Found everything I needed on this quick run and grab trip. The store was clean no clutter in the aisle because I was there rather late in the evening. Awesome!

The attention to customer service needs an overhaul. If you ask a store associate where you can find something they stare at you with a delayed response and then tell you they arent sure if they have it 🤔.You will stand in line waiting to be checked out. While another employee fills balloons and watches the isle fill with people wanting to check out.Management of this store needs a refresher course in customer service or should be let go and a new manager hired who is eager to please and run a store with attention to detail.

Always enjoy this location. They always have something just right. Employees are wonderful. Great place for special celebrations!

This is a party City it is exactly the same inform function and service as every other party City youve ever been to. The selection is the same. The people Ive interacted with are nice. But theres really not anything else to say

Can you say discrimination! I’m literally 9 miles away from the store yet they advertise that they deliver to 15 miles away and because of my ZIP Code they refuse to deliver. This is false advertising on the 15 mile radius. The manager refuses to deliver to The Woodlands. We will no longer be shopping at Party City.

Shopped at Party City for graduation stuff. They always have a huge selection to choose from. You can spend hours in there and always seem to get more than expected, at least I do! A great place for all your party supplies!

I love the selection here. They have just about everything you can imagine. I took my boys here for last years Halloween costumes and they were very happy with their selection. Although they didnt have very many dog costumes, we still enjoyed our visit.

Its basically a warehouse full of party supplies. Obviously, its nicer than a warehouse, (air conditioning, tile, etc.) but it very much reminds me of a warehouse setting. Staff is pretty nice, but not too friendly. Sometimes you get a grumpy cashier or two, but they arent rude. Its a good place to get party supplies if you cant or dont want to order online.

I love all the colors themes.. the only thing i didnt care for was the mermaid theme had paper tablecloth. I understand its for texture purposes but still found a great mermaid tablecloth at target

I chose to go through Party City for my wedding invites and Virginia was amazing and so much help!! She was able to answer my million questions and always followed up with me. Now, Party City does not print the invites, its a different company, which I was not that fond of. But it is what it is, its done with and my invites are all sent out. If I could go back in time knowing what I know now, I dont think I would have gone with them. But Virginia was great and I have no regrets with her customer service and professionalism.

This place was super. We were in to get goodies to have a fun birthday with a new friend. The young folks were ready to get us out at 9 - I dont blame them. Theres a ton of fun here! BTW - side note - the 70s hair I got was probably more 60s Kenny Rogers

I was able to get a Santa hat and white hair spray to dress up like Santa Claus on Christmas eve. Totally awesome selection.

Staff was great and helpful. They were there to work and made sure they attended every customer.

We dont go there often, but when we do the customer service is always friendly! They dont let a busy store overwhelm them, and they stay fully stocked of any party thing you could possibly ever need.

Its okay for simple decorations. But most of their selection is just the same thing in various colors. Also, their prices seem ridiculously high. We somehow spent $50.00 on cheap paper decorations that wont last the night. Id try Amazon first.

We came to have balloons blown up, we brought in our own balloons and purchased one. First off the service was terrible! The girls behind the counter were arguing over who was supposed to do what causing them to be super slow! They were rude to us when we asked questions and not helpful at all!!! We visited 8/10/19 around noon.

Good selection. Horrible customer service. One cashier was too busy flirting with customers while the second cashier couldnt even ring up items correctly. The line was backed up and no one seemed to care.

I ordered an Elsa and Anna ballon for my daughters birthday and it deflated I called the place at 3:20 and got the ballon at 11:00 they said it was suppose to last for 24 hours.When I called at 3:20 the lady picked up and said that “it depends” what depends? I payed for a ballon and now it’s deflated and she told me to stop talking to her.Very rude employee.Terrible service.If a ballon is damaged don’t sell it.This was on the 1st of September at 3:20

Good place to get cheap party supplies. Best thing is you can order balloons over the phone and by the time you get there they are blown up and ready for you.

Fast service, out of many sizes in costumes, but it was close to Halloween.

The staff was very helpful in helping me find a Halloween costume. A great place to just stop and get what you need real quick and leave.

They could use more of a card section. And bring back the Washi back at knock out price. Also bring in snone Dallas Cowboys balloons and other stuff. Like Harley balloon, and other item. Throwing a party next month and need that kind of stuff.

This place is better than if you were to put a bananna inside a brick and then give to an octopus and watch it create a snowglobe that has a video of each of the three of us licking a taco on a table with the Bible in between our buttcheeks.

Horrible customer service. We purchased balloons from online Partycity and called this store to see about getting them blown up. We were informed by them that all we had to do was bring in the receipt and that the balloons would blown up for free. My family went in with the receipt and balloons only for the manager to tell them that its only for certain balloons and its not their fault that their worker mis-informed my family. The manager was very matter of fact and did not honor the customer service codes of the customer being always right or honoring your words when you tell customers information and they follow exactly what you instruct them to do. We will never use this store again and I do not recommend this particular store to anyone. There is one further down Tomball parkway that is of better service.

If I could give it a negative rating I would. You can hardly ever get help in this location. Then to top it off the cashier that was working behind the counter had absolutely NO personality. When she had a problem with the register instead of going back and actually getting a manager to come help she kept talking on her little ear piece which was obviously not working. Stood up front for 10 minutes before the manager came up. Get someone that could at least hold a conversation with the customers while were waiting instead of sitting there like a bump on a log. Worthless cahier !

Went to get my 9yo a costume. They handed me 2 with mold on them.

Poor customer service. Called them on the phone before my 20 minute drive to ask if they sold a special item was told yes. Arrived waited in line was then told we have it but dont sell it. Asked for a Manger who said yes we do sell them and directed me to the end of the line which had then tripled in length.... Sadly the product wasnt available anywhere else that day.

Good experience today. Things I needed were on sale.
