Gentleman was helpful, friendly, and professional. Store was clean and actually had my product in stock. My choice of color is hard to get.

Dont go here. Absolute horrible customer service. Came to return an extra product that was unused due to the employee lying about it helping my wife bleach her hair and came to be told that they are not accepting any returns since 4 days ago. Yesterday we were told from one of the employee we can return it when we came to buy the product. Wouldnt recommend to come here at all

Great service, the older blonde woman is so helpful and friendly. Adding on I am sad that she is now gone. I was in on her last day there. She was moving. The store wont ever be the same.

Dont know who the girl was who helped my husband but he gave her pictures of what i wanted and the color clearly stated on the box... She gave him the wrong color. Not too happy about it.. Colbolt blue is clearly not plum purple....smh
