Amir did a fantastic job in helping me turn my 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 into the look I was searching for. Very helpful in rim and tire selections but what impressed me the most was not trying to sell me more than I needed to obtain the look and stance I wanted. I bought a used truck with a light bar already installed on it that had stopped working. It was not installed by 20.Nine.20. Whoever installed the light bar really messed it up and was clearly not a professional install, wires were falling out of the ring terminals, they had too many relays/switches/controllers, just for one light bar. I asked Rush at 20.Nine.20 if they could fix this mess and they said sure so I dropped it off. An hour or two later it was finished, they cut out all the unnecessary wiring and harnesses that just didnt belong and simplified the setup the way it should have been done in the first place, and tidyd up the wiring, also added a physical switch under the steering wheel. 20.Nine.20 did a great job, quick, reasonably priced, and professional. I actually feel safe now using my light bar without worry that something is going to short, spark, and cause a fire. Thanks to all who helped me out and fixed this! Definitely recommend 20.Nine.20.

I was looking at getting the lift done at another local Offroad place in Spring, but their customer service just wasnt there (I previously had a level on my truck done at this other offroad place) I called 20.nine.20 and Brent helped me out and I was honestly sold from that phone call as he informed me of information I didnt know and he offered me different packages built to my budget after a couple of weeks of dialogue we started the process and the shop went above and beyond for me and have continued to work along side me after the install, Rush (owner) continued the exceptional customer service his partner Brent did.Great place and highly recommended, no place is perfect but I believe if there are any issues these guy will resolve.

This place did a pretty good job of telling me what I did wrong. They then proceeded to mess up the nice components I bought for them. Sticking the brand new components were they said was a bad spot. They said they could do what I was looking for. A week later I am picking up my truck and waisting $200 just so I can get it back. Now have to undo everything they did my self. Just to take it to a credible shop and pay $2,000 for them to clean the messs up and do it right.

Rush runs an awesome shop with a great group of guys. I went in to discuss a potential build on a new truck I bought, and have completed about half of the build at this point. I have Had one hell of a time getting my jeep fixed elsewhere, I have taken it countless places and each time I have the same problems after I leave. I finally have found the place that I trust my Jeep to! The guys at 20 Nine 20 have done some amazing work replacing multiple seals, most importantly my Rear Main! I have been so impressed that I have taken my jeep back 4 times to get tires, bumper, wheels, Air Intake, Tuner, Fab Four Fenders AND Plan on getting my Jeep re geared as my next drop off!

I worked with these guys to install a 2 leveling kit on my truck to lessen the factory rake. Though this is a fairly low cost project, they spent a ton of time talking with me about tradeoffs of different approaches to the work and various materials options. They were completely upfront throughout the shopping experience, passed on opportunities to try to up-sell me, and provided excellent service. I chose them based on the large number of 5-star Google reviews and am glad to report that they lived up to that reputation. Id definitely trust them to do additional work on my vehicles.

My second time bringing my Silverado here. These guys are the real deal. Ron did a tremendous job covering all aspects of the sale and provided helpful suggestions to improve the overall look of the truck. I had ceramic tint, AMP steps, and LED lighting bulbs installed. Been working with Rush and his crew for years. Always appreciate the time spent going over the details for my truck upgrades. Just recently had my Chevy 3500 in for some new tires and a tune. Wow! The results of the performance are night and day. They were able to get my new tires on, level kit, upper control arms and alignment completed along with new pipe and tune in two days. Brent went above and beyond to make sure the job got done and that I was a happy customer. I took in my 2008 F-250 for new body mounts, shocks, and some front end suspension maintenance - all was done in a timely manner and at a very fair price (I had quotes for the same work at multiple shops and nobody came close on the price).And a little icing on the cake so to say, I just noticed they washed and vacuumed out my truck before handing it back over to me - I can’t think of any auto repair places that have done that in the past. 20.Nine.20 is THE shop to go to if you are in the market for tires, wheels, lift/leveling. Their prices are competitive, but most importantly, they do things RIGHT! They tell you straight what you can/can’t do.... and also know what you should consider. We purchased new wheels, tires and a leveling kit for a Chevy 3500 dually and are completely satisfied with the service. They bent over backwards to find us the wheels and tires we wanted and got it all installed in one day! Another shop was willing to sell us same/similar items for cheaper.... BUT.... they didn’t bother to tell us about the need for alignment and longer shocks for the front end. So glad we chose quality work and service over just a cheaper price. They stand by and warranty their work. Will definitely be back for more custom work!

