Customer service is a dying art....but these folks havent forgotten. As a small business owner we try to prioritize doing right by our customers. I had a problem with delivery on my first product order, it was a bit of an odd situation and they could have told me they were sorry and cut the cord, they didnt. Buyer Beware! I ordered the aBuchi Method Processed Unpolished Siridhanya millets (all 5 millets 2lb each). So far one of the millets Browntop has bugs in it. I only post this because Organic Sphere has stated These are organic groceries with no chemicals or pesticides. Bugs are normal to get. You should be careful on how to store it.We cannot offer replacement unless you send it back to us.

Shipping boxes are bit thinner and needs to improve on packing some times. But exceptional customer service. They acknowledged the issue and quickly fixed the issue.

Most of the items are expired and even after pointing out is never replaced and also when expired items are pointed out which happens all the time an Organic Sphere replacement is provided which doesnt even have any expiry date on it, so given the carelessness about expiry dates how do we trust Organic Sphere products? And owner is rude on top of it.

I ordered millets from this place. I ordered 2 items. They sent one item and charged the full amount for the delivery. While I called them, they informed one item was sent since they did not have stock of the other item. I got the refund for the undelivered item only after calling them.I would have cancelled the order if they would have informed me prior that one item is not in stock. They should have charged only half the delivery but they have charged the full amount. This is not acceptable at all. Its their fault. Please never purchase anything online from them, you are sure to be cheated.

These guys are pure jokers! I ordered 2lbs of pearl millet and they said the processing time was 3-5 business days. For 2 months I hadn’t received any updates about my order. I called only for them to tell me the are out of stock. Meanwhile, their website is still showing they have the product in stock. J called twice before they issued my refund. This is definitely unacceptable!!!

Organic Sphere is our to go online portal for organic Millets, Wood compressed oil (Ganuga oil), Palm Jaggery (Thati Bellam). We follow Dr.Khader Vali garu and his organic millet recipe health plan and without any iota of doubt, i can say Organic Sphere is the one stop portal for all those. Also, their service is extraordinary. They give us regular updates on the availability if there is stock crunch on any product. Our best experience was, we were in need of palm jaggery once and it wasnt available then, but soon after the stock was available,they shipped it to us and we paid the balance later. We recently visited Organic Sphere for a Sunday brunch. We ordered a lot of different items and every single dish was delicious and most importantly fresh, including chutneys. My personal favorite is the Buddha bowl that is not only very healthy and tasty but hard for one person to finish it because they give so much in a huge bowl. Its now one of our favorite places to visit on a laid back Sunday morning. We plan to visit again and taste their chats for sure.

Yummy organic vegetarian food and they sell foods and teas. The holy basil and Tumeric tea reduced my inflammation. My husband and i are going back to try more dishes. Good place.

Ordered food from the waitrapp online. It was so delicious and fresh. They packaged all items really well. So glad I found this Indian restaurant, that actually has tasty dishes.

Disappointed that I drove almost 10 miles to come to the store only to find that they werent open.According to Google and their own website, Sundays hours showed they opened at 10 am. I sat in the parking lot until 10:30 am until I gave up and left.
