We had two oriental type area rugs cleaned. Fantastic job! Price was reasonable and they came out promptly. Stain completely gone from one rug as promised. Employees that picked up and returned the rugs were very professional and friendly and put rugs back exactly placed right. Very pleased! Highly recommended!

These folks do a super job! When you walk in you will be greeted by Rene and she makes it super easy- they all do. Before I could get back to the truck, my rugs were unloaded nad when I went back to pickup -same thing. Loaded and on the road again before I knew it. Large rugs can be picked and delivered as well.

We decided to have some small area rugs cleaned and take advantage of their current 20% off offer for rugs you bring to them and drop off. The staff is great from the nice lady in the office to the guys who handled my rugs. You can really see the difference, trying to clean fine rugs with a home rug machine or one you rent is no where near as good as the process they go through here. I live almost 40 miles away but it was worth the trip, when I went to pick up 3 rugs I dropped of another!

The two gentlemen were very courteous and professional and polite. The job they did was outstanding. I had a closet that was is bad condition due to an ill kitty. They were able to clean it significantly enough that I do not need to replace it! That was a true cost savings.

Glen and Johnny arrived on time, explained what they would do, and accurately measured the linear feet of the sectional and of the upstairs carpet and stairway. They were efficient and pleasant, and my carpets and sectional are amazingly clean. They had to really work at getting some of the pet hair out of the sectional, and it made a big difference. I would definitely use Great American Rug Cleaning Co. again.

I’ve used Great American Rug company for every rug I’ve had cleaned over the last 10 years or more. Having moved to Conroe after living in Spring, I wasn’t sure they would service this area. I called to have my rug cleaned and picked up, and as usual the service was great. Considering the Covid19 situation, I wasn’t sure if they would pick up, and my car was too small to fit the rug. They scheduled a pick up, arrived when they said. I was given a 2 week time scale, and got it back a little earlier than that. Once again they delivered back to me and on time, with professionalism. I will always recommend them for any rug cleaning and will keep using them for my own rugs.

Great American Rug did a wonderful job cleaning area rugs that were saturated in a flood. They picked up the rugs in a timely manner, cleaned them well and held them until our new wood floors were completed. Their service people were courteous and professional. Highly recommend them!

We are repeat customers of Great American Rug and will continue to be so. They have cleaned a number of carpets that our family has owned for many years and recently we have had hem remove the fringe from any that we have taken to them. They have always been polite, professional and a complete pleasure to work with. If you need to leave the rug with them for a period of time that has been no problem. Lately we have taken advantage of their pickup and delivery service and the only problem is not seeing their friendly office staff.

I had three oriental rugs and one wool rug that hadnt been cleaned in years! One is an antique with lots of wear and tear. I scheduled with Great American Rug company to come out and pick them up. Their technicians were very careful and assessed each rug before packing them up and carting them away. They worked with me to schedule a return that didnt interfere with my job . They returned them looking vibrant and wonderful! Even the fringe which was really dirty came out looking amazing! They also applied moth protection, so I dont have to worry about future moth damage. I recommend this company for your rug cleaning needs.

What a great experience using Great American Rug Cleaning Co. I had my 100% Persian Rug that I had purchased used and this company cleaned it and made it look and feel brand new. Only to have my apartment flooded the very next day! Yikes! I was sure that the rug was going to be thread bare to have it cleaned again. No, not at all. Cleaned again and it is as beautiful as can be! Thank heavens I knew where to turn to under such a stressful situation! I highly recommend this company for more than the work that they do, but the staff that works there and how the delivery men are so meticulous in laying the rug down to make sure it is even and no ripples are showing in the rug. I could not be more pleased with my rugs! Great American Rug Cleaning Co. came and picked up my rugs which was very convenient. There were spots and odors from where our dog had had accidents...all of this was gone and they look brand new! I had my rugs cleaned before by another company and had to send them back twice....this was NOT the case with Great American Rug Cleaning Co. I will DEFINITELY use them again!!!

They are very punctual when picking up & delivering rugs. The pick up ad delivery guys were very professional picking up and putting down the clean rugs. They were very attentive to the furniture when they moved it. We had five rugs cleaned. One of those needed the fringe reattached on one side. The repair was done perfect. The rugs looked like new when we got them back.

They were very professional, prompt and great communicators, calling me before arrival and my rug was ready in 7 days which was nice because I was having an event at my home. 4.75 stars. We had a brand new rug and an elderly dog. We thought our rug was lost especially after we tried online remedies which made it worse. Initially, Great American washed the basically clean rug that had a bad spot which did nothing for the stain. However, when we tapped into their expertise for stain removal, they rose to the occasion. The stain is not completely gone but it is substantially reduced and usable again. Jonathan, who picked up and delivered our rug was amazing. Our furniture is heavy and the angles of our room are unique and complicated. He stayed with it until he got everything right with placement and reconnected. The only reason I did not give them a 5 is because it took sending it back to 𝐆𝐞𝐭 to the next level and because the rug is not perfect. However kudos are deserved and I do recommend GreatvAmerican Rug.

We had a tight schedule and needed our four large and one small rug treated with protectant and moth repellent. They came on time to pick up the rugs and delivered them ON TIME in beautiful shape, with perfectly cut pads to go underneath. I will use this company again and highly recommend them.