I started talking to 20.nine.20 a few months ago about doing a surprise build on my wifes jeep. She was turning 50 and i wanted to surprise her with a lift kit and new wheels on her 2011 Jeep Wrangler. I spoke with the owner about what i wanted and my budget. He hooked me up with the absolute best product for the amount of money i had to spend. We decided to go with a fabtech 4 inch lift with 20 inch wheels. I had planned to make up a story about why i had to switch vehicles with my wife so that i could take it to them and get the lift kit installed. Instead they drove out to my house (I live a good 45 minutes away) to pick up her vehicle at 11 pm. Heres the best part. The next day when we took our children out to eat with us to celebrate her birthday, The guys parked her jeep right outside the door so my wife would see it when we left. They even upgraded her headlight bulbs and interior lights free of charge! Its awesome to see a shop go the extra mile to please people like this. Ive never had any business make me feel so taken care of and special. Way to go 20.Nine.20!!

Called them at 11:30 on a Saturday with a bit of an emergency, needed to get some control arms installed and they were able to squeeze me in to have them installed even though they close at 2pm. My husband needed a good, reputable place to get his truck fixed that was nearby- found 20nine20 online and thought we would give them a try. Brent was super helpful and honest with what was needed. They did a suspension overhaul, brake job, and all 4 tires for a reasonable price and finished it within 24 hours. To top it all off...they delivered the truck to us when it was complete. I went in today to get an exhaust tip (that I already had) installed. This consists of cutting the tailpipe, sliding on the exhaust tip and tightening one bolt....a 15 minute job that I was willing to pay $40-$50 for because I needed it done. When I pull up to the shop there were about 4 people standing at the back of a truck talking, then I walk into the office and there were two guys in there. I explained to the guy behind the desk what I needed and he gives me a story about them being so busy and having two trucks to get done and so on, which was fine if I hadnt already seen every employee in there not working. I was the only customer at the shop (in person) and I felt that it wasnt a crazy request to fit me in real quick and have one of the unoccupied employees or even himself take 15 minutes to install my exhaust tip and make $40-$50. The man behind the desk (Im assuming was the owner) never tried to schedule a time for me to come back or anything, so I made the statement I guess youre not in the business of making money and I walked out. As I am pulling out of the parking lot the guy waves me down so I roll down my window thinking he was going to apologize and try and fit me in real quick. Instead, he starts in on me about how I disrespected him and it was uncalled for and he is trying to run a business, blah blah blah. All I did was make an accurate statement. He turned down my business and then came out to my truck acting like some kind of gangster talking about being disrespected. Come on, grow up and learn a little bit of business management and customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Anyone can turn a wrench and install a lift kit and some lights, but customer service is apparently something this owner/business needs to brush up on.

Found this place on google and seen all the good reviews so I gave them a shot. I was looking to get my Ram leveled and stopped by to see what they could do. I forget names, but the guy at the front was very helpful and gave me all options available. They really go in to detail explaining the process and what might work best for your vehicle. Due to work, transportation was an issue until they sent someone to pick up my truck and bring it back to me mid day at my job! You cannot get better customer service than that. Had stereos installed in two of our vehicles along with hard wiring our radar detectors. They were very professional and did a great job. The owner was going to give me a lesson on my new stereo, but I havent been back for that yet. I highly recommend them.

Not only did they do an amazing job but they held on to my truck while I traveled for a week and a half. They also went the extra mile to bring my truck to Dallas and drop it off to me. Stellar experience with this shop. Nothing is “too small” or “too simple” for them. We had a problem with the screen in our minivan, and while we weren’t the most likely customer for a custom bodywork shop, they treated us great. Brent and his team did all they could to fix our problem. These guys think outside the box and try to get the best bang for your buck.
