from this point on. Terrific service and very personable. Thank you.
Trevor solved a setting issue with my new phone that 3 layers of support personnel didnt solve. 2 minutes and the phone now works!!!
Verizon in Tolland is a wonderful store. Trevor worked with me today and was very knowledgeable ! I would definitely recommend going to the store instead of working with the Verizon online or phone option! much quicker, answered all my questions, and helped me get set up!

The store in Tolland is clean, Covid smart and has everything you could possibly need... including an associate, Trevor, who knows customer service! I was having billing issues. He first was trying to help me over the phone and when I was unsuccessful on my own I went in to see him. All was accomplished in a matter of minutes! Will never be calling help lines or visiting Verizon’s website again. Trevor in the Tolland store is the way to go! Thank you Trevor!!

I had a lot of bad experiences in the past at this Verizon store as well as others but gave it another try recently. I can’t say enough about the new store manager, Steve. He was extremely helpful and truthful with everything he told me. He helped out my son a few days ago as well and it was another great experience. If you’ve avoided this store because of past experiences give it another try. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at any Verizon store.

The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and t me up with a travel pass explaining that I could make free calls with wifi but if I made a call without the wifi it would start a 24 hour charge of $10. He indicated though, when I asked that I could use the internet-data without any charge. What I was emailed from Verizon said that calls, data, and texting all would be charged at the $10/day rate.
Went there to try to rectify problems with my Hum system. Marc was the person I talked to and he really knew his stuff. He helped me to get a new system by wading through the customer service run around I had experienced for the last 3 days. I would definitely go back. He stuck with me for over an hour. Really appreciate his help.
Raoul was great. Got me the phone I wanted, made all the paperwork really easy, and got me discounts to make the phone practically free. Also, he filled out the rebate form, stamped, and addressed it! I just had to pop it in the mail.
Verizon store in Marlbough CT is great. I was helped right away and the workers are very pleasant. Verizon is my store & Im impresses with the store.

Long story short - if your phone is broken and you need a repair or have a Verizon service issue - do not go here. Find a repair store. These folks are in retail sales, they will damage your phone if you bring it here for a physical repair. They are also not the actual Verizon company, they are an authorized retailer for Verizon products, meaning they are not experts on Verizon service. If you need Verizon service help - go directly to Verizon. If you need a phone hardware repair, go to a local repair shop there are lots of good ones around here now. If you just need to simply purchase a new phone or accessories, than this place is perfect for that. Just dont come here with fixable device issues, the best they can do is talk you into buying another product. They cannot fix things.

Ive had multiple bad experiences here, including waiting forever to be told that I could only call customer service for my issue. Honestly, yourebetter off not using Verizon at all, if you really need to go here, dont.
Whoever the guy that was working on January 3rd mid afternoon and 5th afternoon is beyond rude. The first time I came in with a problem with my phone and he was really cold to me and I just ignored it. After my problem coming back because he did nothing to fix my phone I decide to call the Verizon toll number instead. After two days of my phone not working I was told to go back to the Verizon store to get a SIM card and that I didn’t have to pay for anything. When I arrived at the store the guy once again was cold he didn’t even ask me for my name or number he just went to the back of the store got the SIM card and then told me that I had to pay for the SIM card. I explained to him that I was told to come to the store and he said he can’t do anything about it because he has to charge me, yet when I was first there and he was about to change my SIM card he not once tell me that the SIM card had a charge to it. Will never be going back to that place and I will also make sure to talk to the Verizon toll free number to tell them about him. And I’ll make sure tomorrow I will call and talk to a manager. I don’t understand how someone working in customer service can be so rude.
Customer Satisfaction is this stores #1 goal. I had 3 phones I needed to switch between family members, they spent an hour with me working with the Verizon home office to switch around the numbers, update the data plans, transfer all the contacts, pictures, etc.
It has been a nightmare to try to work out warranty issues with them. Ive now had 2 phones break for literally no reason--I did not drop them, they did not get wet, there is not a scratch on them. Yet Ive had to pay $150 in replacement fees and both times they make you send in your charger cord and when the new phone arrives it is with a super cheap charger cord which frays in about a week.
I went there this morning after my phone went swimming in the toilet and I received the best customer service ever. Every issue that popped up was fixed by them going above and beyond. Thank you!!
