Nice and new, not real happy with the recent rental increase. It was pretty substantial. IT would have been nice if they would have revealed they were increasing prices in the spring when we signed up for the rental. Hard to just move our stuff out now but the price went up about $40 a month. Seems quite a high rate hike.

Justin was so helpful and patient while answering all of my questions! If ever looking for another storage room I would definitely come back and store with them!

Front desk is extremely flexible and helpful. The facility is large and very clean. We appreciated the large rolling carts they have inside to help move larger items. Would definitely use again in the future!

Only needed a space for a few days.. they were able to accommodate me with their $25 first month... When I went to remove my storage I could not find my keys... They at no charge drilled out the lock for me. Awesome 👍

This place was terrific! Elisio and Jane were wonderful, got me set up quickly and I love the facility. Its clean, well lit and I think it will work out really well for us with the climate control. Would highly recommend!

Extra Space Storage is an excellent company. Their staff are all very helpful and polite. They are wonderful to do business with. I highly recommend them.

People in the office are nice. Everything is kept very clean. Only thing that disappoints me is the automatic doors that I use are often broken. Only one door will open or neither will.

Clean facility, well lit, feels secure and accessible. Wish there were more entry ways on left side of building, however ease of finding unit was good.

They had a space when no one else did. Very professional service.I like the fact it is indoors and heated and cooled.

Justin was awesome! Very informative & efficient so glad I decided to use Extra Space Storage in Tolland CT!

I reached out to Extra Space yesterday after doing some research on their website, which is awesome! Its nicely designed, informative, and I ended up making a reservation for one of the units. Within a minute and a half, Justin, the on-site manager, reached out with a phone call to confirm my online reservation. I stopped by today to view the space in person and everything was extremely clean and noticeably secure. There are plenty of security cameras monitoring the hallways, entrances, and parking lot. The entire process from start to finish was professional and organized. I appreciated Justin taking the time to go over the contract with me and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this new Extra Space Storage location.

Check in and registration was easy and straightforward. Would have preferred a demonstration on how the unit lock worked rather than have the unit opened for me. I then would not have had to go back to the office for help in locking the unit

So glad this finally opened! The manager Justin was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to find my wife and I the perfect unit. He even did the rental with us over the phone so we didn’t have to drive down to the office. Clean, easy access, climate control - would definitely recommend to anyone needing storage!
