Great for sale and price of equipment have purchased 3 mowers back pack blower generator. .But trying to get them service what they sold is impossible .Have tried to set up service where I can drop it off and get in and back in a timely manner. they lack the ability to schedule service.. I under repairs take time and parts delays but drop it and get back 4 -5 week s or drop have sit out side in the weather for a month or more is not acceptable.. would you drop your car at a dealer for a 6 5 week to get it serviced .

The owner truly cares about his customers and will spend the extra time to make sure all your questions are answered and you get exactly what you need.

I rarely do reviews but Rockville equipment deserves a 5 star rating. I had both my tractor and snow blower serviced by them in the last year. My tractor had a starting problem since I bought it. After servicing, it now starts easily and runs better than ever. I have been equally impressed by how well my snow blower is now working. The snowblower worked OK but never like it does now. The two recent heavy snow storms we had would have been a real problem but now I was able to clear the snow with ease. Thanks for the great servicing.

I have been a big fan of supporting local businesses for a long time now but today I had an encounter with Rockville equipment I was not thrilled with. I called about having two John Deere tractor tires replaced last week and was told it’s $15 per tire. So $30 for my two tires to be changed. Went and picked them up (which I never received a call to pick them up and was 2 days after schedule... no biggie) and get ringed up and it’s $48... when I ask about how much the tires were again he told me that “they replace valve stems too on every tire change and it was additional”Never the less tell people the accurate price. Don’t rope them in at one quote and add on the additional charge when they are finished.

Place is awesome,My wife bought me a husquvana trimmer with edger attachment. She is not well versed in lawn equiptment and was going to buy the 600 commerical edger machine. Instead of trying to make a quick sale, they asked her what it would be used for and told her she didnt need to spend that much. Great honest people. I will get all my lawn equiptment from here moving forward.

Had a flat on my riding mower while starting it for the first time this season. The guys in the service dept were able to put a tube in it just before closing on a Saturday, right before closing time, for much less than the cost of a new tire. Ill definitely be stopping in again, very friendly bunch of people.

I talk to Jim about my tractor not starting .I was looking to get it serviced He told me it would be 4 to 6 weeks wait time. He then suggested I should try adjusting the valves. I went home did the adjustment and sure enough the tractor started right-up. These are the type of people I will be looking to in the future for any other type of problems I may have in the future.
