These guys always take the time to answer my questions, and help me understand what were repairing--and why. This is especially important to me, as a single mother. I had an excellent experience with Michel Auto Cares. They quoted my work over the phone and told me it would take a day to replace the condenser on my 2010 F-150. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. Work done and the price matched the quote. They even called back a week later to check on everything. Great Work!

This place is very expensive. Any place is cheaper than the dealership, including this one, but the last time I fixed my car there, I ended up with a huge bill. After that I changed the mechanic and had been paying less than half ever since. Also, their attitude sucks! When you enter the place, they treat you like if you are supposed to know about mechanical stuff. Yes, I have to admit they have decent knowledge of car maintenance, but they are way too expensive.

We have been customers of Michel Auto Care for over 20 years.Recently, our CRV had an issue with shuddering. They diagnosed the issue as a problem with the torque converter. Melvin, owner, suggested I check with a Honda dealer to see if the issue would be covered under the 5 year/60k warranty on the powertrain. As a result, the CRV was repaired by the Honda dealer and everything was covered under the warranty. I truly trust and value Michel Auto Care’s diagnosis!!!Finally, Michel Auto Care is very prompt in servicing our vehicles. I hope Michel Auto Care will stay in business for the next 50 years so my grandchildren will have a place to service their vehicles!
